The nature of bindu, the three joys of great desire that do not change, the essence of which is indivisible, is the Sambhogakaya of ultimate meaning, the essence of the twelve wisdom grounds and the sixteen joys all united as one. That is what it says. The Nirmanakaya is the union of great compassion without object and the wisdom that knows the meaning of sentient beings, the power to accomplish the benefit of beings in whatever way is appropriate for them to be tamed, the wisdom of such a combination of wisdom, compassion, and power, which knows all the benefits of beings and is extremely clear, by the nature of great bliss of objectless compassion, abiding in bliss oneself and placing others in great bliss, is spring, whatever the Tathagatagarbha of sentient beings is, and one's own Tathagatagarbha is the same essence and sees it as such, is the bindu, that is, the bindu is shown as the representation of the Tathagatagarbha, the essence is the wisdom of equality. The rays of light of such wisdom shine, and also shine on others, that is, the power to place sentient beings in one's own wisdom. Thus, the meaning of accomplishment is, the wisdom of the power to perform the benefit of beings, manifesting various manifestations according to the capacity of sentient beings, the manifester is the Nirmanakaya. Thus, the three bodies are, only distinguished from the perspective of the opposite, there is no difference from the perspective of essence, because the wisdom of the Buddha is unique and non-dual, from the perspective of being the nature of all dharmas and adorned with all the collections of qualities is the Dharmakaya, from the perspective of appearing in the form of body, speech, and mind is the Sambhogakaya, and from the perspective of being able to perform the benefit of beings is the Nirmanakaya. Whatever qualities are newly obtained in other appearances, and whatever manifestations are manifested by that power, those are only named on those three bodies, they are not real, however, the activities of those are there. The fourth is the activity, to understand the three bodies well, to strive for the benefit and happiness of oneself and others. That is to say, for the three bodies mentioned above, placing sentient beings, is to increase the three bodies, or, is to make sentient beings understand well.

Eh. Realization and expansion are different translations of the same word. In some Tibetan versions, the phrase "body, speech, and mind are expanded, well realized" appears, which is a mixture of two different translations. In this way, one attains the ultimate body of supreme bliss for oneself, and bestows the supreme and unsurpassed wisdom of supreme bliss upon other sentient beings for their benefit. This is the main purpose, so it is mentioned. The remaining aspects, such as the various perfections of one's own benefit, and the act of placing sentient beings in various distinctions of temporary benefit and happiness, manifest higher realms and definite goodness, are understood implicitly. The meaning of the extensive explanation is summarized as: The root chakras are offered to the protector of beings. This means that the four root chakras and the four bindus located therein are completely purified of all defiled dharmas. Only the self-nature remains, which is the nature of the four kayas. This is the true nature of the four root chakras and the four bindus. That is the great common form of all Buddhas, the protector of beings, the great ocean of wisdom, so it is necessary to pay homage and prostrate with respect. Later translations say, "The benefit and happiness of self and others for beings," and most Tibetans explain it according to this phrase. However, the translation of Ngok says, "The benefit and happiness of self and others, the three kayas are greatly expanded, bestowing the root chakra, paying homage to the protector of beings." This is in accordance with the meaning. Therefore, in the praise of this text, the translation of Drokmi mostly appears in prose form. The translation of Ngok is divided into verses of nineteen syllables and thirteen syllables, divided into two parts. Later translators made it into consistent four-line verses. The middle translation is more in line with the Chinese style. However, since there is no rhyme, it is not bad to make it into prose. In the Chinese versions I have seen, there are no corresponding words for "Dharma heap," "main," "including five," and "meaning of vowel letters." bodhipakṣadharmasvabhāvasthitāṃ (Tibetan: བོ་དྷི་པཀྵ་དྷརྨ་སྭ་བྷ་ཝ་སྠི་ཏཱཾ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: बोधिपक्षधर्मस्वभावस्थितां, Sanskrit Romanization: bodhipakṣadharmasvabhāvasthitāṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Bodhi-paksha-dharma-svabhava-sthita), and kāyavākcittacakrabheda (Tibetan: ཀཱ་ཡ་ཝ་ཀ་ཙིཏྟ་ཙཀྲ་བྷེ་ད།, Sanskrit Devanagari: कायवाकचित्तचक्रभेद, Sanskrit Romanization: kāyavākcittacakrabheda, Chinese literal meaning: Body-speech-mind-chakra-difference).
