ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་ཏུ་ཥྱ་ཧོཿ ཨོཾ་ཧཱུཾ་ཧྲཾ་ཧྲིཿཨཿ དར་དཔྱངས་བཅིངས། ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་ཨུ་ཏ་ཀ་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་ཧཱུཾ་སུ་ར་ཏ་སྟྭཾ། ཨ་ཧཾ། ཞེས་གསུངས་ཤིང་བུམ་པའི་ཆུས་དབང་བསྐུར། ལས་ཀྱི་ནང་ཐམས་ཅད་གང༌། ཉེས་སྐྱོན་ཐམས་ཅད་དག ཆུའི་ལྷག་མ་སྤྱི་བོར་འཁྱིལ་པ་ལས། རིན་ཆེན་འབྱུང་ལྡན་ཉིད་ཀྱིས་དབུ་བརྒྱན། ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་པུཥྤེ༴ སོགས། དེ་ལྟར་ན་ཅོད་པན་གྱི་དབང་ཐོབ། ང་རྒྱལ་དང་སེར་སྣ་དག ཚོར་བའི་ཕུང་པོ་གནས་གྱུར། སོ་སོར་རྟོག་པའི་ཡེ་ཤེས་མངོན་དུ་བྱས། རིན་ཆེན་འབྱུང་ལྡན་གྱི་གོ་འཕང་མངོན་དུ་འགྱུར་བའི་རྟེན་འབྲེལ་བསྒྲིགས་པ་ཡིན་ནོ། །ཅོད་པན་གྱི་དབང་དེས་རིགས་བསྒྲེས་ཏེ། བདག་དང་དབང་རྫས་རྡོ་རྗེ་གཉིས་ཀ་མི༴ ཛྲིཾ་ལས་པད་ཛྲི་གིས༴ པདྨ་མཁའ་འགྲོ་སྐུ་མདོག་དམར་པོ་གཡས་པདྨ༴ ཡུམ་པདྨ་མཁའ་འགྲོ་མ་དམར་མོ། ཐམས་ཅད་པདྨ་མཁའ་འགྲོ་མ་ཡབ་ཡུམ་གྱི་རྣམ་པར༴ པདྨ་མཁའ་འགྲོ་ ཡབ་ཡུམ་ཞུ་བ་ལས། དབང་རྫས་རྡོ་རྗེ༴ དབང་བསྐུར་རྡོ་རྗེ་ཆེན་པོ༴ སོགས་ཀྱི་རྗེས་ལ། སངས་རྒྱས་རྣམས་ཀྱིས་རྡོ་རྗེ་ཡི། །དབང་གིས་དེ་རིང་ཁྱོད་དབང་བསྐུར། །འདི་སྟེ་སངས་རྒྱས་ཐམས་ཅད་ཉིད། །རྡོ་རྗེ་རབ་ཏུ་གྲུབ་ཕྱིར་བཟུང༌། །ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿམ་ཧཱ་བཛྲ་ཧཱུཾ་ཧཱུཾ། ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་ཨུ་ཏ་ཀ༴ སོགས། སྤྱི་བོར་འཁྱིལ་བ་ལས་འོད་དཔག་མེད་ཀྱིས་དབུ་རྒྱན། ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་པུཥྤེ༴ དེ་ལྟར་ན་རྡོ་རྗེ༴ འདོད་ཆགས༴ འདུ་ཤེས་ཀྱི༴ སོ་སོར་རྟོག་པའི༴ འོད་དཔག་མེད་ཀྱི༴ ཞེས་འདོན་པ་སྤོ། རྡོ་རྗེའི་དབང་ངོ༌། །དེ་བཞིན་དུ། བདག་དབང་རྫས་དྲིལ་བུ༴ ཁཾ་ལས་རལ་གྲི་ཁཾ་གིས༴ སྣ་ཚོགས་མཁའ་འགྲོ་སྐུ་མདོག་ལྗང་ཁུ༴ གཡས་རལ་གྲི༴ ཡུམ་སྣ་ཚོགས་མཁའ་འགྲོ་མ་ཡང་སྐུ་མདོག་ལྗང་ཁུ༴ ཐམས་ཅད་སྣ་ཚོགས་མཁའ་འགྲོ་ཡབ་ཡུམ་གྱི་རྣམ་པར༴ དབང་རྫས་ཀྱི་སྣ་ཚོགས་མཁའ་འགྲོ༴ དབང་རྫས་དྲིལ་བུར་གྱུར། དབང་བསྐུར་རྡོ་རྗེ༴ སོགས་ཀྱི་མཐར། ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་ཨ་དྷི་པ་ཏི་སྟྭཾ། ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་མི། ཏིཥྛ་བཛྲ་ས་མ་ཡ་སྟྭཾ། ཞེས་དྲིལ་བུ་གཏད། ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་གྷཎྜེ་ཨ་ཨ། བཅོམ་ལྡན་བཟུང་ངོ་བདག་ལ་ནི། །ཡང་དག་ཉེ་བར་གྱུར་པར་མཛོད། བཛྲ་ཨུ་ཏ་ཀ་འཁྱིལ་བ་ལས་དོན་ཡོད་གྲུབ་པས། བཛྲ་པུཥྤེ༴ དྲིལ་བུའི་དབང་༴ ཕྲག་དོག༴ འདུ་བྱེད་ཀྱི༴ བྱ་བ་སྒྲུབ་པའི༴ དོན་ཡོད་གྲུབ་པའི༴ དྲིལ་བུའི་དབང་ངོ༌། །བདག་དང་དབང་རྫས་དྲིལ་བུ་གཉིས་ཀ༴ པདྨ་དང་ཟླ་བའི་སྟེང་དུ་བྷྲུཾ་ལས་འཁོར་ལོ་བྷྲུཾ་གྱིས་མཚན་པ༴ སངས་རྒྱས་མཁའ་འགྲོ༴ སྐུ་ མདོག་དཀར་པོ་གཡས་འཁོར་ལོ་དང༌།

嗡 班匝 德夏 吽。嗡 吽 舍 舍 阿。系紧丝带。嗡 班匝 吾达嘎 阿 贝 堪匝 吽 索热达 斯瓦。阿 吽。如是说，以宝瓶之水灌顶。所有事业处皆充满。所有罪过皆清净。从顶髻残留之水中，由宝生佛亲自加持头饰。嗡 班匝 布贝 等。如是获得宝冠之灌顶。去除我慢与悭吝。感受蕴转化为智慧。显现妙观察智。乃是促成显现宝生佛果位的缘起。以宝冠之灌顶增上种姓。自身与灌顶物金刚二者皆成为。从臧字(ཛྲིཾ，dʒriṁ，梵文种子字)生出莲花金刚。莲花空行母身色红色，右手莲花。明妃莲花空行母红色。一切皆为莲花空行母父母之相。莲花空行 父母融入，灌顶物金刚。灌顶大金刚等之后。诸佛以金刚之，灌顶今日汝灌顶，此乃一切诸佛陀，为令金刚极成就，持之。嗡 阿 玛哈 班匝 吽 吽。嗡 班匝 吾达嘎 等。从顶髻残留之水中，由无量光佛加持头饰。嗡 班匝 布贝 等。如是金刚。贪欲。想蕴。妙观察。无量光。念诵后去除。金刚之灌顶。如是。自身灌顶物铃。从康字(ཁཾ，khaṁ，梵文种子字)生出宝剑。杂色空行母身色绿色。右手宝剑。明妃杂色空行母亦身色绿色。一切皆为杂色空行母父母之相。灌顶物的杂色空行母。灌顶物化为铃。灌顶金刚等之后。嗡 班匝 阿迪巴德 斯瓦。阿 贝 堪匝 弥。德 斯达 班匝 萨玛雅 斯瓦。如是给予铃。嗡 班匝 嘎德 阿 阿。祈请世尊受持我，令我真实得亲近。班匝 吾达嘎 从残留之水中，由不空成就佛。班匝 布贝。铃之灌顶。嫉妒。行蕴。成所作。不空成就。铃之灌顶。自身与灌顶物铃二者。莲花与月亮之上，从仲字(བྷྲུཾ，bhruṁ，梵文种子字)生出轮，以仲字为标志。佛空行母。 身色白色，右手轮。

Purify all faults. From the remaining water swirling on the crown, the head is adorned by Ratnasambhava himself. OM VAJRA PUSHPE etc. Thus, the crown empowerment is obtained. Eliminate pride and stinginess. Transform the aggregate of feeling. Manifest discriminating awareness. It is the auspicious connection for manifesting the state of Ratnasambhava. With the crown empowerment, the lineage is elevated. May both myself and the empowerment object, the vajra, become. From the syllable DHRIM (ཛྲིཾ，dʒriṁ，Vajra seed syllable) arises the lotus vajra. Lotus Dakini, body red in color, right hand holding a lotus. Consort Lotus Dakini, red in color. All in the form of Lotus Dakini father and mother. Lotus Dakini Father and mother dissolve, the empowerment object vajra. Empowerment Great Vajra etc. After that, The Buddhas, with the vajra, Empower you today with empowerment. This is all the Buddhas themselves. Hold it so that the vajra may be perfectly accomplished. OM AH MAHA VAJRA HUM HUM.
