第二部分,正行:在傍晚时分,舒适地坐在垫子上,保持禅定的姿势,通过前行次第(sngon 'gro'i rim pa)调伏自心后,观想自己瞬间变成吉祥马头明王(dpal rta mchog rol pa)等忿怒本尊(las kyi khro bo),生起本初黑鲁嘎(gnyug ma'i he ru ka)的慢。 向地基鬼神(gzhi bgegs)献朵玛,并用金刚防护轮(rdo rje'i srung ba'i 'khor los)束缚所有方向。 这是胜义谛的皈依(don dam pa'i skyabs 'gro)。

Placing the third skull fragment (bhaṇḍa dhum bu gsum pa) on the forehead, perform the drawing and practice of the auspicious wheel of life of inner awareness (rig 'dzin gyi srog 'khor), making it up to standard. Fill with the incomparable nectar dharma medicine (bdud rtsi chos sman), various jewels (rin po che sna tshogs), various medicines (sman sna tshogs), and various grains ('bru sna tshogs) that come from this lineage, and cover it with a red silk tent (dar dmar gyi lding gur). In front of it, place a decorated red four-petaled lotus torma (bla gtor dmar po pad 'dab bzhi pa rgyan ldan). Place medicinal alcohol (sman rak) on the right and left sides. Arrange offerings (nyer spyod) and the implements of the tsok wheel (tshogs kyi 'khor lo) around the perimeter, as well as all other necessary items. The second part, the main practice: Then, in the early evening, sit comfortably on a cushion, maintaining a meditative posture, and after taming your mind through the preliminary stages (sngon 'gro'i rim pa), visualize yourself instantaneously transforming into glorious Hayagriva (dpal rta mchog rol pa), etc., wrathful deities of action (las kyi khro bo), generating the pride of the primordial Heruka (gnyug ma'i he ru ka). Offer a torma to the ground spirits (gzhi bgegs), and bind all directions with a vajra protection wheel (rdo rje'i srung ba'i 'khor los). Entrust the four great kings (rgyal chen bzhi) with the task of pacifying obstacles, and perform the act of erecting a boundary, etc., knowing it according to the general practice of the supplication text (bsnyen yig spyi 'gro). According to the specific situation, in the space in front, visualize the embodiment of all refuge objects, the omniscient Dharma King (kun mkhyen chos kyi rgyal po), inseparable from the root guru, appearing with a peaceful smile and the splendor of perfect marks and signs. Visualize yourself and all other sentient beings entering the same refuge with the three doors of body, speech, and mind, which is merely a conventional visualization. Finally, rest in the nature of reality (chos nyid), inseparable from the refuge object and your own mind, the nature of inconceivable wisdom (ye shes), emptiness (stong pa) is the Dharmakaya (chos sku), self-luminous nature (rang bzhin gsal ba) is the Sambhogakaya (longs sku), and compassionate union (thugs rje zung 'jug) is the Nirmanakaya (sprul pa'i sku), the three bodies (sku gsum) are naturally present. This is the ultimate refuge (don dam pa'i skyabs 'gro). In order to liberate yourself and all other sentient beings from samsara, generate the conventional bodhicitta (kun rdzob byang chub kyi sems). In the ultimate truth, everything is without inherent existence; in the conventional truth, everything appears. Rest in the state of emptiness and dependent arising (stong dang rten 'byung) being inseparable, this is the ultimate bodhicitta (don dam gyi sems bskyed). In the luminous nature ( 'od gsal gnyug ma'i ngang) that has never been stained by the illusion of subject and object (gzung 'dzin) since the beginning, dispel all sudden demons (glo bur gyi gdon bgegs) caused by conceptual thoughts (kun brtags) with the view of no self-nature (rang bzhin med pa'i lta ba), this is the special protection wheel (khyad par gyi srung 'khor). Whatever arises as the appearance of the six consciousnesses (tshogs drug), the moment it arises, the clinging to subject and object is naturally released, therefore, all appearances arise as outer, inner, and secret offering clouds (phyi nang gsang ba'i mchod sprin), bestowing the blessings of pure and vast great wisdom (dag pa rab 'byams ye shes chen po'i byin 'beb pa). These are all in complete accordance with the words and meanings of the text. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
