Mount Meru, the king of mountains; East Videha; South Jambudvipa; West Godaniya; North Kuru. Deha and Videha; Camara and Aparacamara; Satha and Uttaramantrina; Kuru and Kuruvipratikuru. The Jewel Mountain, the Wish-Granting Tree, the Wish-Fulfilling Cow, the Unplowed Harvest. The Precious Wheel, the Precious Jewel, the Precious Queen, the Precious Minister, the Precious Elephant, the Supreme Precious Horse, the Precious General, the Great Treasure Vase, the Goddess of Beauty, the Goddess of Garlands, the Goddess of Song, the Goddess of Dance, the Goddess of Flowers, the Goddess of Incense, the Goddess of Light, the Goddess of Perfume, the Sun, the Moon, the Precious Umbrella, the Victory Banner that Conquers in All Directions. I offer this complete and unlacking wealth of gods and humans to the glorious and precious root and lineage Lamas, the deities of the Yidam mandala, and the assembly of Buddhas and Bodhisattvas. Please accept with compassion for the benefit of beings, and having accepted, please bless us! Anoint the ground with incense and scatter flowers. 证悟圣道得安乐，超越苦难证涅槃，愿你定能善加领悟。 所有证得圣道者，皆能获得至上功德，愿你们全心投入于无上圆满菩提之乐。 这是由比丘尼吉祥天女所作的七支供： 至尊圣救度母（杰尊帕玛卓玛，圣救度母），以及十方三世安住的一切诸佛菩萨，我以全然的虔诚向你们顶礼。 鲜花、焚香、明灯、香水，美食、音乐等等，以真实供品和意幻供品供养，祈请圣众纳受。 从无始以来直至今日，所造作的弥天大罪和五无间罪，所有被烦恼控制的罪业，我皆忏悔。 声闻、缘觉、菩萨，以及凡夫俗子等，所有于三世所积累的善业，我皆随喜。 愿能依照众生的意念和智慧的差别，无论大小乘或共同乘，都能转动法轮。 在轮回未空之际，请勿入涅槃，以您的慈悲，恳请垂视沉溺于苦海的众生。 我所积累的一切功德，愿皆成为证悟菩提之因，愿我能迅速成为引导众生的导师。 这是恳请至尊度母从心髓深处给予加持的祈请文： 那摩咕噜贝（藏文：ན་མོ་གུ་རུ་བྷྱ༔，梵文天城体：नमो गुरुभ्यः，梵文罗马拟音：namo gurubhyaḥ， 皈敬上师）！ 现在，我将以恳切的祈请和哀鸣，祈求至尊度母从心髓深处给予加持： 在至尊圣救度母的圣像前，合掌、跪拜，全身毛发竖立，脸上流着眼泪，以如慈母般哀伤的语气祈祷： 祈呼！慈悲的圣母，具大悲心的圣母，您这位诸佛之母，安住在何处？ 无依无靠的我，正值需要您救助的时刻！ 从无始以来直到现在，在这六道轮回的深渊中，我无数次地投生，取过无数次的血肉之躯， 然而，我所做的一切都毫无意义，白白浪费了生命。 难道我连一次获得解脱的机会都没有吗？难道我没有种下任何能让我修行正法的因缘吗？ 圣母啊，难道您要舍弃我吗？ 请以您的慈悲怜悯我，圣母，诸佛之母！ 我是一个无明、业障深重、罪孽深重的人，难道您这位慈母没有看到我这个无依无靠的孩子吗？ 我以悲切的声音呼唤您，难道您不会以慈悲之心接纳我吗？ 我已堕入六道轮回的深渊，难道圣母您不会用慈悲的绳索来牵引我吗？ 我被无明的黑暗所笼罩

Attaining the bliss of the Noble Path, transcending suffering and realizing Nirvana, may you surely come to understand goodness. All who have attained the Noble Path, may you obtain the supreme qualities of those above, and may you devote yourselves to the bliss of unsurpassed perfect enlightenment. This is the Seven-Branch Prayer composed by the Bhikshuni Palmo: To the venerable Arya Tara (Jetsun Pagma Drolma, Holy Tara), and all the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas residing in the ten directions and three times, I prostrate with complete devotion. Flowers, incense, lamps, perfumes, food, music, and so forth, offered with both real and imagined offerings, I beseech the holy assembly to accept. From beginningless time until now, the ten non-virtuous actions and the five heinous crimes, all sins under the control of afflictions, I confess. Hearers, solitary realizers, Bodhisattvas, and ordinary beings, all the merit accumulated in the three times, I rejoice. According to the thoughts and the differences in intelligence of sentient beings, whether great, small, common, or of the Vehicle, I beseech you to turn the Wheel of Dharma. Until samsara is empty, do not pass into Nirvana, with your compassion, please look upon sentient beings drowning in the ocean of suffering. Whatever merit I have accumulated, may it all become a cause for attaining enlightenment, may I quickly become a glorious guide for beings. This is a prayer urging Jetsun Drolma from the depths of her heart: Namo Guru Bhya (藏文：ན་མོ་གུ་རུ་བྷྱ༔，梵文天城体：नमो गुरुभ्यः，梵文罗马拟音：namo gurubhyaḥ， Homage to the Guru)! Now, I will offer a heartfelt prayer and lament, beseeching Jetsun Drolma to grant her blessings from the depths of her heart: In front of the sacred image of the venerable Arya Tara, with palms joined, kneeling, body trembling, tears streaming down the face, and with a voice of sorrow like a mother grieving for her child, pray in this way: Alas! Loving Arya, compassionate one, you, the mother of all Buddhas, where do you reside? I, without refuge, am in need of your help! From beginningless time until now, in this deep abyss of the six realms of samsara, I have taken countless births and bodies of flesh and blood, Yet, all that I have done has been meaningless, wasting my life in vain. Have I not even once had the opportunity to attain liberation? Have I not planted the seeds to practice the Dharma? Arya, will you abandon me? Please have compassion on me, Arya, mother of all Buddhas! I am ignorant, burdened with karma, and full of sin, do you, my mother, not see me, your helpless child? I call out to you with a sorrowful voice, will you not embrace me with your loving compassion? I have fallen into the abyss of the six realms, will Arya not draw me out with the rope of compassion?
