Whatever has a certain characteristic should be applied to the other in an appropriate manner. The term "spring" is so called because it makes the hearts of sentient beings happy. In the spring season, trees, leaves, flowers, and shrubs bloom, making people happy, and similarly, it causes all the bindus to bloom and grow. Whatever joy, happiness, contentment, radiance, strength, ability, vitality, lightness, and comfortable physical form sentient beings have, it is created by this, therefore it is called "spring," that is, vasanta. The image of the mare's fire refers to the sow bindu. Here, "essence" or "image" refers to a similar form. The mare's fire is the fire of Hayagriva, which is the surrounding fire. As it is said in the world, it is located in the place of the horse's image, and the term should be applied accordingly. Just as the great ocean, into which hundreds of thousands of great rivers flow, and where a constant rain the size of a yoke falls, although it is filled from all directions, the fire completely dries it up, so that no increase or decrease is visible. Similarly, it causes all the groups of elements to change, ripen, and dry up, so that even this body composed of many elements does not appear to grow. If it is taken as a path, it will generate the light of wisdom and burn all impurities, so it is similar to that. The essence in the center of the navel emanation wheel, the knot of the central channel in the shape of a dharma source, the chief of the red essence obtained from the lama, is the essence of digestion and desire, causing suffering such as attachment. The place where the element of bindu particles resides, which has the sound of a short a (अं, aṃ, short A) or the letter am, is the essence of Vajravarahi, the fire of inner heat. It is the one who causes the essence to pervade the entire body, the one who separates the essence from the impurities, the one who causes the twenty-four channels to flow separately, and the one who stimulates bliss. Bindu, that is, tilaka. By the urging of the wind of karma, it blazes in the mandala of the navel. By obtaining spring, one is well satisfied, enters into samadhi, and abides. This is Heruka, the glorious hero, called the spring bindu, the form of the yogini.

Relying on it, both movement and non-movement abide in a correct manner. Thus, the way in which spring and bindu merge and transform into the spring bindu is as follows: The so-called karma wind, from the power of meditation, causes the central channel between the navel and the secret place to expand. There, a new wind that stimulates bliss arises. It first ignites the Brahma fire located four fingers below the navel. The fire and wind together travel through the central channel and cause the letter Aṃ (藏文,梵文天城体:अं,梵文罗马拟音:aṃ,汉语字面意思:Om) to burn in the center of the navel chakra. Moreover, the Brahma fire is only red in color, and the sow of the navel is a mixture of white and red, but red is the predominant part and is controlled by red. Therefore, it is difficult to ignite, so to ignite it, one must first ignite other fires. At the end of the burning of the navel fire, the spring of the heart melts and descends to the navel, mixing with the red part of the tummo, thereby being even more satisfied with supreme bliss. In the center of the navel, the two, red and white, merge into one and abide, which is the union of spring and bindu. It is both spring and bindu, so it is the union of spring and bindu. The so-called attainment of spring, in འགོས་འགྱུར་(Place name) it is said: "Joyful upon encountering Vasanta." Thus, it is excellent to translate "attainment" as "encounter." The wisdom attained from mixing is the deity of the completion stage, glorious Heruka, and is a hero for subduing afflictions. Such powers of spring and bindu pervade the forms of the yogini's root channels. Relying on it, the moving winds and the non-moving elements are also blessed and abide by the spring bindu. This is the definitive meaning. In truth, the nature of spring is the unchanging bliss that abides in the bindu, and the nature of the bindu is the tummo of all forms. The union of these two is the yogini, that is, relying on and holding the body of all forms, one truly abides in all that is stable and moving. This is the ultimate meaning. Here, the phrase "relying on the body" is understood as འབྲོག་མི་(Person's name)'s "holding the body" and འགོས་(Person's name)'s "holding the body." Even in the state of not having practiced the path, at the time of death and dualistic perception, etc., there are similarities in the movement of the karma wind and the way in which spring and bindu unite. The karma wind arising from practicing the path also
