ཞེས་དམ་ཚིག་སྦྱིན་ནོ། །བླ་གོས་གྱོན་ཞིང་སྐྱབས་སྦྱིན་དང་བཅས་པས། འདིར་ནི་ཁྱོད་ལ་ངས་ལུང་བསྟན། །ཧེ་རུ་ཀ་དཔལ་དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས། །སྲིད་པ་ཤིན་ཏུ་བསྒྲུབ་པས་ནི། །སྲིད་པའི་ངན་འགྲོ་རྣམས་ལས་བཏོན། །ཧེ་ཤྲཱི་ཆེ་གེ་མོ་ན་མ་སརྦ་ཏ་ཐཱ་ག་ཏ་སིདྡྷ་ས་མ་ཡ་བྷུར་བྷུཿཝ་སྭ། སངས་རྒྱས་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱིས་ལུང་བསྟན་པར་མོས་པ་གྱིས་ཤིག །གསང་ཆེན་མཆོག་ གི་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་དུ། །མཐོང་བ་དང་ནི་བཅག་པ་ཡིས། །སྡིག་པ་ཀུན་ལས་རྣམ་གྲོལ་ནས། ཁྱོད་ནི་དེ་རིང་བདེ་བར་གནས། །སློབ་དཔོན་བརྙས་པར་མི་བྱ་ཞིང༌། །གུས་པ་ཡིས་ནི་མཆོད་པར་བྱེད། །རྡོ་རྗེ་དྲིལ་བུ་ཕྱག་རྒྱ་ཡང༌། །ཡོངས་སུ་བཏང་བར་མི་བྱའོ། །དམ་ཚིག་སྡོམ་པ་བསྲུང་བྱ་སྟེ། །རྣམ་པར་མི་རྟོག་གོས་མེད་པས། །རང་ལྷའི་རྣལ་འབྱོར་གནས་པ་ཡིས། །འདོད་པའི་ཡོན་ཏན་བསྟེན་པར་བྱ། ཁྱོད་རང་སངས་རྒྱས་རིགས་སུ་སྐྱེས། །ཞེས་དབུགས་དབྱུང་ངོ༌། །མིག་ཐུར་ནས་འདིའི་བར་བུམ་དབང་དང་བཞི་པའི་འཇུག་འདམ་ཀ་དང་གསང་དབང་གི་མཐར་ཡང་རུང་བར་བཤད་པས་ནུབ་གཅིག་ལ་དབང་ཇི་ཙམ་བྱེད་པ་དེའི་མཐར་སྦྱོར་རོ། །དེ་ལྟར་ན་བུམ་པའི་དབང་ཐོབ། ལུས་ཀྱི་དྲི་མ་དག །དམན་པ་དབྱིབས་ཀྱི་རྣལ་འབྱོར་སྒོམས་པ་དང༌། རྒྱུད་ཉན་བཤད་དང་གཏོར་མའི་བྱ་བ་ལ་སོགས་པ་ལ་དབང་ངོ༌། །གཉིས་པ་གསང་དབང་ནི། རིག་མ་མཚན་ལྡན་དང་བཅས་པའི་ཞིང་ཁམས་ཕུལ་བར་བསམས་ལ། མཎྜལ་ཕུལ། ཁྱོད་ཀྱི་ཞབས་ཀྱི་དྲིན་གྱིས་ནི། །བདག་གིས་བླ་མེད་བྱང་ཆུབ་ཐོབ། །གསང་བའི་དབང་བསྐུར་གསང་བ་ཆེ། །གཙོ་བོ་ཆེན་པོས་བདག་ལ་སྩོལ། །ཞེས་ལན་གསུམ་གྱིས་གསོལ་བ་བཏབ། ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿ ཧཱུཾཾ་མིག་དར་བཅིང༌། མངོན་རྟོགས་ལྟར། སངས་རྒྱས་མཁའ་འགྲོ་མའི་མགོ་བོར་ཨོཾ་དཀར་པོ་ཞེས་པ་ནས་（《ཛཾ》+སྙིང་གར་ཧཱུཾ་སྔོན་པོ། ལྟེ་བར་སྭཱ་སེར་པོ། གསང་གནས་སུ་ཨཱཿདམར་པོ། བརླ་གཉིས་ལ་ཧ་ལྗང་ཁུ། མཁའ་གསང་སྟོང་པའི་ངང་ལས་ཧཱུཾ་རྡོ་རྗེ་ཨོཾ་ལས་ནོར་བུ། ཧྲཱི་ལས་པདྨ་བྷྲུཾ་ལས་ཟེའུ་འབྲུའོ། །འཁྱུད་པ་ཙུམ་པ་ལ་སོགས་པས་ཤེས་རབ་མ་ལ་བདེ་བ་སྐྱེས་པ་ན། ལྷ་མོ་བཞིས། ཨེ་མ་གཉེན་མཆོག་རྡོ་རྗེའི་འོད་ཀྱིས་པདྨ་རབ་ཕྱེ་ཤིགཨ་ལ་ལ་ལ་ལ་ཧོ། བདེ་བ་ཆེན་པོ་རབ་ཏུ་དགྱེས་པའི་གར་མཛོད་ཅིག །ཇི་ལྟར་ཉི་མའི་འོད་ཀྱིས་པདྨ་རབ་ཁ་འབྱེད་པ་བཞིན། ཨ་ལ་ལ་ལ་ལ་ཧོ། བདེ་བ་ཆེན་པོ་རབ་ཏུ་དགྱེས་པའི་གར་མཛོད་ཅིག །ཅེས་བསྐུལ་བས། འདོད་པའི་སྒྱུ་རྩལ་དང་བཅས་སྙོམས་པར་ཞུགས་པའི་སྒྲ་དང་སྦྱོར་མཚམས་ནས་བྱུ

如是赐予誓言。身着上衣，并施予救护，在此我向你授记。嘿汝嘎吉祥如来。由于精勤修持世间，从世间的恶趣中解脱。嘿室利 某某 拿嘛 萨瓦 达塔嘎达 悉达 萨玛雅 呼日 呼 瓦 梭哈。（嘿室利，梵文：Hrih，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，惭愧）所有佛陀都应信受此授记。于殊胜大密坛城中，仅见与触，便能从一切罪业中解脱，你今日得安乐。莫轻蔑上师，以恭敬供养。金刚铃杵手印等，亦不可舍弃。当守护誓言律仪，以无分别赤裸之身，安住于自生本尊瑜伽，应享用欲妙。你已生于佛陀种姓。如是安慰。从眼药至此，瓶灌顶与第四灌顶的插入处，以及秘密灌顶的结尾处皆可，因此一夜之间做多少灌顶，就在结尾处连接。如是获得瓶灌顶。清净身体的垢染。有权修持下部的形瑜伽，以及听闻讲说续部和朵玛等事业。二是秘密灌顶：观想献上具有明妃的刹土，献曼扎。以您的足下恩德，我获得无上菩提。秘密灌顶甚深密，大主祈赐予我。如是祈请三次。嗡 阿 吽。遮眼布。如现观所示。于诸佛空行母之顶上，自白色嗡字起（《ཛཾ》+心间蓝色吽字。脐间黄色梭哈。密处红色阿字。双腿绿色哈字。于虚空密处空性中，吽字金刚，嗡字宝珠，室利字莲花，种字舍榆果。拥抱亲吻等，于智慧母生起安乐时，四天女劝请道：哎玛 亲友 愿以金刚之光 盛开莲花。啊啦啦啦啦 吼。大乐 极喜悦之舞。犹如太阳之光 盛开莲花般。啊啦啦啦啦 吼。大乐 极喜悦之舞。如是劝请。伴随欲妙，入于等至之声与结合之际所生

The vows and commitments should be kept, with non-conceptual nakedness, abiding in the yoga of one's own deity, one should enjoy the qualities of desire. You are born into the Buddha lineage. From the eye medicine until here, the insertion point of the vase empowerment and the fourth empowerment, and also at the end of the secret empowerment, so however many empowerments are done in one night, connect at the end. Thus, the vase empowerment is obtained. The impurities of the body are purified. One has the authority to practice the yoga of form in the lower part, and to listen to and explain the tantras and the activities of tormas, etc. Secondly, the secret empowerment: visualize offering the pure land with a consort, and offer the mandala. By the kindness of your feet, I obtain unsurpassed Bodhi. The secret empowerment is very secret, may the great lord grant it to me. Thus, pray three times. Om Ah Hum. Blindfold.
