Ah! Also, if someone relies on this Dharma to practice contemplating the body of others, then in all Guru Yogas, one should contemplate the Guru himself as possessing wisdom, or contemplate him as the Great Vajradhara with a consort. This is one lineage instruction. Here it is said: With heroes and yoginis, the glorious diadem of hundreds of thousands, Niguma, the stream of nectar from whose face-vase purifies all the faults of this world, and becomes the nourishment of the hearts of all fortunate beings, to obtain such a thing is also a good fortune. Therefore, without seeking other things from this, even a little familiarity can bring about experience. Thus it is said. The essential point of the practice of the oral instruction text called "A Rosary of Jewels of Light," composed by Unequaled Jewel Perseverance, is that all oral instructions are gathered into striking the three bodies at their essential points. Among them, the body of complete maturation is born from the root of the three poisons, thrown by the cause of karma, and transformed by the condition of the five elements. Therefore, the afflictions of grasping at things as real constantly arise, and because they follow the cause, there is no independence. The harm of the five elements also arises from relying on the external environment, and internally, the three—sickness, enemies, and demonic forces—arise. These karma and afflictions are first born from the mind, then accumulated in the manner of habitual tendencies, and finally ripen into happiness and suffering. Because one is deluded about this in the waking state, one is also deluded about the body of habitual tendencies in dreams, and afflictions, karma, happiness, and suffering arise. Because of delusion about these two, one is also deluded about the mind-body, and appearances of afflictions, karma, and suffering arise. At the time of the mind-body, the previous afflictions and so on are the cause, and the three at that time are the condition, and again the body of complete maturation is produced, and so on, wandering like a revolving wheel. Therefore, for the means of purifying the delusion of the body of complete maturation, one should know the actual antidote to the mind's delusion as being like an illusion, and because the body is made the cause based on that delusion, it is necessary to have something that strikes the essential points of the body. These are continuous aspiration and forceful oral instruction. Therefore, first, all refuges, such as the lineage gurus, are dissolved into the root guru, and one prays continuously, and intensely trains in the aspiration that one's own body and all appearances are like an illusion without pleasure. All session intervals...

Again, repeatedly train in the thought of illusion. Even if you meditate like this, the illusion-like nature and non-discrimination will not arise during the day. If you cannot control your dreams at night, the second method is to forcefully control them with oral instructions. During the day, run and jump naked in empty places, and do many fearless actions. Pray to the root guru, yidam, and dakinis. In the latter part of the night, take any of the three postures: the lotus position, lying on your back, squatting, or the lion posture. Go to sleep with a strong intention to transform your dreams. In this way, you will be able to control some dreams. When you wake up, you can manifest, see, and act. Knowing this, you will be liberated. Dreams and present appearances are the same in that they first arise, then remain in that state and manifest various transformations, and then are able to function on their own. There is no difference between these three aspects. Even if you don't understand the situation at all, there is no difference. Train intensely in the thought of illusion. If you meditate diligently in this way, you will be able to control your dreams. If you feel ashamed when practicing, it means that you are following the habits of clinging to reality. Think to yourself, "The body that causes sickness and suffering is in bed. This is just a mind-body, so what is there to fear?" Practice as much as you can. Once you are a little proficient, learn to transform the four elements. Control your awareness and energy, and travel on the sun and moon. Sink down to the bottom of the ocean, and visit the realms of the gods. Visit pure lands such as Sukhavati. In Potala, Wutai Mountain, and the Willow Grove, behold the faces of the Three Protectors and request teachings. Make offerings to the mandalas of Hevajra, Chakrasamvara, and others, and request empowerments and teachings. Visualize yourself and all other sentient beings in the six realms, as well as all phenomena, as the mandala of the yidam deity. Understand that appearances are empty and illusory. If the deity's form initially arises and then reverts to an ordinary body, it means that you are following the force of habitual delusion. Therefore, as soon as you wake up, strongly meditate on visualization and the thought of illusion. For example, in the case of illusion, meditate on the fact that the image in the mirror has no praise or blame, no like or dislike. In the case of the illusion of meaning, rest in the absence of reality from the moment of appearance. Non-dual illusion.
