Possessing the merits of a great Chakravartin, the extraordinary and perfect seven precious gems, offered to the immortal Lama, please accept and grant the accomplishment of longevity and wisdom. Om Guru Ayur Deva Gana Saparivara Sapta Ratna Pujite Ah Hum. In all directions and times, the qualities of form, sound, smell, taste, and touch, all the perfect and excellent virtues, offered to the Lama, please accept. Om Guru Ayur Deva Gana Saparivara Pancha Kama Guna Pujite Ah Hum. Raining down auspicious and propitious signs, infinite and boundless, delightful offering goddesses, offered to the Lama, please accept. Om Guru Ayur Deva Gana Saparivara Ashta Mangala TsiHna Pujite Ah Hum. Blessed by the ten powers, the eight supreme substances that increase all auspiciousness, offered to the immortal Lama of longevity, please accept and grant the accomplishment of longevity and wisdom. The supreme offering of the vast ocean of pure lands: On a well-cleaned precious mandala, accompanied by the fragrance of incense, piles of precious gems, medicines, grains, and so on. Om Vajra Bhumi Ah Hum. The pure base, the powerful golden ground. Om Vajra Rekhe Ah Hum. In the center surrounded by an outer iron fence is Hum. Mount Meru, the king of mountains, the Eastern Continent of Superior Body, the Southern Continent of Jambudvipa, the Western Continent of Cow Enjoyment, the Northern Continent of Unpleasant Sound, the Sun, the Moon, the complete and prosperous wealth of gods and humans, without anything lacking, I offer this to the Buddhas, Bodhisattvas, the assembly of immortal Lama longevity deities, and the assembly of Dharma protectors and wealth deities. Please accept with compassion for the benefit of all beings. After accepting, please bless that all the two obscurations and their habitual tendencies in my continuum may be purified. Please bless that all the virtues of longevity, merit, and wisdom may increase and expand. Please bless that all the mundane and supramundane accomplishments may be quickly attained. Thus recite: Anointing the ground with scented water and scattering flowers, adorned with Mount Meru, the four continents, the sun, and the moon. Visualizing this as a Buddha-field and making offerings, may all beings enjoy the pure realms. Hūṃ. Recite 'Hūṃ' (藏文，ओं，om，Om, syllable) hundreds of thousands of times or as much as possible, and if you wish, offer the thirty-seven factors of enlightenment, etc., as appropriate. Again, expand the offering clouds that arise from your mind to fill the sky, as desired. In order to grasp the precious mind. To the Tathāgatas (如来), the Holy Dharma (正法), the immaculate Saṃgha (僧伽), and the Sons of the Buddhas (佛子). I offer to the ocean of qualities. All the flowers and fruits, all the forms of medicine, all the jewels of the world, all the clean and pleasing water. Jewel mountains, and likewise forests, secluded and delightful places, trees adorned with flowers, branches laden with good fruit. All the scents and so on in the world of gods, incense, wish-fulfilling trees, and jewel trees. Various crops that grow without being cultivated, and other ornaments suitable for offering. Lakes and ponds adorned with lotuses, swans with very sweet and pleasing voices. The boundless sky, reaching to the end of the realm of phenomena (Dharmadhatu). All these unpossessed things, I take with my mind and offer to the supreme Śākya (能仁), and his sons. Please, compassionate holy beings, think of me with love and accept these offerings of mine. I am an impoverished person without merit, I have no other wealth to offer. Therefore, please, protectors who intend to benefit others, accept these by your power for my sake. I offer my entire body forever to the Buddhas and their sons. Please, supreme Bodhisattvas, accept me, I respectfully become your servant. Because I am held by you, I will be fearless in existence, benefiting sentient beings. I will completely overcome past sins, and I will not commit other sins in the future. The bathing chamber is very fragrant, the crystal ground is clear and shining. Adorned with jeweled pillars, delightful to the mind. With pearl ornaments and draped canopies.
