Po. To the accomplished yogis, grant life, wisdom, and power, and act as the executioner of all who break their vows. Khyu mchog rgyal mtshan las la ya. To the breath of the enemy, thum ri li li. To the life of the enemy, hur thum dza. To the head of the enemy, bam ril li li. To the heart of the enemy, breng shag bhyoḥ. Turn the corpse of the vow-breaking enemy into an executioner for all the deities' mantras. Turn protection and reversal into your own executioner. Burn the enemy and obstacles, along with their retinue, to ashes. Your retinue is untamed, leading astray and causing harm beyond imagination. Cast evil omens and illusions upon the enemy. Let nine kinds of disasters come forth. Snatch away radiance and life force. Plunder power and enjoyment. Make them blind and mute. Give family infighting to the enemy. Turn all friends into enemies. Cause the lord, retinue, master, and servant to fight each other. Banish them to the far shore of the ocean. Cast them into the great darkness between continents. Gods, yakshas, pretas, nagas, unbearable rakshasas, fierce mothers and dakinis, the eight classes of spirits, hundreds of thousands of demons, now immediately assign them to work. Demolish the enemy's land and city from their foundations. Plunder fields, crops, and grains. Send human and livestock diseases like rain. Let the demons' food collapse like a mountain. Let the evil omens rage like wind. Cast the eon of weapons there. Send the time of disease and famine. Kill, banish, separate, and paralyze. Bhyoḥ to all hating enemies. Bhyoḥ to all harming obstacles. Bhyoḥ upon evil thoughts and curses. Reverse and transform, Samaya. After commanding thus, offer praises and then set it aside.
