Concerning the activities, it extensively explains the methods for accomplishing worldly siddhis along with their branches. This scripture does not explain it in that way. In the first verse, what is most needed here is that worldly siddhis are common siddhis. Among them, small siddhis are like Rilu eye medicine, intermediate siddhis are vidyadharas who transform into the bodies of gods in the desire realm, and great siddhis are vidyadharas who transform into the bodies of gods in the form realm. Among these, there are six types of gods in the desire realm and sixteen in the form realm. The best of these is Akanishta. Therefore, vidyadharas who transform into the bodies of Akanishta gods are the ultimate of common siddhis. Therefore, there is the saying of worldly siddhis that are the ultimate of Akanishta's existence. Also, in some cases, pacifying and other activities are small, the eight attainments and others are intermediate, and the vidyadhara who holds the form body is said to be great. That is because there is no distinction between activities and siddhis, and the term "siddhi" (藏文:སིངྔྷི་) is considered to refer only to the result. It refers to the accomplishment of the generation stage, that is, the case where the result is divided into three types: superior, intermediate, and inferior. Worldly refers to the meaning of not having abandoned the afflictions of the three realms, and abandoning them is transcendence of the world. Among these, the Buddha himself has abandoned afflictions

Thus it is declared. The thirty-six pure realms, such as earth, are Vajra Consorts. These are the qualities such as power. These six are known as Bhaga. Thus, the result of meditation is power, the result of patience is excellent form, the beauty of morality is fame, the wealth of generosity and the wisdom of knowledge, and the result of diligence is perfect diligence. Among these, perfect power refers to exhaustion and suppression, or having ten powers, such as the ability to transform all moving and unmoving things at will. Excellent form refers to the marks and signs. Wealth refers to the completely pure realm and immeasurable offerings. Fame refers to being praised as worthy of offering to all beings. Wisdom refers to the ten powers and the eighteen unshared qualities of the Buddha, and so on. Perfect diligence refers to benefiting beings in the ten directions and three times without effort or discrimination, guiding them in a way that suits them, without confusion and without delay. Such six fortunes are possessed only by the real Buddhas, and bodhisattvas who follow them also have them, but others do not. Those who are Brahma and Ishvara, etc., are said to have six powers, but in samsara, they only have some control over temporary affairs, such as power, body, wealth, fame, and clairvoyance, and a little diligence in engaging in activities. From the second point of view, it is said in the Hevajra Tantra: "Or again, the demons such as afflictions, are called Bhagavan because they are destroyed." Thus, it has the merit of destroying the four demons. Among them, the four demons are: According to the common vehicle, the five aggregates of clinging, which are taken as the side of the result, are the demon of the aggregates; the afflictions of the three realms, which are taken as the side of the cause, are the demon of afflictions; the nature of the aggregates and afflictions themselves, which is destruction and change, is the demon of death; the lord of the gods of the desire realm, the Paranirmita-vasavartin.
