It is not without reason. Now, the harbinger of rapid movement is that, previously, due to the stirring of the light of the letter ཧོཿ (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Chinese literal meaning: seed syllable), the winds of the five elements scattered in all directions. The navel chakra is earth, the heart chakra is water, the throat chakra is fire, and the crown chakra is sky. The winds gather, and even though they have not reached the nostrils, they intensely shake in those places, manifestly tending to move, which is subdued through singing. Combine the five chakras and the five goddesses with it. Here, due to the stirring of these winds, a slight clear appearance arises from the previous unconscious faint. After that, the wind of the sky element is very powerful and is drawn to the crown chakra. It pervades the ten veins of the heart chakra and intensely shakes from the center of the four chakras, tending upwards to the abode of the sky wind, passing through the crown chakra, reaching the root of the nose, which is the time when the fetus turns its hands and face outwards at the opening of the womb. The main deities, father and mother, together with the four Vajra Power Mothers, perform the subduing. At that time, a subtle external wind enters the nostrils. This is subdued by absorbing it into the body of the main deity of the mandala. When the external wind enters the interior, without dissolving or staying inside, but dissipating outwards, it guides the other winds to also move from the nostrils. In this case, Tibetans have three views regarding the objects to be subdued of generating the Samaya being and invoking the Wisdom being: some want to do them sequentially, some think they must be sequential, and some think they are simultaneous. Our own school follows the latter. In any case, to guide the movement of all winds, it must be done by a principal wind, a very intensely shaking wind, and not by the shaking of wisdom (Yeshe). The four elements are not the principal, so the sky, which is the same as the principal and the basis of shaking, does it. When moving, the clear liquid flows like bubbles, and because it is very principal, the wind of wisdom moves first. That is Vajrasattva contracting and expanding, subduing. First, the wind of the central channel, the realm of wisdom, the fifty-six branches moves, and then through the distinction of right and left, the order of sky, wind, fire, water, earth, or earth, water, fire, wind, sky, when the wind moves, the wind of all chakra locations will move, branching out from the heart chakra.

The flow of air from the channels, crown, and forehead is that of the Buddha Father and Mother, and the flow of air in the throat chakra, power, and karma chakra is that of the Heroic Mind Father and Mother, including the Wrathful Ones in the heart center, and the flow of air residing in the remnants of the throat and the navel plexus is that of the Speech Yoginis, and the flow of air residing in the twelve places of the karma chakra is that of the Date Deities, and the flow of air residing in the secret chakra is that of the Body's Gatekeepers, and the flow of air residing in the activity chakra is that of the Nagas and the Fierce Wrathful Mothers, and the flow of air in the uncertain subtle channels is purified by the Vidyadharas, Desire Mothers, Returning Desire Mothers, together with the assembly of accomplished beings. That is, previously in the channel places, the airs resided latently, moving imperceptibly, but with the five chakras flowing from the nostrils as a condition, in all the channel places, the flow of air appears as a coarse coming and going in the manner of entering and exiting. At this time, the term 'air arising' is applied. Furthermore, from the union of space and wisdom, all deities are gathered into the five elements, therefore, they are purified by the flow of the five air chakras. It is also permissible to explain it concisely. At this time, is the object to be purified merely air, as most others believe? It is not so. The essence of what is to be purified is the collection of all aggregates and elements at that particular moment, or the collection of body, speech, mind, and wisdom. Its characteristic is that the flow of air has a dominating power, and therefore it is particularly emphasized. Therefore, from the perspective of being a unique sign, it is said that the flow of air is the main thing to be purified. This is also analogous to the First Dalai Lama, the collection of aggregates and elements, or the collection of body, speech, and mind, is the essence of what is to be purified, and the formation of individual channels at different stages is its characteristic, which is a sign and a characteristic, and not merely considering the channels as the object to be purified. Thus, in these stages of unfolding space and inviting and absorbing wisdom, previously they were not within the scope of the eye, but at that time, there is a contradiction of both naked children and wearing Chuma robes.
