། །སེམས་ཅན་སྡུག་བསྔལ་མང་པོ་གཟིར་ལས་སྒྲོལ། །ཞེས་ལན་གསུམ། དེ་ནས་སྡོམ་བཟུང་ནི། སངས་རྒྱས་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་ཀུན། །ཇི་ཙམ་དུས་ནས་བཟུང་ནས་སུ། །མ་ལུས་བདག་ལ་དགོངས་སུ་གསོལ། །བདག་མིང་འདི་ཞེས་བགྱི་བ་ཡིས། །དུས་འདི་ཉིད་ནས་བཟུང་ནས་སུ། །ནམ་ཞིག་བྱང་ཆུབ་སྙིང་པོ་ལ། །ཡོངས་སུ་གནས་ཀྱི་བར་དག་ཏུ། །བདག་གི་བྱང་ཆུབ་མཆོག་གི་སེམས། །མ་ལུས་པར་ནི་བསྐྱེད་པར་བགྱི། །ཇི་ལྟར་དུས་གསུམ་མགོན་པོ་རྣམས། །བྱང་ཆུབ་ཏུ་ནི་ངེས་མཛད་པས། །བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་ནི་བླ་ན་མེད། །དམ་པ་བདག་གིས་བསྐྱེད་པར་བགྱི། །སངས་རྒྱས་རྣལ་འབྱོར་སྡོམ་པ་ལ། །ཚུལ་ཁྲིམས་ཀྱི་ནི་བསླབ་པ་དང༌། །དགེ་བའི་ཆོས་ནི་སྡུད་པ་དང༌། །སེམས་ཅན་དོན་བྱེད་ཚུལ་ཁྲིམས་གསུམ། །བདག་གིས་ བརྟན་པོར་གཟུང་བར་བགྱི། །སངས་རྒྱས་ཆོས་དང་དགེ་འདུན་སྟེ། །བླ་ན་མེད་པའི་དཀོན་མཆོག་གསུམ། །དེང་ནས་བརྩམ་སྟེ་གཟུང་བར་བགྱི། །ནམ་དུ་ཡང་ནི་མི་སྤང་ངོ༌། །རྡོ་རྗེ་རིགས་མཆོག་ཆེན་པོ་ལ། །རྡོ་རྗེ་དྲིལ་བུ་ཕྱག་རྒྱ་ཡང༌། །ཡང་དག་ཉིད་དུ་གཟུང་བར་བགྱི། །སློབ་དཔོན་དག་ཀྱང་གཟུང་བར་བགྱི། །རིན་ཆེན་རིགས་མཆོག་ཆེན་པོ་ཡི། །དམ་ཚིག་ཡིད་དུ་འོང་བ་ལ། །ཉིན་རེ་བཞིན་ཡང་དུས་དྲུག་ཏུ། །སྦྱིན་པ་རྣམ་བཞི་རྟག་ཏུ་སྦྱིན། །བྱང་ཆུབ་ཆེན་པོ་ལས་བྱུང་བའི། །པདྨའི་རིགས་ཆེན་དག་པ་ལ། །ཕྱི་ནང་གསང་བ་ཐེག་པ་གསུམ། །དམ་པའི་ཆོས་ནི་མ་ལུས་གཟུང༌། །ལས་ཀྱི་རིགས་མཆོག་ཆེན་པ་ལ། །སྡོམ་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་ལྡན་པར་ནི། །ཡང་དག་ཉིད་དུ་གཟུང་བར་བགྱི། །མཆོད་པའི་ལས་ཀྱང་ཅི་ནུས་བགྱིད། །བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་ནི་བླ་ན་མེད། །དམ་པ་བདག་གིས་བསྐྱེད་བགྱིས་ནས། །སེམས་ཅན་མྱ་ངན་འདས་ལ་འགོད། །ཅེས་ལན་གསུམ། ཨཱ་ཁཾ་བཱི་ར་ཧཱུཾ། ལན་གཉིས་ཀྱིས་མིག་དར་དང་མེ་ཏོག་བླང༌། ཉུངས་དཀར་གཏོར་ཞིང་སུམྦྷའི་སྔགས་ཀྱི་བགེགས་བསྐྲད། བདུད་རྩི་ལྕེ་ལ་བཞག་ཏེ། ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུཾ་གིས་བསྲུང་བ་བྱ། རང་གི་སྙིང་ཁར་ཧེ་ནག་པོ་རྒྱུ་དང་བྲལ་བ། མགྲིན་པར་རུ་དམར་པ་ཚོགས་དང་བྲལ་བ། དཔྲལ་བར་ ཀ་དཀར་པོ་གང་དུ་ཡང་མི་གནས་པ། ལྟེ་བར་ཤྲཱི་སེར་པོ་གཉིས་སུ་མེད་པའི་ཡེ་ཤེས་སུ་གྱུར། ཤྲཱི་ཧེ་རུ་ཀོ྅ཧཾ། ཞེས་སྟོང་པ་ཉིད་དུ་སེམས་བསྐྱེད། དེ་ནས། ཨཱ་ཁཾ་བཱི་ར་ཧཱུཾ། ཞེས་ཡོལ་བའི་ནང་དུ་བཅུག།ཨོཾ་ན་མཿཏེ་ཧཱུཾ། ན་མོ་མེ་ཧཱུཾ། ན་མོ་ན་མཿཧཱུཾ་སྭཱཧཱ། ཞེས་ཕྱག་འཚལ་དུ་གཞུག།དེ་ནས་གསང་བ་བསྒྲགས་པ་ནི། གནས་གསུམ་དུ་དྲི་བཟང་གི་ཐི

愿救度众生脱离众多痛苦的折磨。（念诵）三遍。之后是受戒：所有佛、菩萨，从何时起直到何时，请全部垂念于我。我，名为……，从此时此刻起，直到何时到达菩提树的心髓，在这期间，我将毫无保留地生起殊胜的菩提心。如三世诸佛，已决意证得菩提，我亦将生起无上的殊胜菩提心。于佛陀瑜伽之戒律中，我将坚定地受持戒律之学处，积聚善法，利益众生之三种戒律。我将从今日起皈依无上的佛、法、僧三宝，永不舍弃。于伟大的金刚部族中，我将如实受持金刚铃杵手印，亦将受持上师。于珍宝部族中，对于令人满意的誓言，每日六时，恒常布施四种布施。于从伟大菩提中生起的清净莲花部族中，我将受持所有内外密三乘之殊胜佛法。于伟大的事业部族中，我将如实受持一切具足的戒律，亦将尽力进行供养之事。我已生起无上的菩提心，愿安置众生于涅槃之中。（念诵）三遍。阿 康 贝 绕 吽。（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思）念诵两遍后，取下眼罩和鲜花，撒播白芥子，以苏姆巴（藏文：སུམྦྷ།）咒语驱逐邪魔。将甘露置于舌上，以嗡 阿 吽（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思）进行守护。观想自身心间黑色的嘿字（藏文：ཧེ།，梵文天城体：हे，梵文罗马拟音：he，汉语字面意思：嘿），远离因缘；喉间红色Ra字（藏文：རུ།，梵文天城体：रु，梵文罗马拟音：ru，汉语字面意思：ra），远离聚合；额头白色嘎字（藏文：ཀ།，梵文天城体：क，梵文罗马拟音：ka，汉语字面意思：嘎），无处可住；脐间黄色希利字（藏文：ཤྲཱི།，梵文天城体：श्री，梵文罗马拟音：śrī，汉语字面意思：希利），转变为无二智慧。“我是希利嘿汝嘎（藏文：ཤྲཱི་ཧེ་རུ་ཀོ྅ཧཾ།）”，如此生起空性之念。之后，念诵“阿 康 贝 绕 吽”，将其置于帷幕之中。嗡 纳玛 德 吽，纳摩 麦 吽，纳摩 纳玛 吽 梭哈。令其顶礼。之后是宣告秘密：于三处涂抹妙香之滴

May I liberate sentient beings from the torment of much suffering. (Recite) three times. Then, taking the vows: All Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, from what time until what time, please all be mindful of me. I, named ..., from this very moment, until when I reach the heart of the Bodhi tree, during this time, I will generate the supreme Bodhicitta without reservation. Just as the protectors of the three times have resolved to attain Bodhi, I will also generate the unsurpassed and supreme Bodhicitta. In the vows of Buddha Yoga, I will firmly uphold the discipline of morality, accumulate virtuous dharmas, and the three disciplines of benefiting sentient beings. I will take refuge in the unsurpassed Three Jewels of Buddha, Dharma, and Sangha from today onwards, and will never abandon them. In the great Vajra family, I will truly hold the Vajra bell and hand seal, and will also hold the teachers. In the precious and great Ratna family, for the pleasing vows, every day at six times, I will always give the four kinds of generosity. In the pure Lotus family arising from the great Bodhi, I will hold all the supreme Buddhadharma of the three vehicles, outer, inner, and secret. In the great Karma family, I will truly hold all the vows completely, and will also do my best to make offerings. I have generated the unsurpassed Bodhicitta, may I place sentient beings in Nirvana. (Recite) three times. Āḥ Khaṃ Bīra Hūṃ. (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanization, Chinese literal meaning) After reciting twice, take off the blindfold and flowers, scatter white mustard seeds, and dispel obstacles with the Sumba mantra. Place nectar on the tongue and protect with Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ. Visualize a black He (ཧེ།, हे, he, He) at your heart, free from causes; a red Ra (རུ།, रु, ru, Ra) at your throat, free from assembly; a white Ka (ཀ།, क, ka, Ka) at your forehead, nowhere to abide; and a yellow Shri (ཤྲཱི།, श्री, śrī, Shri) at your navel, transformed into non-dual wisdom. "I am Shri Heruka (ཤྲཱི་ཧེ་རུ་ཀོ྅ཧཾ།)," thus generate the mind of emptiness. Then, reciting "Āḥ Khaṃ Bīra Hūṃ," place it inside the curtain. Oṃ Namaḥ Te Hūṃ, Namo Me Hūṃ, Namo Namaḥ Hūṃ Svāhā. Cause it to prostrate. Then, proclaiming the secret: Apply drops of fragrant incense to the three places.
