I take refuge in the venerable Lama, the essence of all places. After saying this, rest in the state where the wisdom of the Lama's body, speech, and mind is inseparable and one with your own body, speech, and mind. Secondly, resting in non-elaboration: the body is arranged in the seven-point posture of Vairochana, the breath is left in its natural state, and the mind is released and transformed into the sky. Like something that has passed, mind, thoughts, and sky are inseparable, and rest naturally, without fabrication, in the essence of emptiness, free from all elaborations. One round of focus. If a sprout of thoughts arises, try to recognize its nature as it arises, and leave it in its natural state without fabrication. Whatever thought arises, rest in its nature, which is empty and clear, free from all elaborations, without fabrication. This is meditation after a little experience has arisen and its nature has been recognized, and it is difficult to meditate at first. Here, there is no need to abandon focus. This section is written based on the connection of words. If the intermediate person cannot manifest in this way, then by looking intently at the essence of the thought, it will return to itself, and rest in the state where awareness appears as clear emptiness. Two rounds of focus. The person of lesser ability examines the three aspects of the thought itself: arising, dwelling, and ceasing. First, how does it arise? When it dwells, how does it dwell in terms of place, time, color, shape, etc.? Even if you think you know its essence, how does it exist? How does it cease when it ceases? By searching and examining in this way, nothing is found, and in that state, rest in the recognition of the clear and empty nature. Three rounds of focus. Moreover, the nature of mind is free from all elaborations, so if you rest without fabricating anything, the nature of non-elaboration will be manifested. No matter how you fabricate good or bad with your mind, it will deviate from the method of realizing the original state. Therefore, resting naturally in the sphere free from elaborations is called the ultimate non-elaboration. One round of introduction. Being free from the elaborations of thoughts is the Dharmadhatu wisdom, realizing emptiness is the mirror-like wisdom, one's own awareness is the wisdom of equality, and the ability to manifest various clear aspects

Ya Sadrup Yeshe. These are the indivisible equality wisdom. Introduction section two. Furthermore, emptiness, non-conceptual Dharmakaya, awareness Sambhogakaya, secret Nirmanakaya, determined as the indivisible great bliss essence body. Introduction section three. The object of focus for the superior faculties mentioned above is shown here. That is, no matter what arises as the manifestation of the mind's appearances, objects, and conceptual thoughts, all of these are extremely clear, not obscured by any inherent nature. Empty because it is free from all identifications such as place, time, color, and shape. It has the characteristic that the power of awareness is not obstructed anywhere. When the instantaneous essence of one's own awareness wisdom arises, guarding it without fabrication in the manner of recognizing one's own face is the essence of the key point of this path. Introduction section four. Thus, for the meaning of the three object focus sections and the four introductions, dedicate the merit of engaging in all meditations to enlightenment. In between sessions, one should know all phenomena as illusion. These are only mentioned as seeds according to old texts, and the extensive explanation should be received from the mouth of the supreme lama. The third is when the mind is disturbed by strong conceptual thoughts, or whatever form of negative experience arises, one should definitely eliminate it by striving in this. And also in the session of the yoga of the actual practice without elaboration, one must definitely meditate once in a while. Also, visualize oneself clearly as the empty form of Yama, the Lord of Death. All conceptual thoughts are forcefully inhaled from the nine apertures in the manner of dust, and gathering in the heart, they become a single ball of light. That is white, round, clear, shining, and becomes about the size of a thumb. From the crown of the head to the soles of the feet, in all directions—left, right, front, back, above, and below—imagine it moving up and down with great force, without staying for even a moment. Then, from the boundary between the white and black of the heart, suddenly open a hole. Imagine that with the force of a strong man shooting an arrow or a shooting star moving, it arrives at the shore of the great outer ocean, appearing white. Rest there for a while. The empty body of Yama, the Lord of Death, is blown by the wind of karma and arrives in the western Sukhavati realm in an instant. Recite Om (藏文:ༀ,梵文天城体:ओम्,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡), Ah (藏文:ཨཱཿ,梵文天城体:आः,梵文罗马拟音:āḥ,汉语字面意思:阿), Hum (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽). That one's own mind abiding as a ball of light, there
