སྐྱེས་དང་ཡུལ་ལ་གཏུམ་མོ་སྦར་ལ་སོགས། །དམ་ཚིག་བདག་གི་ཁོ་ན་ཉིད་དང་རྣལ་འབྱོར་བསྒོམས། །དངོས་པོ་ཐམས་ཅད་མཉམ་ཉིད་ཆེན་ པོ་ལ། །རྟོག་པ་སྤང་ཞིང་མི་རྟོག་བསྒོམ་པ་ཅི་ཞིག་འགྱུར། །བླ་མ་ལ་གུས་གསང་བའི་འདུལ་སྡོམ་དེ་རུ་རྫོགས། །ཕྱི་ནང་གསང་བའི་དབང་བསྐུར་སོ་སོའི་མཚན་ཉིད་དང་། །བུམ་པ་གསང་བ་ཤེས་རབ་ཡེ་ཤེས་དང་། །ངོ་བོ་ ངེས་ཚིག་དབྱེ་བ་ལ་སོགས་ཀུན། །ཐུན་མོང་མཐུ་སྐྱེས་ཕྱག་རྒྱ་ཆེ་ལ་རེག་མི་ནུས། །ཀྱེའོ་ཕྱག་རྒྱ་ཆེ་ལ་འབྲས་བུའི་བདག་ཉིད་སྐུ་གསུང་ཐུགས་ལྡན་པས། །འབྲས་བུ་དེ་ཡང་སྙིང་པོའི་དོན་ལ་འཐད་ཀྱི་དྲང་དང་ངེས་པའི་དོན་ ལ་མིན། །ལམ་དང་འབྲས་བུའི་སྙིང་པོ་ཐམས་ཅད་བཅུད་འདུས་དང་། །ཐེག་ཆེན་བླ་ན་མེད་པའི་དངོས་དང་ཐག་པ་དག་གི་ཁྱད་པར་དང་། །ཀུན་གྱི་སྙིང་པོར་གྱུར་ནས་གསང་བ་བླ་ན་མེད། །ཕྱག་རྒྱ་ཆེན་པོ་ངེས་པའི་མཚན་ ཉིད་ནི། །དྲན་དང་དྲན་མེད་གཉིས་སུ་མེད་པས་སྐྱེ་མེད་དེ། །བློ་ལས་འདས་ཤིང་ནམ་མཁའ་ལྟ་བུར་ཅིར་མི་གནས། །ལས་ཀྱི་ཕྱག་རྒྱ་དཔེ་དང་ཆོས་ཀྱི་ཕྱག་རྒྱའི་ལམ། །ཕྱག་རྒྱ་ཆེན་པོ་འབྲས་བུ་དམ་ཚིག་ཕྱག་རྒྱ་གཞན་དོན་ཏེ། ། ཆོས་ཀྱི་ཕྱག་རྒྱ་མན་ཆད་བསྟེན་པས་མཐར་མི་འགྲོ། །རེ་དོགས་མཐར་ལྷུང་འདུ་འཛི་བྱ་བའི་སྐྱོན་དུ་འགྱུར། །ཁོ་ན་ཉིད་ལ་གཉེན་པོ་དབྱེར་མེད་རང་སོར་བཞག །རྣམ་རྟོག་ཇི་སྙེད་ཤར་ཡང་ལྷུག་པ་ཉིད་ལ་ཤར། །དྲན་པ་རང་ 1-1-4b སར་གྲོལ་ནས་དྲན་མེད་ལྷུག་པ་ཉིད། །གང་ཡང་ལོངས་སྤྱོད་སྣང་བར་ཤེས་ཤིང་དྲན་མེད་གསོས། །རང་བཞིན་ཉམས་རྙེད་སྐྱེ་མེད་དག་ཏུ་ལྡན། །ཀུན་ལ་ཁྱབ་ཅིང་འབབ་ཆུ་ལྟ་བུར་གནས། །མར་མེ་ལྟར་གསལ་རང་རིག་ བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས། །འགོག་པ་མེད་བཞིན་དྲན་རིག་རང་གིས་སྟོང་། །ཡང་དག་ཁོ་ན་ཉིད་ནི་གང་ཞེ་ན། །གཞན་ན་ཡོད་ན་ཀུན་གྱིས་མཐོང་བར་རིགས། །རང་ལ་ཡོད་ཀྱང་ལྐོག་གྱུར་བླ་མའི་ཞལ། །སེམས་ཉིད་སངས་རྒྱས་ཁོ་ ན་ཉིད་ཡིན་ཏེ། །དྲན་པས་བསླབ་ཅིང་དེ་ཉིད་གཞན་དུ་བརྟགས། །སངས་རྒྱས་ཡིན་ཕྱིར་ཡོན་ཏན་གང་ཞེ་ན། །ཡོན་ཏན་རས་དང་དཀར་པོ་ལྟ་བུ་སྟེ། །ཁོ་ན་ཉིད་ཀྱི་ཡོན་ཏན་ཕྱག་རྒྱ་ཆེ། །ངོ་བོ་ཡོན་ཏན་སོ་སོ་ཐ་དད་མིན། ། ཕྱག་རྒྱ་ཆེན་དང་བཞི་པ་ལ་སོགས་འོག་མ་ཀུན། །ཡོན་ཏན་སོ་སོ་མ་ཡིན་ཐ་དད་མིན། །དྲན་མེད་ཡོན་ཏན་རྒྱ་མཚོ་མ་འགུལ་བར། །དྲན་པར་མི་འགྱུར་ཆུ་ཡི་རྦ་རླབས་མེད། །སྐྱེ་མེད་ཡོན་ཏན་མི་འགྱུར་བྲག་དང་འདྲ། ། བྲག་ཅ་གྲག་ཙམ་རྗེས་སུ་འབྲང་བ་མེད། །བློ་ལས་འདས་ཤིང་ཡུལ་དུ་མ་གྱུར་པ། །ཕྱག་རྒྱ་ཆེན་པོའི་ཡོན་ཏན་ནམ་མཁའ་འདྲ། །དྲན་པ་སེམས་ཅན་སེམས་ལས་བྱུང་བ་ཡིན། །དེ་ཕྱིར་སྟོང་པ་གཞན་ནས་བཙལ་མི་དགོས། ། བཞི་རུ་སྣང་ཡང་གཅིག་གི་ཡོན་ཏན་ནི། །ཕྱག་རྒྱ་བཞི་རུ་སྣང་བ་ཅི་ཕྱིར་མཚོན

对于出生地和地区，要修习拙火瑜伽（藏文：གཏུམ་མོ་，梵文天城体：चण्डाली，梵文罗马拟音：caṇḍālī，汉语字面意思：猛烈的），以及其他法门。 要守护誓言，专注于自性本空（藏文：ཁོ་ན་ཉིད་，梵文天城体：शून्यता，梵文罗马拟音：śūnyatā，汉语字面意思：空性）和瑜伽的修习。 将一切事物视为平等性智（藏文：མཉམ་ཉིད་ཆེན་པོ་，梵文天城体：समता，梵文罗马拟音：samatā，汉语字面意思：平等）， 舍弃分别念，修习无分别念，会有什么结果呢？ 要恭敬上师，秘密的戒律就在那里圆满。 外、内、密的灌顶，各自具有其特点。 宝瓶灌顶、秘密灌顶、智慧灌顶和般若智慧灌顶， 其体性、定义、分类等等， 无法触及共同成就的殊胜手印（藏文：ཕྱག་རྒྱ་ཆེན་པོ་，梵文天城体：महामुद्रा，梵文罗马拟音：mahāmudrā，汉语字面意思：大手印）。 唉！大手印具有果位的自性，具备身、语、意。 这个果位也符合心髓的意义，而不是符合字面或究竟的意义。 道路和果位的所有心髓都汇聚了精华。 大乘无上之物的特性和绳索的特性， 成为一切事物的核心，是无上的秘密。 大手印的究竟特点是： 没有能回忆和不能回忆的二元对立，因此是无生的。 超越了思维，像虚空一样，什么也不执着。 事业手印（Karma Mudra）是比喻，法手印（Dharma Mudra）是道路。 大手印是果位，誓言手印是为了利益他人。 执着于低于法手印的修习，最终无法达到目标。 希望和恐惧会导致极端，陷入世俗的纷扰。 自性本空没有对治，保持其本来的状态。 无论生起多少分别念，都只是在放松的状态中生起。 当念头在自身消解时，就是无念的放松状态。 要知道，无论享受什么显现，都要滋养无念。 自性具备了体验、觉悟和无生。 它遍及一切，像流水一样存在。 像明灯一样清晰，自证的菩提心（藏文：བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས，梵文天城体：बोधचित्त，梵文罗马拟音：bodhicitta，汉语字面意思：菩提心）。 在没有阻碍的情况下，念头和觉知自然空性。 什么是真正的自性本空呢？ 如果在别处存在，那么所有人都应该能看到。 即使它存在于自身，但由于被遮蔽，需要上师的指引。 心性（藏文：སེམས་ཉིད，梵文天城体：चित्त，梵文罗马拟音：citta，汉语字面意思：心）就是佛陀的自性本空。 通过念头来学习，并认为它存在于别处。 既然是佛陀，那么有什么功德呢？ 功德就像白色的棉布一样。 自性本空的功德就是大手印。 体性和功德不是各自独立的。 大手印和四种手印等等，所有较低的法门， 功德不是各自独立的，也不是不同的。 无念的功德就像平静的海洋。 不会变成念头，没有水的波浪。 无生的功德就像不变的岩石。 即使岩石发出声音，也不会留下任何痕迹。 超越了思维，没有成为对境。 大手印的功德就像虚空一样。 念头是众生从心中产生的。 因此，不需要从别处寻找空性。 虽然显现为四种，但实际上是一种功德。 为什么大手印会显现为四种呢？

View all things as great equanimity (Tibetan: མཉམ་ཉིད་ཆེན་པོ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: समता, Sanskrit Romanization: samatā, Literal Chinese meaning: equality), Abandon conceptualization, and what will happen by meditating on non-conceptualization? Respect the Lama, the secret discipline is perfected there. Outer, inner, and secret empowerments, each with its own characteristics. Vase empowerment, secret empowerment, wisdom empowerment, and prajna wisdom empowerment, Its nature, definition, distinctions, and so on, Cannot touch the great seal (Tibetan: ཕྱག་རྒྱ་ཆེན་པོ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: महामुद्रा, Sanskrit Romanization: mahāmudrā, Literal Chinese meaning: great seal) of common attainments. Alas! The great seal has the nature of the fruit, possessing body, speech, and mind. That fruit also agrees with the meaning of the essence, not with the literal or definitive meaning. All the essence of the path and the fruit gathers the essence. The characteristics and ropes of the great vehicle's unsurpassed object, Having become the essence of all, it is the unsurpassed secret. The definitive characteristic of the great seal is: Without the duality of remembering and not remembering, therefore it is unborn. Transcending the mind, like the sky, it does not abide in anything. Karma Mudra is a metaphor, Dharma Mudra is the path. The great seal is the fruit, the vow seal is for the benefit of others. Clinging to practices lower than Dharma Mudra will not lead to the end. Hope and fear lead to extremes, falling into worldly distractions. Self-nature emptiness has no antidote, keep it in its original state. No matter how many conceptual thoughts arise, they arise in a relaxed state. When thoughts dissolve in themselves, it is a relaxed state of non-thought. Know that whatever enjoyment appears, nourish non-thought. Nature possesses experience, realization, and unbornness. It pervades all and abides like flowing water. Clear like a lamp, self-aware bodhicitta (Tibetan: བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས, Sanskrit Devanagari: बोधिचित्त, Sanskrit Romanization: bodhicitta, Literal Chinese meaning: mind of enlightenment). Without obstruction, thoughts and awareness are naturally empty. What is true self-nature emptiness? If it exists elsewhere, then everyone should be able to see it. Even if it exists within oneself, it is obscured and needs the Lama's guidance. Mind itself (Tibetan: སེམས་ཉིད, Sanskrit Devanagari: चित्त, Sanskrit Romanization: citta, Literal Chinese meaning: mind) is the self-nature emptiness of the Buddha. Learning through thoughts and thinking it exists elsewhere. Since it is the Buddha, what are its qualities? Qualities are like white cotton cloth. The quality of self-nature emptiness is the great seal. Nature and qualities are not separate and different. The great seal and the four seals, etc., all the lower practices, Qualities are not separate and different. The quality of non-thought is like a calm ocean. It does not become thought, there are no waves of water. The quality of unbornness is like an unchanging rock. Even if the rock makes a sound, it does not leave any trace. Transcending the mind and not becoming an object. The quality of the great seal is like the sky. Thoughts are beings arising from the mind. Therefore, there is no need to seek emptiness elsewhere.
