and the countless manifestations arising from them throughout the ten directions. The Dharma Jewel: those commonly recognized, and the unique Mahayana, which are the path to the city of great liberation. The Sangha Jewel: individual Bodhisattvas and the noble Sangha, as mentioned before. Third, within the tradition of Unexcelled Secret, there are also three. First, in the commonly known Action and Performance Tantras, the Buddha Jewel is the nature of the five wisdoms and the three or four bodies, including pure ones, manifestations, and blessed deities. They are composed of the Tathagata family, the Padma family, and the Vajra family. They possess the Sambhogakaya and Nirmanakaya, with peaceful and wrathful forms, existing in the form of mantras and secret mantras. The main deity and retinue, one and many, the root mandala and essence mandala, and so on, the deities of mandalas large and small are the Buddhas. The Dharma Jewel is also those previously mentioned, especially those famous in their respective scriptures. The Sangha is also the Sangha of Shravakas, Bodhisattvas, and Vidyadharas, considered to be three. Second, in the Yoga Tantras, the Buddha Jewel is the nature of the five wisdoms and the three or four bodies, belonging to the mandala and the tantra. Vajrasattva is the lord of all families, and the three bodies appearing as peaceful and wrathful, composed of the five families of Ratnasambhava, Padma, Karma, and Tathagata. The main deity and retinue, one and many, the root mandala, the Dharma and Karma mandalas, and the sequence of the four seals and one seal, etc., the deities belonging to the large and small mandalas are the Buddhas. The Dharma and Sangha are as previously explained. Third, in the Mahayoga Tantras, the Buddha Jewel is the Bhagavan Great Bliss, the nature of the body, speech, and mind vajra of all the Tathagatas of the ten directions and four times. All beings without exception, non-human beings, are the indivisible, indistinguishable nature. It is the great nature without one or many. The nature of the five bodies and six wisdoms, all dharmas with and without outflows, are indivisibly in the mandala like the body, speech, and mind vajra, together with the deities spontaneously accomplished from the beginning.

From that arises the seed of Bodhicitta (enlightenment mind), gathered by six aspects, having peaceful and wrathful countenances. Abiding in the Sambhogakaya (enjoyment body) and Nirmanakaya (emanation body), enjoying the great adornment of non-dual wisdom, residing as the form of great bliss. The main deity and retinue, one and many, body, place, and activity, like all dharmas (phenomena), are inseparable from the nature of being primordially, manifestly, and perfectly enlightened. It is the nature of neither one nor many. Abiding in the realm of the equality of the four times, the spontaneously present adornment of body, speech, and mind, this is called the Buddha Jewel. The Dharma and Sangha are also similar, with commonalities in secrecy and universality. The uncommon aspect is that the nature of the indivisibility of the Three Jewels is Samantabhadra's (all good) Bodhicitta, which is the sole Dharmakaya (truth body), enlightened from the beginning. In accordance with this principle, the Uttaratantra Shastra (treatise on the highest continuum) also states: 'Refuge is only the Buddha, the protector is the one with the Dharmakaya, and the Sangha is the ultimate of that.' Third, identifying the meaning has three aspects. First, according to the Hinayana (lesser vehicle) schools of Shravakas (hearers) and Vaibhashikas (exponents of doctrines), a sharp-witted Pudgala (individual) in their last existence becomes enlightened through great effort, and then, through their own aspiration and the fortune of those to be tamed, benefits beings in this world of suffering. After turning the wheel of Dharma, they pass into Nirvana (state of liberation), abiding permanently in the peaceful realm, and do not wish to benefit beings further. Second, according to the Sautrantikas (those who uphold the sutras), the body of a Bodhisattva (enlightenment being) in their last existence is accomplished by aspiration, and its cause is the habitual tendency of clinging to self and the ignorance of the place. Therefore, after becoming enlightened and passing into Nirvana, if they are to benefit those to be tamed, they effortlessly manifest emanations from the peaceful realm. This school, in most treatises, follows the Mahayana (greater vehicle) sutras rather than the Shravakas, and is therefore known as Sautrantika. Third, the Mahayana is further divided into two: the Paramitayana (perfection vehicle) and the Mantrayana (mantra vehicle). The former is further divided into two: Yogachara Madhyamaka (yoga practice middle way) and Svatantrika Madhyamaka (independent middle way). The former is further divided into two: lower Svatantrika and upper Svatantrika. The former is further divided into two, such as the Vijnanavada (consciousness-only) school, which believes that the appearance of external objects is not separate from the mind, but is a manifestation of the mind itself, with the mind appearing as body, place, and enjoyment. After becoming enlightened, the wisdom free from all afflictions appears as the Rupakaya (form body), the Buddha-field, and the enjoyments such as its adornments, thereby benefiting beings. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
