祈愿文：我与他人从无始以来所积累的，一切罪恶过患皆忏悔，对善行心生欢喜而随喜，祈请法轮常转，祈请诸佛住世百劫。以这些善行为代表，将所有功德回向菩提之心。像这样，通过顶礼、供养和祈请的力量，愿我和无边无际的众生，生生世世获得暇满人身，并能值遇清净的善知识，祈请加持。愿能圆满闻思修行的彼岸，从内心深处生起出离心和菩提心，能够自在地行持伟大的菩萨行，从而成就自他二利，祈请加持。特别是，愿疾病、邪魔、罪障、烦恼等，以及修持正法的违缘全部平息，愿寿命、福德、财富、证悟、智慧和利乐的功德增长广大，祈请加持。最终，依靠殊胜的金刚乘捷径道，愿能证悟金刚三身的智慧，通过不死的永恒事业，引导遍布虚空的众生，祈请加持。此外，愿护持佛法的圣者们，能够住世百劫，法轮常转，愿讲修佛法在十方弘扬，使三界增上安乐，祈请加持。愿吉祥、权势和寂静的功德，其善妙景象永不衰退，愿圆满成就无死，具足殊胜的奇迹，并同时增长利乐的财富，祈愿！ 如是祈愿。其次，所有资粮田融入光中，融入自身。自身的三门与本具的智慧，以及皈依境的秘密三身无二无别，安住于此状态中，观见法性光明法身的自性面容。如此念诵，并安住于实相真如的境界中。第三，当从定中起座时，愿以此善根，我和所有众生，今生健康长寿，具足正法，来世往生极乐世界，迅速获得无量寿佛的果位。如是说。如果想广说，则念诵‘过去诸佛与十方’等《普贤行愿品》的祈愿文。愿能享用经续中所说的伟大吉祥和无死长寿的荣耀，愿智慧、聪颖和辨别智慧增长，愿权势和寂静的财富圆满成就，愿一切吉祥如意！愿上师与弟子永不分离，永远在一起。愿上师的寿命不变，坚固永恒。享用上好的茶饮。

Verses of aspiration: I confess all sins and downfalls accumulated from beginningless time by myself and others, rejoice in virtuous deeds, and request the turning of the Dharma wheel and the abiding of the Buddhas for hundreds of kalpas. May all these merits, represented by these virtuous deeds, be dedicated to the heart of Bodhi. Thus, through the power of prostrations, offerings, and supplications, may I and all limitless sentient beings, in life after life, obtain the leisure and endowment of human existence, and may we meet with pure spiritual friends, grant your blessings. May we reach the other shore of abiding by discipline, listening, contemplating, and meditating. May renunciation and the two aspects of Bodhicitta arise from the depths of our hearts. May we gain mastery over the vast practices of the Bodhisattvas, so that we may accomplish the two benefits of ourselves and others, grant your blessings. In particular, may diseases, evil spirits, sins, obscurations, and harms, etc., and all obstacles to the practice of the sacred Dharma be pacified, and may life, merit, wealth, realization, wisdom, and the virtues of benefit and happiness increase greatly, grant your blessings. Ultimately, relying on the swift path of the great secret, may the wisdom of the three Vajras be manifested, and through the immortal and eternal sacred activities, may we guide all beings pervading the sky, grant your blessings. Furthermore, may the holy individuals who uphold the teachings abide for hundreds of kalpas, turning the wheel of Dharma, and may the teachings of explanation and practice spread in the ten directions, so that the goodness of the three realms may increase, grant your blessings. May the auspiciousness, power, and qualities of peace, the excellence of the undiminished appearance of goodness, the wonders of perfect immortal accomplishment, and the wealth of benefit and happiness increase together! Thus, make the supplication. Secondly, all the fields of merit dissolve into light and merge into oneself. One's own three doors and innate wisdom, and the secret three bodies of the objects of refuge are inseparable. Abiding in this state, one beholds the face of the Dharmakaya, the luminosity of reality. Thus, recite and abide in the realm of suchness, the very nature of reality. Thirdly, when beginning to rise from meditation, may this virtue lead all sentient beings, including myself, to have long life, health, and Dharma in this life, and may we be born in the pure land of Sukhavati in the next life, quickly attaining the state of Amitabha. Thus, say. If one wishes to elaborate, then recite the aspirations of the 'Samantabhadra's Aspiration', such as 'The Buddhas of the past and the ten directions'. May we enjoy the great auspiciousness and the glory of immortal life spoken of in the sutras and tantras, may wisdom, intelligence, and discriminating wisdom increase, may the wealth of power and peace be perfectly accomplished, may all be auspicious! May the master and disciples never be separated, always together. May the master's life be unchanging, firm, and stable. 愿喜乐永不消退！愿幸福与佛法增长，吉祥如意！在此处念诵‘日安’等语，并洒落花雨，以示吉祥。 为他人成办事情时，观想上师等殊胜对境位于自己右侧，安坐于庄严圆满的珍宝法座之上；普通施主等则位于前方。观想他们青春焕发，衣饰华丽圆满，一同进行寿命精华的摄集融入，以此成就目的。 如此努力的利益是：如《无量寿经》陀罗尼、《尊胜佛母续》的功德、以及《度母二十一度母赞》的利益等所说，所有罪业和障碍全部消除，暂时和究竟的一切断除都得以平息，寿命、福德、智慧等一切善妙增长广大，寿命终结后也能往生清净的极乐世界，迅速获得大菩提的果位等，一切世间和寂灭的吉祥功德都将圆满具足，这是确定的。 恒常 желая помогать другим, 心之水库 радостный и приятный, 在诸佛加持力的推动下, 这获得了长寿成就的方法。 愿由此获得的善妙如甘露之云，遍布菩提心之彼岸，恒常降下 благодеяние 甜蜜的雨露, 愿利益安乐的稻穗沉甸甸地 низко склониться! 这是为了让具有佛法 святой 的人永驻世间，法轮永转，自他一切有情众生寿命、福德、智慧等吉祥增长，以 такой 缘起为目的，蒋扬钦哲旺波所造。愿它如是成就，吉祥之光遍布一切时空。愿一切时中皆吉祥！

May joy never cease! May happiness and Dharma increase, may there be auspiciousness! Here, saying 'Good day' etc., and scattering a rain of flowers, may it be auspicious. When accomplishing things for the sake of others, visualize the supreme objects such as the Lama on your right side, seated on a magnificent and complete jeweled throne; and ordinary benefactors etc. in front. Visualize them as youthful, with magnificent and complete clothing and ornaments, and together gather and absorb the essence of life, thereby accomplishing the purpose. The benefit of such effort is: as stated in the benefits of the *Amitayus Sutra* Dharani, the *Usnisa Vijaya Sutra*, and the *Twenty-One Praises of Tara*, all sins and obscurations are completely purified, all cutting off, both temporary and ultimate, is pacified, and all collections of goodness such as life, merit, and wisdom increase and expand, and after the end of life, one will be born in the pure land of Sukhavati, quickly attain the state of great enlightenment, etc., all the auspicious qualities of samsara and nirvana will be completely fulfilled, this is certain. Always desiring to benefit others, the mind's reservoir of water, joyful and pleasant, urged on by the power of the Buddhas' blessings, this method of accomplishing immortality has arisen. May the collection of merit obtained from this, like a cloud of nectar, pervade the far shore of the heart of enlightenment, and from the constantly falling sweet rain of goodness, may the ears of benefit and happiness hang heavily! This was composed by Jamyang Khyentse Wangpo, with the aim that the holy beings who uphold the Dharma may remain for hundreds of kalpas, that the wheel of Dharma may turn forever, and that the life, merit, wisdom, and other auspicious qualities of oneself and all other sentient beings may increase. May it be accomplished as such, may the light of auspiciousness pervade all times and directions.
