The outer, inner, and secret three vehicles, the one with vows holds all the Dharma without exception. This is the delightful vow of the pure Padma family. In the great and supreme Karma family, possessing all the vows, you should hold them perfectly. Also, do whatever you can in the work of offerings. Thus. Second, taking the vows: I take refuge in the Three Jewels, etc., taking the common vows three times. All the Buddhas with their sons, and all the heroes and yoginis, all of you, please consider me. I, named so-and-so, from this time until the essence of enlightenment, just as the protectors of the three times, have determined in enlightenment, I will generate the supreme and excellent mind of enlightenment. The training of morality, and accumulating virtuous dharmas, and the three moralities that benefit sentient beings, I will firmly hold. Buddha, Dharma, and Sangha, unsurpassed.

三世诸佛与僧伽，由佛瑜伽所生起，从今受持诸律仪。于金刚殊胜大种姓，金刚铃杵与手印，如实受持而行持，上师亦当受持之。珍宝殊胜大种姓，于悦意之誓句，日日六时常行持，恒常布施四种施。由大菩提心所生，清净莲花之种姓，外内秘密三乘法，受持圣法而行持。于业之殊胜大种姓，具足一切诸律仪，如实受持而行持，亦当尽力作供养。无上菩提心，由诸圣者所生起，为利一切诸有情，我之律仪无余受。未能度者我当度，未能脱者我令脱，未得气息施气息，安立众生于涅槃。如是三次受持五部律仪。从“佛法僧”至“善持二十二”之间念诵三次。如弟子灌顶时所说，此续部之不共律仪受持如是。以上为广受律仪之法，中等则仅以后者即可，简略者为：主尊如何作开示，如是吾亦当行持。念诵三次。第九、安立誓言：今汝已入一切勇士与瑜伽母之种姓，我将为你生起吉祥黑汝嘎之智慧，以何智慧你将获得一切如来，以及一切勇士瑜伽母之成就，更何况其他成就？汝勿于未见坛城者前宣说，恐誓言退失也。如是自利益之门安立誓言。以金刚触心间：黑汝嘎吉祥，今汝已真实入于心。若说此理，即刻裂心而逝。从颅器中饮用甘露水：此乃汝之地狱水，违越誓言将焚烧，守护誓言则成就。

The precious great lineage, In the pleasing vows, Day by day, six times, Always give the four kinds of generosity. Born from the Great Bodhicitta, The pure lotus lineage, Outer, inner, secret three vehicles, Hold the holy Dharma and practice. In the great Karma lineage, Possessing all the vows, Truly hold and practice, Also do as much offering as possible. The unsurpassed Bodhicitta, Born from the holy ones, For the sake of all sentient beings, I hold all my vows without exception. Those who have not crossed over, I will liberate, Those who have not been freed, I will free, Give breath to those who have no breath, Establish sentient beings in Nirvana. Thus, hold the five families of vows three times. From "Buddha, Dharma, and Sangha" to "Well hold twenty-two" recite three times. As said during the disciple's initiation, the uncommon vows of this tantra are held in this way. The above is the method of extensively holding the vows, for the medium, only the latter is sufficient, and the brief one is: How the main deity has taught, Likewise, I shall practice. Recite three times. Ninth, establishing the oath: Now you have entered the lineage of all heroes and yoginis, I will generate the wisdom of glorious Heruka for you, By what wisdom will you obtain the accomplishments of all the Tathagatas, and all the heroes and yoginis, what need to mention other accomplishments? You should not speak in front of those who have not seen the mandala, lest the vows be broken. Thus, establish the oath through the door of self-benefit. Touching the heart with the vajra: Glorious Heruka, now you have truly entered the heart. If you speak this truth, you will immediately split your heart and pass away. Drink the nectar water from the skull: This is your hell water, Violating the vows will burn, Protecting the vows will accomplish.
