May I generate the two Bodhicitta (Tibetan: བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་གཉིས་, meaning: the mind of enlightenment and aspirational Bodhicitta) from the depths of my heart. May I be empowered to wield the conduct of the great Bodhisattvas, and may I be blessed to accomplish the benefit of myself and others. In particular, may all diseases, evil spirits, sins, adversities, and obstacles to the practice of the Dharma be pacified. May life, merit, wealth, realization, wisdom, and all auspiciousness of benefit and happiness increase. May all untimely deaths be pacified by external auspicious connections such as jewels and medicines, and by internal yogic power and skillful means. May the joyous feast of longevity increase. May I be protected by gods and others through pure morality; may I subdue demons and obstacles through Bodhicitta. May the illusions of birth and death be liberated into unreal phantoms through the view free from elaboration. May the Guru and all the Buddhas, with the light of their compassion, draw in the outer elements of the five elements and the essence of existence and peace, infuse them into the inner three doors of body, speech, and mind, and bless me to become the essence of the immutable Vajra. May the splendor of undiminishing youthful radiance, and the strength and skill to overcome all adversaries increase. May the glory of accomplishments and merit increase, and may the dominion of the ten powers increase. May the knot of immortal life be tightly bound, and may the excellent tree of indestructible life grow strong. May I be completely victorious in all directions with unobstructed wisdom and swift courage. May I realize the wisdom of the three Vajras by relying on the ultimate great secret swift path. May I guide all beings throughout space with the immortal, eternal, and sacred activity. Furthermore, may the holy beings who uphold the teachings remain steadfast for hundreds of kalpas, turn the wheel of Dharma, and may the teachings of explanation and practice spread in all ten directions, increasing auspiciousness in the three realms. May the auspiciousness, power, and qualities of peace, and the goodness of their appearance never diminish. May the wonders of perfectly accomplishing immortality, and the abundance of benefit and happiness increase together! Thus, I earnestly pray that all wishes be fulfilled. May this pervade all pure lands. My life force is diminished and depleted, and the essence of the four elements, all of saṃsāra and nirvāṇa, life, merit, wealth, wisdom, and qualities, are all invited in the form of five-colored light, and dissolve into the vase in the hands of the lineage holder. Together with the continuous flow of nectar, from the body parts of all the assembly field deities, rains down like rain the essence of immortality. Entering from the Brahma aperture at the crown of my head, it purifies the diseases, evil spirits, sins, and obscurations inside the body. Restore the diminished and depleted life force, increase life, merit, wealth, realization, and qualities, and attain the original state of immortality. Recite this and focus on the visualization. Then recite as much as possible: Om Amaraṇi Jīvantīye Svāhā. And the long, medium, and short versions of the Uṣṇīṣavijayā Dhāraṇī, the White Tārā mantra, etc. If you cannot recite that much, recite: Om Amṛta Āyurdade Svāhā, which is the Uṣṇīṣavijayā mantra; Om Tāre Tuttāre Ture Svāhā, which is the White Tārā mantra. Depending on the situation, you can also recite the mantra with supplementary words as much as possible. If you wish, you can also recite the Amitāyus Sūtra, the Uṣṇīṣavijayā ritual, the Twenty-One Tārā Praises, etc. Because it is said to recite while remembering the Buddha, it is very good. In addition, you can also recite the praises written by the Indian and Tibetan scholars and siddhas with beautiful melodies, as well as my praise to the three longevity deities, etc., and intersperse the recitation of mantras in between, which is also a good auxiliary method. Third, the concluding ritual has three parts: offering thanks, dissolving the assembly field, and completing with dedication, aspiration, and auspicious wishes. First is the offering of thanks: rearrange the offerings and bless them with the offering cloud mantra. Realizing their respective wisdoms, remembering the life deity who grants the nectar of immortality, the fully manifested refuge, the root guru of all, from the unwavering depths of my heart, I prostrate with reverence. Recite: 'The guide of saṃsāra, Amitāyus.' etc. After three verses, recite: 'Furthermore, to the Buddhas of the ten directions and their retinues, as well as the immortals, vidyādharas who control life, the Dharma protectors, the ocean of wealth deities, I prostrate with utmost devotion. The offering clouds transformed by the power of true arrangement, mantras, and faith, which arise from the Samantabhadra's conduct, pervade all Buddha lands, and are constantly offered.'
