即使显现，也不会陷入回忆。 如同平静的湖水不起波澜。 自性光明，如灯火般清晰。 如是，大手印安住于虚空之中。 以证悟之行，不作取舍。 如动物帕塔里一般，毫无执着。 超越思维，无求而自得。 如良药中的甘露一般。 智者应如是善用方便法。 于无念中，增益无生。 以无念之力，封印念头。 以显现增益空性。 以空性增益显现。 当念头与显现化为安乐之味时， 便是空性与无念的封印。 以显现与念头作为空性的封印， 并以安住于无念来增益， 显现与念头便会化为安乐之味， 不以有相之禅修来分别，超越有相之思维。 于念头与显现上增益无生。 以无生封印超越思维。 以念头增益无念之乐。 不堕入空无，亦不落于断灭。 以安住于生起增益， 不堕入实有，亦不落于常恒。 一切皆超越思维，无有生灭。 一切皆具足大乐之因。 如是了知，便不堕入极端的中舍。 念头是轮回之物， 无念是虚妄之念。 将中舍作为道路， 以理智观察，空性即是中舍。 以离能所执的自性觉悟作为中舍， 修持远离二谛、二元的平等舍。 于无念之处，禅定即是殊胜的中舍。 未曾言说之处，并非中舍之禅修。 保持觉知，以无念滋养体验。 将念头的相状转化为无念之路。 将安乐转化为道路，不执着于思维。 于二元不分别，安乐便不会间断。 远离体验，便能从能所二执中解脱。 那时便能证悟大手印的真义。 最终的果实是珍贵的宝藏。 何人欲安住于大手印之中？ 愿能证悟无垢之果！ 萨拉哈（尊者）所说。 名为《身之宝藏：不死金刚之歌》终。 目录 身语意不死金刚之宝藏之歌，由瑜伽自在者萨拉哈尊者所著。

Even when appearances arise, they do not become memories. Like the calm waters of a lake, without waves. The self-nature is clear, like a bright lamp. Thus, Mahamudra abides in the sky. With the conduct of realization, do not accept or reject. Like the animal Patari, without any attachment. Beyond thought, without seeking, it is naturally accomplished. Like nectar in the best of medicines. Thus, the wise should skillfully use skillful means. In non-thought, increase the unborn. With the power of non-thought, seal thoughts. Increase emptiness with appearance. Increase appearance with emptiness. When thoughts and appearances arise as the taste of bliss, It is the seal of emptiness and non-thought. Using appearance and thoughts as the seal of emptiness, And increasing with abiding in non-thought, Appearances and thoughts will transform into the taste of bliss, Do not discriminate with conceptual meditation, transcending conceptual thought. Increase the unborn on thoughts and appearances. Seal thought-transcendence with the unborn. Increase the bliss of non-thought with thought. Not falling into emptiness, nor falling into annihilation. Increasing with abiding in arising, Not falling into substantiality, nor falling into permanence. Everything is beyond thought and without arising. Everything possesses the cause of great bliss. Knowing this, one does not fall into extreme equanimity. Thoughts are objects of samsara, Non-thought is a false concept. Taking equanimity as the path, Observing with reason, emptiness is equanimity. Using self-awareness free from grasping as equanimity, Meditate on equanimity free from the two truths and non-duality. In the absence of thought, meditation is the supreme equanimity. What has not been spoken is not the meditation of equanimity. Maintaining awareness, nourishing experience with non-thought. Transforming the characteristics of thoughts into the path of non-thought. Transforming bliss into the path, not clinging to thought. Without discriminating between the two, bliss will not cease. Being free from experience, one is liberated from the two graspers. Then one will realize the true meaning of Mahamudra. The ultimate fruit is a precious treasure. Who desires to abide in Mahamudra?
