Emanate it outwards from the heart, place it in a pure realm, and dissolve it into the outer support mandala. The eight orifices of the protective wheel of one's own body's hair, nails, skin, bones, joints, etc., are the eight great charnel grounds, the soles of the feet are the wind mandala. The crossroads is fire. The belly is water. The heart is earth. The spine is the king of mountains, Mount Meru. The head is the upper part of Mount Meru. The body, the impartial square, is the four-sided palace, the body, speech, and mind are the three wheels. The dharma wheel in the heart is the great bliss wheel. The flow of the four elements is the four doors. The eight legs are the eight pillars. The eyes and ears, the nose and tongue, and the lips and intestines, etc., become the ornaments of the palace. Fourth, the pure yoga. Inviting the wisdom deity. Empowerment and sealing, there are three. The first has two, mixing the three messengers: Oṃ āḥ hūṃ sarva bīra yoginī kāya vāk citta vajra svabhāva ātmako'haṃ. After making this request, the Tathagata Buddha with the assembly of goddesses, just as at the time of birth, the Tathagatas are all bathed, with the pure water of the gods, I will also bathe in the same way. Those in the body wheel are headed by Vairochana. Those in the samaya wheel are headed by Amoghasiddhi. Visualize them adorned with the five Buddhas as their crown ornaments. Fourth, first is the mantra offering, reciting each of the mantras from the heart essence of the father and mother deities and the dakinis to Yamantaka once. Outer offering: Cleanse with Sumbha. Purify with Svabhava. From emptiness, the seven A's transform into seven skull cups, filled with divine substances transformed from seven Hums, such as offering water, foot washing water, flowers, incense, lamps, perfume, food, and other offerings, pure and unobstructed, filled with the nature of wisdom nectar.
