Completely, practice the skill of mind-holding samadhi, all appearances and attachments to ordinary things, self-arise as the deity body of appearance and emptiness, thereby preventing the habits of delusion. Secondly, the order of verbal recitation, clarify the meaning in the common recitation, complete the three: approach, practice, and action. In particular, the Vajra recitation, adjust the body posture and eliminate impure air, direct the internal absorption into the tone of Om (藏文:ཨོཾ,梵文天城体:ओम्,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:Om), dwell in Ah (藏文:ཨཱཿ,梵文天城体:आः,梵文罗马拟音:āḥ,汉语字面意思:Ah) and extend the duration, release Hum (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hum) outwards gradually, see the signs such as clarity. Most importantly, regulate the movement, coming and going, and dwelling of the air, the end of the sound dwells in the state of emptiness and luminosity, seal with the innate mudra of awareness and emptiness. All ordinary air and sounds, self-arise as sound-emptiness mantras, thereby attaining common and supreme accomplishments. Thirdly, cultivate the intention of the mind, in common, oneself is in great bliss, meditate on the emptiness of the wisdom body. Clarify the three roots, eliminate impure air, in the center of the Avadhuti (central channel) of the heart, meditate on the indestructible bindu the size of a mustard seed, white and clear with five lights, combined with gentle vase breathing, air and mind, bindu are inseparable, hold the mind single-pointedly, dwell in equanimity, directly cut off whatever thoughts arise. If one can shake, obtain, become accustomed, and stabilize, and finally complete, then one will accomplish the peace of ease and bliss. Especially for external objects of grasping, they are merely appearances, without inherent existence. Cutting off the root of internal grasping thoughts, birth and cessation are without dwelling, liberated in the innate state. In between, without being defiled by the mind, recognize the face of the mind itself, luminosity. The great perfection of awareness and emptiness beyond intellect, the state of insight becomes manifest. Most importantly, in order to obtain unwavering intention, to stabilize wisdom, relax the body and mind, dwell leisurely, direct the secret fruit of the eyes into the space, clarify with mindfulness the nature of reality, cultivate awareness and emptiness, free from gathering and scattering. Whatever thoughts arise, do not follow after the past, do not welcome the future, in the present state free from calculation, dwell in the uncorrected, unadulterated innate state. Thoughts subside and one sees the essence, the union of two truths becomes manifest. Thirdly, the subsequent guidance sequence, after the session, seal with dedication and aspiration, during the breaks between sessions, freely enjoy the objects of the six senses, abandon the thoughts of understanding, do not cling to experiences, repeatedly break them down. At the very moment a thought arises, recognize its face, establish certainty only in that, without separating from the meaning of non-meditation, grasping and clinging are liberated like a snake knot. Holding the certainty of that intention, one directly sees the awareness of reality, the experience of self-liberation increases, appearance and mind reach a state of one taste, the nature of reality without meditation reaches the end, knowing and known are without separation. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
