The essence of Yoga Tantra is to contemplate the unborn and complete deity. In the state of non-duality of space and wisdom, directly enter the generation stage free from elaboration. Even if the deity is not generated by words, merely remembering or reciting its name, seed syllable (Tibetan:, Devanagari:, Romanized:, Literal meaning:) or mantra is sufficient for completion. Alternatively, enter gradually, manifesting in the expanse of the great emptiness of wisdom—Kuntuzangmo's womb—as the deity's mudra, spontaneously arising as the illusory deity body of non-dual union, which is the generation stage of inseparable bliss and emptiness. As stated in 'Self-Arisen': 'What is the immediate entry? Deities are not generated, but completion arises from remembering the essence. What is the gradual entry? Entering gradually from space and wisdom.' To practice its meaning, first briefly perform the preliminaries, and earnestly supplicate and receive empowerment. Then, sit with a body endowed with the Dharma of meditation, adjust the breath to be slow and gentle. With the mind in a natural and relaxed state, recite ཨཿ (Tibetan:, Devanagari:, Romanized:, Literal meaning: Ah). Thus, all phenomena of samsara and nirvana that appear in this way are unborn and pure from the beginning, being the nature of Kuntuzangmo, the original bodhicitta realm. Having understood this, abide in it. From this state, the awareness of self-arisen wisdom light and the innate co-emergent potential, as a pure vessel, the lotus of Kuntuzangdorjenalma, the source of great secret, the nature of skillful means and wisdom, the red crossed dharma origin. Three sides representing the three doors of liberation, and six corners representing the six paramitas. The subtle root plunges downward, and the open mouth faces upward. In the center of it, visualize stacked multi-colored lotus, sun, and moon seats. On top of that, the pure essence, the complete deity mudra, the nature of wind and mind inseparable, ཡི་གེ་བཾ་ (Tibetan:, Devanagari:, Romanized:, Literal meaning:), white with a reddish hue, visualize clearly like a bright star shining in the sky. When the mind is focused on this, བཾ་ (Tibetan:, Devanagari:, Romanized:, Literal meaning:) completely transforms, and oneself is Kuntuzangmo, the lord of space, Vajrayogini, Yeshe Tsogyal, inseparable from the three bodies, appearing in the form of a rupakaya. One face, two arms, body color white with a reddish hue, peaceful and smiling, with a very charming demeanor. Three eyes gazing into the expanse of the sky. The right hand raises a vajra chopper into the sky, and the left hand holds a skull cup filled with nectar at the heart. Wearing a white silk upper garment and a skirt of various colors. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The lower garment hangs loosely, adorned with garlands of various jewels such as turquoise, ruby, pearls, and various flowers. On the crown is a wheel, earrings, bracelets on hands and feet, a necklace, and a belt, all adorned with five bone ornaments. The hair is tied in a topknot, adorned with a radiant wish-fulfilling jewel at the top, with the rest hanging down like willow branches. The jeweled headdress is beautifully decorated with silk flower garlands. Standing with a relaxed posture, the body radiates the self-light of wisdom, like rainbows, sparks, endlessly shining. On the forehead is a white OM (Tibetan: ཨོཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओम्, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ, Literal meaning: OM), on the throat is a red AH (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: आः, Sanskrit Romanization: āḥ, Literal meaning: AH), and in the heart is a blue HUNG (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुँ, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal meaning: HUNG). Meditate that these three are the essence of the body, speech, and mind vajra of all Buddhas, clear, radiant, and shining. This is the actual object of the fundamental meditation. To perfect the samadhi of the generation stage, there are three branches. First, learning clarity: Initially, focus the mind solely on the center between the eyes. Its shape and color should be very clear. Then gradually and clearly visualize the left and right eyes, both ears, nose, mouth, the entire face, then the body, hand gestures, ornaments, attire, peaceful and wrathful postures, etc., one by one, without allowing the mind to be influenced by dullness or agitation, continuously focusing on the object of meditation. Initially, after clarity arises, repeatedly practice relaxing and refocusing on the target, doing many short sessions without getting bored. After becoming accustomed, gradually lengthen the sessions. It is important that whether the session is long or short, it is sustained with single-pointed concentration from beginning to end, without being interrupted by other thoughts. This also applies to the completion stages explained later. Meditating in this way, from the smallest parts to the complete body, when clarity arises, the deity's body should be clear and transparent, without impurities, like the moon reflected in clear water, appearing but without inherent existence, like an image in a mirror. The colors are distinct and clear, yet without substance, like a rainbow in the sky. It is difficult for beginners to generate clarity, but through single-minded devotion and meditation, looking at fine thangkas, etc., and focusing the mind, clarity will gradually be achieved. Second, learning pride: --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
