Unwilling to move the heart, slow speech, difficult to turn the tongue, unwilling to speak. The mind is clear and stable, not scattered elsewhere, this is the function of earth and wind. The body feels soft and weak, the mind is mostly joyful, sometimes scattered and frivolous, sometimes the samadhi is good, this is the power of the water element. If it is too scattered and frivolous, relaxation is beneficial. The body feels like a fire is burning inside the abdomen, like being smoked by smoke, extremely dry and large, the mind is manic and rough, impatient. Even in dreams, there are things like being burned by fire, this is the function of the fire element. Impatience can also be relieved by relaxation. The body feels like being blown by the wind, feeling like wanting to rise into the air. In reality, the body does not break down but grows taller. The mind is mostly clear and empty. Feeling like floating in the air, this is the function of the wind element. The body feels bodiless, the mind feels that all obstructive things such as earth, stones, mountains, and rocks are empty, or partially empty, and one feels that one is in the void above, this is the function of the space element. The luminosity of sleep: initially, during deep sleep, one can only maintain the experience of clarity and emptiness. Sometimes one feels that it is dawn, and that light pervades. Awareness is clear, the channels are clear, it seems that one has not fallen asleep, and one is about to wake up. As soon as one wakes up, one feels that the dark room is filled with empty forms, and one also feels that the indestructible sound is in harmony with things. When falling asleep, one feels like sinking into the ground. Light flickers. There is a chirping sound in the ears. Before recognizing the luminosity, sleep is uneasy, like being pressed by a ghost, the body is numb, which is a sign of quick realization. After that, happiness gradually arises in the midst of clarity and emptiness. These uncertain signs, after being gathered, may or may not appear during the actual practice of meditation. In particular, the so-called Vajra Descent Blessing, initially the mind dwells slightly in non-discrimination, starting from seeing various signs, the mind naturally dwells in non-discrimination, the body feels intense trembling, shaking, jumping, running, dancing, etc., the speech feels intense speaking, noise, crying, singing, etc.

There arise things like uttering praises and making noises. Initially, it arises from a state of clarity and emptiness. Later, it arises with great bliss. Moreover, it arises unintentionally from a state of meditative equipoise, because it is suppressed by thick non-conceptualization. Furthermore, in the post-meditation state, various mental experiences arise, such as joy, sorrow, anger, resentment, and the desire to run, etc. These are various desires, which are the result of the descent of the wisdom aspects of the thirty-six inner and outer desire goddesses. If all these experiences are treated as accidental occurrences, they will naturally be liberated from obstacles and faults, and will transform into the increase of qualities. These are individual and common experiences. In general, all these things will also occur for those higher masters who are constantly improving in terms of experience and qualities. What arises during the individual gathering has already been explained. After that, by meditating on contemplation, within the last of the ten signs, the bindu, the other nine signs will also appear one by one, from two combined to nine combined, and up to ten combined, in a gradual sequence. That bindu, complete with all ten signs, is called the appearance of the Great Bindu. Furthermore, by meditating on contemplation, during the stage of gathering, the causes of the appearance of signs will transform into possessing the five qualities, and the previously coarse and definite signs will become extremely subtle. Therefore, for most people, the initial appearance of signs, whether subtle or coarse, is slightly unclear, then in the middle it becomes coarse and clear, and finally it becomes subtle and clear. However, for some people, the previous coarse sign disappears at the point when it becomes subtle through meditating on contemplation, and there is a possibility of losing the meditation. Therefore, in order to recall it, it is necessary to slightly mix the yoga of the hand seal of mind, which was previously explained for recollection, with vase breathing, and meditate on the three unmoving states. In this way, the appearance of signs will reappear. If there is a slight appearance of signs in the previous cause, then by meditating as if accumulating the provisions of contemplation, it will be restored. For most people, from that point on, the appearance of subtle, clear, and stable signs will arise. In the appearance of the bindu, if the mind is focused on the center, it will become subtle; if the mind is focused on the edge, it will become coarse. This analogy can be applied to other empty forms as well. It is also possible to do this until stability is obtained in the coarse form. Furthermore, the clear part of the empty form and the freedom from elaboration
