First, generate an unfeigned pride, thinking that you are Yeshe Tsogyal (the Lord of the Assembly of Wisdom Dakinis), and combine clear appearance with firm pride. If this can prevent clinging to ordinary phenomena, then the root of mantra Shine (the Shine part of Shine-Lhaktong) is established. In general, whether in session or in between sessions, whether the appearance of the deity is clear or not, maintain the pride that you are the actual embodiment of Wisdom Dakini. It is said that by doing so, and by maintaining the pride that you have perfected all her qualities and activities, blessings will come without hindrance. Third, learn to remember: Although the nature of ultimate wisdom has no characteristics of elaboration, in order to guide worldly beings to be tamed, it must be certain that she will appear in the form of what can be tamed. One face represents the Dharmadhatu Thigle Nyagchik, two hands represent the union of method and wisdom, the nature is the union of supreme and unchanging great bliss and all-supreme emptiness, the body color is white and red, unchanging in ultimate truth, so peaceful, loving to beings, so smiling, with a charming demeanor. The three eyes symbolize that they are inseparable from the nature of the Dharmadhatu, Dharmamarga, and Dharmakaya, looking at the sky, bestowing the blessings of directly introducing the clear light Dharmata. The right hand holds a curved knife, cutting off the clinging to the apprehended and the apprehender, and the left hand holds a skull cup filled with nectar, bestowing the wisdom of innate great bliss to the practitioner. With silk as the upper garment and lower skirt, symbolizing liberation from the suffering of afflictions. The hair is tied into a topknot, and the rest hangs down, symbolizing the perfection of all virtuous dharmas and placing others in virtuous dharmas. Having unparalleled great qualities, all wishes are naturally fulfilled, so the head is decorated with a wish-fulfilling jewel. Not abandoning desires, but manifesting them as the adornment of wisdom, so decorated with jewels and flowers of various colors. The five seals represent the five wisdoms: the wheel represents the Dharmadhatu, the earrings represent the discriminating wisdom, the necklace represents the equality wisdom, the bracelets represent the mirror-like wisdom, and the belt represents the accomplishing wisdom. The hanging string of bells symbolizes the signs of the twelve links of dependent origination. The two feet stand in a dancing posture, symbolizing that they dwell equally in Nirvana with ultimate truth and on the edge of Samsara with worldly truth. The inner clarity merges, the unobscured wisdom nature, the outer manifestation is clear and uninterrupted light, beams, bindus, with five colors. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Remaining in samsara, yet unblemished by the faults of samsara, therefore abiding on various lotus seats. Because the nature of dust is pure, it is the sun disc; because the nature of semen is pure, it is the moon disc. If one can remember in detail the purity of each characteristic of the form, it will become supreme. While contemplating each deity's form as a symbol, it is also necessary to remember the purity of the meaning being symbolized. However, if a beginner cannot do so, then after making the appearance as clear as possible, these appearances of the deity's form, including hand gestures, implements, and ornaments, are actually the wisdom, qualities, and inconceivable activities that naturally arise from the primordially unelaborated dharmakaya realm, appearing as symbols and means of the form body. By cultivating such devotion, one can also align with pure recollection. No matter how long one practices, remain absorbed in that samadhi. At the end of the session, radiate light from one's heart, pervading all phenomena, both sentient and insentient. Purify the outer environment as a celestial palace and the inner beings as the forms of deities. Gradually dissolve all of that into light, which merges into the dharmadhatu. That merges into oneself, and oneself also gradually gathers from the periphery to the center, dissolving into the HUM syllable at the heart. That also gradually dissolves from the hook at the foot upwards, finally dissolving into a bindu. Then, focus the mind on that extremely subtle nada(藏文ཐིག་ལེ,梵文天城体nada,梵文罗马拟音nada, sound),imagining it also vanishing into non-objectification, and remain evenly in the state of primordial purity beyond the mind. When rising from that state, like waves stirred from water, clearly establish the innate deity form of inseparable bliss, energy, and mind as the path. Visualize forms as deities, sounds as speech, and awareness as the nature of great clear light. Dedicate everything to the great wheel of wisdom, and without separating from mindfulness and awareness, carry the yoga of the session interval onto the path. Taming outer and inner distractions. Second, the practice of taming distractions: After generating and stabilizing the clarity of the main object of meditation, first, clearly visualize the deities of the inner body mandala. That is, clearly visualize the essence of the channels, energies, and bindus, which are the basis of the innate body, speech, and mind that arise naturally from their own nature, as the forms of deities in the respective places of the body. Visualize oneself as the sovereign of wisdom dakinis, the great union of appearance and emptiness, on a lotus and sun seat in the center of the crown chakra, above the embracing arrogant male and female. Visualize the lord of all wrathful deities, the Great Supreme Vajra Heruka, dark blue in color, possessing nine dance poses, holding a vajra and skull cup upwards and downwards at the heart with his two hands. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
