The realization of the body mandala: Meditate on oneself as the father and mother of Hayagriva (Horse-necked One). In the heart of the father is a Dharma wheel, its nature a realm of five blazing lights, upon which is a peacock, sun and moon, and a layered lotus seat. Upon it sits the Bhagavan (Blessed One), the Protector Amitayus (Boundless Life), with a red body, one face, two arms, and seated in the vajra posture. The right hand holds a longevity arrow and silk banner, and a five-pronged golden vajra, while the left hand holds a longevity vase filled with nectar in the meditation mudra. The body is adorned with silk and various jewels. In the embrace of appearance without inherent existence is the supreme mother of longevity, dressed in white, with a reddish-white body, one face, two arms, and two legs entwined around the father's waist. The right hand holds a red longevity arrow and silk banner, and the left hand holds a lotus ruby longevity vase. The body is adorned with silk, jewels, and garlands of flowers, with a smiling countenance. The father and mother reside in a posture of mutual union. Behind them, on the four-petaled channels: In the east is Akshobhya Amitayus (Immovable Boundless Life), with a blue body, the right hand holding a vajra and the left hand holding a longevity vase; in the south is Ratnasambhava Amitayus (Jewel-born Boundless Life), with a yellow body, the right hand holding a jewel and the left hand holding a longevity vase; in the west is Amitabha Amitayus (Boundless Light Boundless Life), with a white body, the right hand holding a wheel and the left hand holding a longevity vase; in the north is Amoghasiddhi Amitayus (Unfailing Accomplishment Boundless Life), with a green body, the right hand holding a crossed vajra and the left hand holding a longevity vase. These are also with Yum Locana (Eye), Mamaki (Mine), the chief Dhatvishvari (Mistress of the Realm), and Tara (Savioress), their body colors matching their respective fathers, joyfully embracing in a posture of union. The fathers also have the same appearance, ornaments, and attire as the main deity, and the mothers have the same ornaments and hand implements as the main mother. The distinctions of their respective seats are: in the east is a lion, in the south is a supreme horse, in the west is an elephant, and in the north is a garuda, residing on a layered lotus of the sun and moon, in a realm of five blazing lights of their own nature. Behind them, on the eight-petaled channels: In the east is white Lasye; in the south is blue Male; in the west is red Giti; in the north is green Nirti; in the southeast is white Vegini (Quick One); in the southwest is yellow Vegini; in the northwest is red Vegini; in the northeast is green Vegini. Adorned with various jewels, all the right hands waving red arrows and banners to attract the essence of life, all the left hands holding longevity vases, bestowing accomplishments upon the practitioners. On the petals in the four directions behind them, in the east is the Iron Hook Doorkeeper, her body white, her right hand holding an iron hook; in the south is the Lasso Doorkeeper, her body yellow, her right hand holding a lasso; in the west is the Iron Chain Doorkeeper, her body red, her right hand holding an iron chain; in the north is the Bell Doorkeeper, her body green, her right hand holding a bell; all of these deities hold longevity vases filled with nectar in their left hands, embodying the form of goddesses, adorned with silk and jewels, standing in a dancing posture of stretching and bending on a lotus moon cushion. On the foreheads of all the main deities and retinues are white Oṃs (藏文：ཨོཾ，梵文天城体：ओ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：Om), at their throats are red Āḥs (藏文：ཨཱཿ，梵文天城体：आ，梵文罗马拟音：āḥ，汉语字面意思：Ah), and at their hearts are blue Hūṃs (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हु，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：Hum), from which emanate immeasurable rays of light. Visualize inviting countless wisdom beings from the pure realm of Akanishta, inseparable from the object of meditation. This clear manifestation of the deity was also composed by me, Padmasambhava, for the benefit of future fortunate ones. May future fortunate ones encounter this! Samaya! Gya Gya Gya! Seal of Treasure! Seal of Hidden! Seal of Profound! Seal of Secret! Herein lies the profound treasure vase of longevity empowerment. Homage to the deity of longevity! The order of empowerment is as follows: Pray thus: Ho! God of gods, bestowing the supreme immortality, through the kindness of the Vajra Master, please grant me the supreme empowerment of immortality, I shall follow your command. Response: Ho! In the secret longevity mandala, in order to obtain the two accomplishments, I shall bestow the supreme empowerment, please always uphold the vows. Then perform refuge and so on, upholding the vows as common. Visualize the disciple instantly as Hayagriva in union, and visualize the longevity deities at their heart. Gather all the essence of longevity from the ten directions, dissolving into the clear deity visualized by the disciple, thus visualizing obtaining the longevity empowerment and accomplishment, and perform the attraction of longevity. Then is the vase empowerment: Hrīḥ! In the precious vase of empowerment, reside the Sugata longevity deities, by bestowing empowerment upon the body of the fortunate one, may they obtain the immortal Vajra body! Add 'kāya abhiṣiñca oṃ' to the end of the root mantra. Give the rosary: Hrīḥ! Whoever recites diligently, is the method to fulfill the desired accomplishments, by bestowing empowerment with the sound of mantra, may they obtain the supreme power in speech!
