It arises from the continuation of... Generally, to dispel all obstacles, one must understand from the oral instructions of the guru, and the lineage of experience and realization. Third, complete quiescence of mind: This system mainly says that it relies on the body of the opposite sex. However, in the Five Stages, it says, "If the lotus and vajra unite, even if it does not exist in the mundane, just experiencing it once, one can accomplish it through the power of yoga." As it is said, relying on the karma mudra, after the three appearances are fully recognized, one can also practice by relying on oneself later. Or, first relying on oneself, guiding the three appearances as much as possible, and then relying on the body mudra, there are also those who lead the mind to the extreme of quiescence. One cannot perfect the quiescence of mind by relying on oneself alone. Therefore, as for the direct instructions of the scripture, for the omniscient Vidya Bhadra of the master and the oral instructions of the Black Practitioner of Vajrasana, they do not accept other instructions for the quiescence of mind, but only rely on the lower gate. In the oral instructions of the master Deva Akara Chandra with a consort, both are present. Therefore, the order of guidance here is also done in the same way: complete quiescence of mind, relying on the upper gate and relying on the lower gate. First, the practice of the arising of the three appearances, and the practice of reversing it. First, generating the wisdom of the first appearance, generating the wisdom of the increasing appearance, generating the wisdom of the attained appearance. First, practice the preliminaries as before, and the actions of body and speech are equal. Visualize oneself as Vajradhara with two hands, on the moon disc in the heart, in the center of the red lotus with eight petals, a white Aṃ (Tibetan: ཨཾ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: अं, Sanskrit Romanization: aṃ, Chinese literal meaning: ཨཾ་). On the crown of the head, visualize a white Haṃ (Tibetan: ཧཾ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: हं, Sanskrit Romanization: haṃ, Chinese literal meaning: ཧཾ་) syllable facing downwards, which is the nature of the bliss of bodhicitta. Holding the vase breath strongly, from Aṃ emanates a cool and sharp, powerful light, striking Haṃ. From Haṃ descends the stream of bodhicitta, white, nara nara, merging into the Aṃ in the heart. Visualize the light of bodhicitta as bright as a new moon, pervading the inside and outside of the body and all appearances, and slightly recall the experience of empowerment. By repeatedly familiarizing oneself with this, the experience of the wisdom of appearance will arise.

it will become like this. The second is that, like the others, visualize in the heart a red five-pronged vajra above the sun, with the red A (ཨཱཿ, Devanagari: आः, Romanized Sanskrit: āḥ, literal Chinese meaning: A) syllable enclosed between two bindus. Although it is said that two bindus are sufficient, one bindu is also acceptable. From there, extremely hot rays of light emanate, striking the Hum (ཧཾ, Devanagari: हं, Romanized Sanskrit: haṃ, literal Chinese meaning: Hum) syllable, and the red light of bodhicitta descends, dissolving into the A (ཨཱཿ, Devanagari: आः, Romanized Sanskrit: āḥ, literal Chinese meaning: A) syllable. Visualize that everything inside and out is illuminated by red light like the rising sun, and meditate as before, and the experience of increasing wisdom will arise. The third is that, in the heart, visualize a black short A (ཨ, Devanagari: अ, Romanized Sanskrit: a, literal Chinese meaning: A) syllable without support, and it is said that unclear, dim light emanates from it, but I think black is better. Striking the Hum (ཧཾ, Devanagari: हं, Romanized Sanskrit: haṃ, literal Chinese meaning: Hum) syllable, from the Hum (ཧཾ, Devanagari: हं, Romanized Sanskrit: haṃ, literal Chinese meaning: Hum) syllable descends a mixture of red and white bodhicitta or a dark bindu nara nara, dissolving into the A (ཨ, Devanagari: अ, Romanized Sanskrit: a, literal Chinese meaning: A) syllable. Remembering the experience of power, like the appearance of inside and outside dissolving into space, abide in darkness, and the experience of attained wisdom will arise. There are also some slightly different oral instructions, in all three cases, only white bodhicitta is descended, and the forms of white path, red path, and black path are not visualized, but white, red, and blue lights are used in sequence to replace the bindu, and there is also a method of visualizing the nearly attained short A (ཨ, Devanagari: अ, Romanized Sanskrit: a, literal Chinese meaning: A) syllable as red. These, like the clarifying booklets, are considered to be authorized from the guru's oral instructions. In the direct instructions of Je Gös's (རྗེ་འགོས, c. 1030-1102) paper roll, in the appearance stage, visualize the center of various lotuses as the moon, and in the increasing stage, it is said to visualize the center of the vajra as the sun. These are all from the implication of the purifications mentioned extensively in the Five Stages, and these methods of visualization also appear very clearly. In the appearance stage of the Five Stages: The mandala of the moon has a lotus, becoming the cause of stability, the first letter with bindu, appearing like moonlight, and the wisdom of appearance truly arises. In the increasing stage: The mandala of the sun and the name, and likewise the name of the vajra, adorned with two bindus, one should know it as a part. Like sunlight, it arises from the union of appearance and increase. In the attainment stage: The seed is not with bindu, it does not arise through the door of wind, whoever
