By destroying, being uncertain about place, time, and behavior, Therefore, mix all the changes that arise in the mind with the sound of Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུཾ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) as before. All the miracles that appear as deities should be recognized as one's own mind. For the harmful ones, cultivate intense compassion and pray. For the body and enjoyment, and one's own retinue, etc., have no attachment, not even a particle. For pleasure and pain, good and bad, pleasant and unpleasant words, etc., let all the subtle thoughts of the eight worldly concerns dissolve into the Dharmadhatu. Eliminating unfavorable factors, this should be practiced after gaining some experience, together with the subsequent yoga enhancement. The third is the profound yoga, which is divided into two parts: preliminary and main practice. The first part has main practice and branches. The first part includes: Pūraka, which means filling; Recaka, which means expelling or dust-ending; Bhūmyanga, which means the limb of earth; Kumbhaka, which means pot-like; Trāṭaka, which means pressing or stiffening. First, Pūraka with two sounds: Keep the body in position, and secretly exhale several times. Focus the mind on the tip of the nose, and make a "poof" sound when exhaling. When inhaling, slowly reduce the force. Between the roots of the nostrils, rub with the breath, making the sound of A (藏文:ཨ,梵文天城体:अ,梵文罗马拟音:a,汉语字面意思:阿), and inhale for a long time. At that time, focus the consciousness on the navel chakra. When the inhalation is complete, slightly press the breath on the navel chakra. Release again and inhale as before. Always get used to doing this. The method of learning to be silent is: the others are the same as this, but slowly inhale the breath from the center of the nostrils, so it will become silent. Recaka also has two sounds: Clear the stale air several times, and inhale quickly. Focus the mind on the space four fingers' width from the tip of the nose, and slowly exhale the breath, rubbing between the nasal cavities, which will make a sound. When the exhalation is complete, press outward forcefully for a moment. Visualize that the body and all appearances are empty and clear. Practice this repeatedly. The silent method is: slowly release naturally, the others are the same. The third is Bhūmyanga: In the center of the body is the central channel, with the upper end reaching the crown chakra and the lower end reaching the navel chakra. There is a moon at the crown chakra and a sun at the navel chakra. The nature of the white and red essences is the knot of the channels.

Visualize the demon-free mother holding her mouth, like a black snake, coiled around the central channel from the navel to the throat. From the throat, the tail curves forward to reach the tip of the tongue. Expel stale air and inhale slowly, causing a stream of bodhicitta to arise from the moon, filling the central channel. Visualize a grayish substance at the navel. When inhalation is complete, exhale slowly, visualizing a stream of red fluid arising from the sun at the navel, mixing with white. The demon-free mother gradually fills upwards, visualizing red and white bindus spreading between the tip of the tongue. Since this method is not clearly explained in the tantras, it may not be taught at this stage of the completion phase. Fourth, Kumbhaka (vase breathing). First, expel stale air and inhale slowly, then press forcefully on the navel. Leave the downward-moving air to itself. Swallow air repeatedly from the mouth, visualizing your own body as a deity's empty abode, expanding in size. Focus on this for one session. Another similar method is to clearly visualize your own body with the three channels, forcefully contract the downward-moving air, and meditate on union. This is the actual Kumbhaka. Fifth, Trataka (gazing). Expel stale air and fix your eyes forcefully on the space between the eyebrows. Inhale, combining the upper and lower at the navel. Then forcefully press and contract the navel, moving it to the left, right, front, back, and center, without thinking of anything. Second, other methods beneficial to the body. As the tantras say: "Bind at the time of supreme joy with the syllable "ཧཿ" (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Chinese meaning: Ha). Or with the syllable "ཧཱུཾ་" (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum), with the sound residing in the heart. Or with the syllable "ཧྲཱིཾ་ཧ་" (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Chinese meaning: Hrih Ha), with the sound residing in the throat. The actions of Hum and Phat, and performing the union of the great arrow, thereby binding the semen. Furthermore, at the midpoint of the quarter, one should meditate on co-emergent wisdom." As it is said. First, the action of the syllable Ha: Visualize a yellow Ha at the secret place, and slowly and longly recite "ཧཿ" with a loud voice, visualizing the syllable Ha rising upwards and issuing far out from the mouth. Finally, recite the syllable Ha forcefully, exhaling forcefully. Then inhale slowly as before. Second, reciting Hum: Visualize a Hum at the navel, close the mouth, and slowly and longly emit the sound of Hum from the nostrils through the gaps between the teeth.
