That. Although all aspects such as the three samadhis and the four limbs appear, the essence is only the wisdom body of the completion stage. Therefore, the completion with the appearance of generation is called the union of generation and completion or the union of the two stages. As it is said in the Vajra Garland: "The yoga beyond yoga, one's own self transforms into great yoga, Vajradhara and the Dakini, whatever yoga is one's own self." Thus it is said. Therefore, although it is not the actual generation stage, the completion stage that possesses all the aspects and powers of the generation stage is called the union of the two stages. Many other dharmas of union can also be inferred by analogy, such as samsara is also it, nirvana is also it, afflictions are also it, purification is also it. One should not say so, because they are extremely contradictory. The twenty-second, the union of pure and impure, is the union of the Buddha body that is completely purified by afflictions, and here it is like the illusory body of the third stage. It is known as the impure Buddha body, and also the Tathagatagarbha of the Buddha is pure and the Tathagatagarbha of samsara is impure, and so on. Apart from the mere appearance of the minds of sentient beings, if one realizes that the Vajra body and the Tathagatagarbha of reality are not distinguished by any impure differences, then it is union. The twenty-third, the union of form and formlessness, is from the form body to samsara, clinging to these as having form, and from the Dharmakaya to non-existence, abandoning the two concepts of clinging to these as being formless. If one is peaceful, that is, the yogi who realizes supreme bliss, because of the great bliss free from elaboration, it can also be established as formless, and because of all aspects, it can also be established as having form. That is the attainment of the union of the two. In some commentaries, these are appropriately applied to the seven limbs such as union, but in general, these seven limbs are definitely included in the qualities of union. However, the root scriptures and commentaries of the Noble Ones do not mention the names of the seven limbs, and the root for establishing the names of the seven limbs was made by Yeshe Zhap.
