我将使一切通达的佛陀薄伽梵安住。凡此薄伽梵与三十七菩提分法完全相应，与十力、四无畏、三不共念住，以及大悲等总而言之，与令成办有学与无学佛陀之诸法相应，远离彼之所有过失罪障，具有安乐逝之无量功德法之佛陀薄伽梵，我将使之安住。凡此薄伽梵与无上戒等之五蕴完全相应，与三神变，三等持，三学，四梵住，四禅定，四圣谛完全相应。彼之真实无倒之智慧，以及通达一切所知境，已断除所有烦恼等，战胜四魔之佛陀薄伽梵，我将使之安住。凡此薄伽梵圆满六波罗蜜多，完全积聚福德与智慧之资粮，以三十二大丈夫相完全庄严，以八十随好而美妙，大丈夫之身观之无厌，见之无不悦意，彼之色身圆满至极，成为所有众生之根本之佛陀薄伽梵，我将使之安住。如是说，于“我将使之安住”之时，所有之词句皆一致念诵，于所安住之所依降下花雨，以香熏，献上音乐，念诵：嗡 拿摩 巴嘎瓦德 释迦牟尼耶 达他嘎达亚 阿哈德 桑雅桑布达亚 达地亚他 嗡 牟尼 牟尼 玛哈牟纳耶 梭哈。以及念诵所安住之本尊之咒语与转轮王之咒语，于每一词句段落之后念诵。其后发菩提心：于等持中，于一切法不执著之想……

I shall establish this Buddha Bhagavan who has comprehended everything. This Bhagavan is fully endowed with the thirty-seven factors of enlightenment, the ten powers, the four fearlessnesses, the three unmixed mindfulnesses, and great compassion, etc. In short, he is endowed with the dharmas that make one a Buddha in learning and beyond learning, free from all faults and defects, and endowed with the immeasurable qualities of the Sugata. I shall establish this Buddha Bhagavan. This Bhagavan is fully endowed with the five aggregates, such as the unsurpassed morality, the three miracles, the three samadhis, the three trainings, the four brahmaviharas, the four dhyanas, and the four noble truths. He has the true and unerring wisdom, and having attained all objects of knowledge, he has completely abandoned all afflictions, etc., and is the Buddha Bhagavan who has completely conquered the four maras. I shall establish this Buddha Bhagavan. This Bhagavan has perfected the six paramitas, has fully accumulated the accumulations of merit and wisdom, is perfectly adorned with the thirty-two major marks of a great being, is beautifully adorned with the eighty minor marks, and the body of a great being is never satisfied by seeing, and there is no displeasure in seeing it. The wealth of his form body is ultimate, and he is the Buddha Bhagavan who has become the root of all beings. I shall establish this Buddha Bhagavan. Thus, while saying, "I shall establish it," all the words are recited in unison, and a rain of flowers is poured on the object to be established, incense is burned, music is offered, and the mantra is recited: Om Namo Bhagavate Shakyamuniye Tathagataya Arhate Samyaksambuddhaya Tadyatha Om Muni Muni Maha Munaye Svaha. And the mantra of the deity to be established and the mantra of the Chakravartin are recited after each phrase. Then, generating bodhicitta: Having placed in equanimity, the perception of not abiding in all dharmas...

生起之后，对于一切众生以及为了他们的利益所做之事，长久修持慈爱和悲心菩提心，并应如此说：“具有不可思议的无量大奇迹的诸佛世尊，我向你们顶礼并皈依。请诸位垂念我。我为了所有众生的利益，使三宝的所依得以安住，以此威力，我将解除所有众生的痛苦，从轮回的巨大深渊中解脱出来，战胜所有外道的挑战、魔和邪恶的引导者，消除所有众生因习气连接而产生的烦恼觉受，摧毁所有众生的傲慢之山，从根源上斩断众生的生命之树，将死主的太阳磨成粉末，消除无明的黑暗，将不信仰者和外道，以及颠倒的见解者，引导到正确的见解并转化为信仰，扭转业力的河流，枯竭有之海洋，点燃正法的明灯，指示菩提之路，安置于忍耐和喜悦之中，大大地赐予禅定的安乐，平息贪欲的火焰，摧毁嗔恨的锋利武器，安置于真理之中，平息嫉妒的狂风，解开吝啬的结，平息一切痛苦，进入无惧和大乐的城市并安住其中。因此，请赐予我事业成就的殊胜悉地。”如此祈祷，并在说“请成办”之时，所有集会者也应如此说并抛撒鲜花。这是第三个圆满。智慧勇士迎请之时，念诵“所有众生”等三颂，以及“ 所有众生的自性显现，不堪忍受的魔军所敬奉，自生无边众生的自性，众生心髓合一请降临此处！”这一颂，随力所能及。

Having arisen, cultivate love, compassion, and the mind of enlightenment for a long time towards all beings and for the sake of what is to be done for them, and say this: "To all the Buddhas, Bhagavat, who possess immeasurable great wonders, I prostrate and take refuge. Please, all of you, consider me. By the power of establishing the support of the Three Jewels for the benefit of all sentient beings, may I relieve the suffering of all sentient beings, liberate them from the great abyss of samsara, defeat all external challengers, demons, and evil guides, eliminate all afflictive perceptions arising from the connection of habitual tendencies of all sentient beings, destroy the mountain of pride of all sentient beings, cut off the tree of life of sentient beings from its roots, grind the sun of the Lord of Death into powder, dispel the darkness of ignorance, guide the disbelievers and outsiders, and those with inverted views, to the correct view and transform them into believers, reverse the river of karma, dry up the ocean of existence, light the lamp of Dharma, indicate the path to enlightenment, place them in patience and joy, greatly bestow the bliss of meditation, pacify the flames of desire, shatter the sharp weapons of hatred, place them in truth, pacify the whirlwind of jealousy, untie the knot of miserliness, pacify all suffering, and enter and abide in the city of fearlessness and great bliss. Therefore, please grant me the supreme accomplishment of the karma." Pray in this way, and when saying "Please accomplish," all those assembled should also say this and scatter flowers. This is the third completion. At the time of inviting the Wisdom Hero, recite the three verses beginning with "All sentient beings," and the verse " The nature of all beings is manifest, worshiped by the unbearable armies of demons, the self-born, infinite nature of beings, the essence of sentient beings united, please come here!" as much as one is able.
