敬礼无量光。 千手转轮圣王千尊， 千眼贤劫千佛尊。 于何当调伏，即于彼示现之， 僧侣观世音菩萨。 三世诸佛之意子， 持青年之相，菩萨文殊。 尽摧魔之坛城， 智悲之自性。 于具柳之圣地， 乃密咒明咒之主。 摧伏邪引魔众之， 持金刚手。 怙主观自在，大悲者， 不空绢索，忿怒面，马头明王， 一发母与忿眉母， 圣五尊众。 吉祥天女秋月色， 三面八臂极美寂静身。 赐予无量智慧与长寿之， 尊胜佛母之足。 狮子大象火蛇盗贼与， 铁链大海食肉鬼之诸怖畏。 寂灭如月光般美丽之身， 薄伽梵度母母尊。 身离诸过，具相好， 语离诸过，迦陵频伽音。 意离诸过，尽知一切所知。 吉祥光焰母。 尊胜世间自在秘密主， 不动欲王青杖者， 大力者与天子二者， 尊胜诸天众。 文殊金刚手观世音， 地藏菩萨除盖障， 虚空藏菩萨慈氏普贤， 八大近子。 各别千辐轮大摧破， 大孔雀明王密咒随持与， 清凉园与顶髻白伞等， 事业诸天众。 仅仅持诵忆念其名号， 即能救护一切诸怖畏， 并赐予无垢大乐之， 光芒天女。 诸佛之智慧幻化之， 神变种种幻化夏瓦里。 何天女所修之疾病魔障， 悉皆寂灭之母。 诸佛如海之经藏大海之， 种种幻化之光辉中善妙生起， 赐予修行者殊胜智慧之， 天女。
