One face, two hands, and three eyes, the great wrathful one blazing with glory like the fire of the eon. The left hand holds a skull cup filled with the blood and entrails of demons and evil beings, embracing the father in a gesture of strength, while the right hand threatens in all directions with a vajra and a threatening mudra. Hair is disheveled. The left leg is extended and the right leg is bent, perfectly embracing the Bhagavan. Naked, adorned with a crown of five dry human heads and a necklace of fifty dry heads, with wheel-shaped earrings. The throat is a collection of bracelets, and there is a chin. Adorned with five bone ornaments. Delighted in drinking blood. Blood flows from the (Sanskrit: bhaga) vulva. The essence of appearance, insight, and great compassion is the father, and the essence of emptiness, peace, and great bliss is the mother, and both reside in the center like the fire of the eon. In this way, At the heart of the father is Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: 吽), and at the heart of the mother is Vaṃ (Tibetan: བཾ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: वं, Sanskrit Romanization: vaṃ, Chinese literal meaning: 邦). The four Yoginis of the essence within emptiness are drawn upwards from the vajra path, emanating outwards from the heart from their respective channels, placed in the four completely pure realms, and situated in the four directions of the outer great bliss wheel. The four Maṃ (Tibetan: མཾ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: मं, Sanskrit Romanization: maṃ, Chinese literal meaning: 芒), Taṃ (Tibetan: ཏཾ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: तं, Sanskrit Romanization: taṃ, Chinese literal meaning: 当), Paṃ (Tibetan: པཾ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: पं, Sanskrit Romanization: paṃ, Chinese literal meaning: 邦), and Laṃ (Tibetan: ལཾ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: लं, Sanskrit Romanization: laṃ, Chinese literal meaning: 朗) of the inner circle of the heart also transform into four Yoginis. That is, in the inner and outer east is the blue Dakini, in the north is the green Lama, in the west is the red Khandaroha, and in the south is the yellow Rupini. All have one face, two hands, and three eyes. The right hand holds a curved knife, and the left hands hold skull cups filled with nectar, marked respectively by an elephant, a jackal, a man, and a bull. Hair is disheveled.
