流浪于轮回之地，圣母您慈悲的明灯不会熄灭吗？ 无力漂泊于业力之境，慈母您慈悲的铁钩不会钩住我吗？ 善业的幼苗枯萎凋零，圣母您慈悲的雨露不会降下吗？ 嗔恨五毒的烈火燃烧，慈母您慈悲的甘露不会浇灭吗？ 被贪嗔痴三毒的迷乱所折磨，慈母您慈悲的妙药不会医治吗？ 此时此刻若不蒙您慈悲的摄持，从此以后我将无处可依。 呜呼哀哉！慈悲的圣母啊！我唯一的依靠和救护就是您。 您明知我的苦乐都寄托于您，请您发起慈悲的勇气吧，至尊的圣母！ 长久流浪于轮回的处所，何时才能业尽果熟？ 若无圣母慈悲的关怀，我将一无所获。 若因业力深重而自暴自弃，又将向谁祈求慈悲的救护？ 圣母您拥有慈悲的力量，往昔的因缘和祈祷真实不虚。 请您不要懈怠和漠视，祈请您立即将我从轮回中解脱！ 今生种种违缘、不幸和障碍，以及国王、火灾、水灾、镣铐、毒药和兵器， 各种瘟疫、盗贼、非时而死，怨敌和魔障，恶梦和凶兆， 衰败、恐惧和八难等等，祈请您完全平息和遣除！ 祈请您使寿命、福德、财富和事业，蒸蒸日上，不断增长！ 祈请您使三界、三有、有情世间的一切显现，都归于您的掌控！ 祈请您以猛烈的力量，摧毁一切邪魔、怨敌和鬼神的军队！ 我全心全意，毫无虚伪，并非口头说说，而是发自内心地祈祷。 无论我行走坐卧，从事何种事业，都祈请您如慈母般关爱和守护！ 祈请您在此生、来世和中阴的各个阶段，都永不分离地以慈悲摄受！ 愿我心中生起无常观、慈悲心，信心和精进，出离心和厌离感， 以及甚深之义和空性正见的殊胜智慧，愿我恒常修持，永不懈怠， 愿我寿命圆满，修行成就！ 此乃大掘藏师法王仁增·热那林巴（藏文：རིག་འཛིན་རཏྣ་གླིང་པ，汉语：持明宝洲）之甚深伏藏《措嘉空行母三部》中，度母仪轨之正行法。

Wandering in the land of samsara, will the light of your compassion, Holy Mother, not be lit? Powerlessly wandering in the realm of karma, will the hook of your compassion, Loving Mother, not hold me? The seedling of virtue withering, will the rain of your compassion, Holy Mother, not fall? The great fire of the five poisons of hatred blazing, will the water of your compassion, Mother, not dampen it? Tormented by the disease of the three poisons' delusion, will the medicine of your compassion, Mother, not heal me? If you do not hold me with your compassion at this time, from now on, there will be no certain place for me. Alas, alas! Compassionate Holy Mother! I have no other refuge or protector to rely on. Knowing that my happiness and suffering rely on you alone, generate the power of compassion, Noble Lady! Having wandered for a long time in the realm of samsara, when will the karma be exhausted and the fruit be obtained? Without the compassion of the Holy Mother, there will be no fulfillment of what is needed. If I abandon myself, saying that the power of karma is strong, to whom shall I turn for refuge, saying that compassion is great? Holy Mother, you possess the power of compassion, and the truth of past connections and prayers is not deceiving. Without being lazy or indifferent in your heart, please lead me to liberation in an instant! May all inauspicious conditions, misfortunes, and obstacles in this life, as well as kings, fire, water, iron fetters, poison, and weapons, Various epidemics, thieves, untimely death, enemies, obstacles, bad dreams, and ill omens, Decline, fear, and the eight fears, etc., be completely pacified and averted! May life, power, enjoyment, wealth, and activities increase and expand from above! May all appearances of the three realms, the three existences, and all that appears and exists be brought under control! May the hosts of demons, enemies, obstacles, and spirits be completely destroyed by fierce activities! I pray with single-minded devotion and without pretense, not just with words but from the heart. Wherever I go, stay, or act, please protect me with love like a mother to her only child! In this life, the next life, and the intermediate state, may you always hold me with your compassion without separation! May impermanence, loving-kindness, compassion, faith, diligence, renunciation, and weariness arise in my mind, And the supreme view of the profound meaning and emptiness, may I always practice without weariness, And may my life and practice reach the end! 愿我迅速圆满积聚福慧二资粮，祈愿能证得圆满佛陀之果位。未证得佛果前生生世世，祈愿能获得天人最胜之安乐，为了成就一切智智，愿我所作所为，所有障碍、邪魔、鬼怪、瘟疫及疾病等，以及各种非时横死，恶梦与不祥之兆，八怖畏等一切近身之灾难，祈愿迅速平息、消灭。世间与出世间，所有吉祥、安乐、圆满之事，祈愿一切增长广大，所有利益之事，无需勤作，自然成就。精进修持，正法兴盛，恒时得见您之尊颜，证悟空性之义，菩提心如上弦月般，祈愿增长广大。这是向所愿祈祷的五颂，由杰尊扎巴坚赞所著。我于生生世世所修之本尊，三世诸佛之事业母，绿身一面二臂，迅疾寂静勇猛，如母般手持乌巴拉花，祈愿吉祥！ 圣者仁波切所著：圣母度母，您的身形如何？眷属、寿命之量、以及清净刹土如何？您的殊胜妙好之名号如何？祈愿我等亦能如您一般。此乃出自经部之词句转变而来。以此赞颂与祈祷之力量，我等所居之处，祈愿疾病、邪魔、贫困、争斗得以平息，正法与吉祥得以增上。据传为法王赤松德赞之语。通过以上之祈祷，一心一意地祈愿，一切善妙之事皆得增长。

May I swiftly complete the accumulation of merit and wisdom, and may I attain the state of perfect Buddhahood. Until I attain Buddhahood, in all my lifetimes, may I obtain the supreme bliss of gods and humans. In order to accomplish omniscience, may all obstacles, demons, evil spirits, plagues, and diseases, as well as all kinds of untimely deaths, bad dreams and inauspicious signs, the eight fears, and all other harms, be quickly pacified and eliminated. May all auspiciousness, happiness, and perfection, both worldly and beyond, increase and expand. May all beneficial deeds be accomplished effortlessly and spontaneously. May diligence in practice and the flourishing of the Dharma increase, may I always see your noble face, and may the understanding of emptiness and the precious Bodhicitta increase and expand like the waxing moon. These are five verses of prayer for wishes, composed by Jetsun Drakpa Gyaltsen. The deity I have practiced in all my lifetimes, the activity mother of all Buddhas of the three times, green-bodied, one face, two arms, swift, peaceful, and courageous, holding an Utpala flower like a mother, may there be auspiciousness! Composed by the Noble Rinpoche: Holy Mother Tara, what is your form like? What are your retinue, the measure of your life, and your pure land like? What are your excellent and auspicious names like? May I and others become just like you. This is a transformation of words from the Sutra Pitaka. Through the power of this praise and prayer, in the places where we dwell, may diseases, demons, poverty, and strife be pacified, and may Dharma and auspiciousness increase. It is said to be the words of Dharma King Trisong Detsen.
