་སྐོངས་ཤིག །དེ་ནས་རྣལ་འབྱོར་པ་རྣམས་ཀྱིས་སྟོན་པ་ཀུན་ཏུ་བཟང་པོ་ལ་གསོལ་པ། རོལ་པ་ཆེན་པོ་ཁྲོ་བོའི་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་དེའི་མཚན་རྣམས་བདག་ཅག་རྣམས་ལ་བསྟན་དུ་གསོལ། ཨ་ལ་ལ་ཧོ། ཞེས་གསོལ་ཏོ། །དེ་ནས་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་དཔལ་ཀུན་ཏུ་བཟང་པོས་མཚན་ནས་བརྗོད་དེ་བཀའ་བསྩལ་པ། ཧོ་དགོངས་སུ་གསོལ། རང་རིག་པ་ཐབས་ཀྱི་རྒྱལ་པོ་ཁྲོ་བོ་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱི་རྗེ་བཙན་ཆེན་པོ། སངས་རྒྱས་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱི་སྤྱི་དཔལ། བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་བླ་ན་མེད་པའི་དཔལ་ཆེན་པོ། ཆེ་མཆོག་ཧེ་རུ་ཀཿལ་ཕྱག་འཚལ་ལོ། །རྡོ་རྗེ་ལྟ་བུའི་སྐུ་དུས་གསུམ་དུ་འགྱུར་བ་མི་མངའ་ཞིང་། ཞེ་སྡང་ཆེན་པོའི་ཐབས་ལ་མཁས་པས་དྲེགས་པ་ཕོ་མོའི་གདན་ལ་བཞུགས་པ། ཁྲོ་བོ་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱི་ཐུགས་ཀྱི་བདག་ཉིད། བཛྲ་ཧེ་རུ་ཀཿལ་ཕྱག་འཚལ་ལོ། །ཆོས་ཉིད་སྟོང་པ་ཉིད་ཀྱི་དབྱིངས་ནས་སྐྱེ་བ་མེད་པའི་སྐུ་བརྙེས་པ། གཏི་མུག་ཆེན་པོའི་ཐབས་ལ་མཁས་པས་མ་ཧཱ་དེ་ཝའི་གདན་ལ་བཞུགས་པ། ཁྲོ་བོ་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱི་སྐུའི་བདག་ཉིད། བུདྡྷ་ཧེ་རུ་ཀཿལ་ཕྱག་འཚལ་ལོ། །ཆོས་ཉིད་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་ཀྱིས་ལོངས་སྤྱོད་རྫོགས་པའི་སྐུ་བརྙེས་པ། ང་རྒྱལ་ཆེན་པོའི་ཐབས་ལ་མཁས་པས་གཤིན་རྗེའི་གདན་ལ་བཞུགས་པ། ཁྲོ་བོ་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱི་ཡོན་ཏན་གྱི་བདག་ཉིད། རཏྣ་ཧེ་རུ་ཀཿལ་ཕྱག་འཚལ་ལོ། །ཆོས་ཉིད་ཆགས་པ་མེད་པའི་དབྱིངས་ནས་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའི་སྐུ་བརྙེས་པ། འདོད་ཆགས་ཆེན་པོའི་ཐབས་ལ་མཁས་པས་ཀླུའི་གདན་ལ་བཞུགས་པ། ཁྲོ་བོ་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱི་གསུང་གི་བདག་ཉིད། པདྨ་ཧེ་རུ་ཀཿལ་ཕྱག་འཚལ་ལོ། །ཕྲིན་ལས་གྲུབ་པའི་དབྱིངས་ནས་སྤྲུལ་པ་མཆོག་གི་སྐུ་བརྙེས་པ། ཕྲག་དོག་ཆེན་པོའི་ཐབས་ལ་མཁས་པས་གནོད་སྦྱིན་གྱི་གདན་ལ་བཞུགས་པ། ཁྲོ་བོ་ཐམས་ཅན་ཀྱི་ཕྲིན་ལས་ཀྱི་བདག་ཉིད། ཀརྨ་ཧེ་རུ་ཀཿལ་ཕྱག་འཚལ་ལོ། །སྦྱོར་བའི་དབྱིངས་ནས་ཕྱིན་ཅི་ལོག་གི་ལྟ་བ་འཇོམས་པའི་སྐུ་བརྙེས་པ། ག་ཎའི་ཐབས་ལ་མཁས་པས་དྲང་སྲོང་གི་གདན་ལ་བཞུགས་པ། རཀྴ་ཧེ་རུ་ཀཿལ་ཕྱག་འཚལ་ལོ། །དམ་ཚིག་གི་དབྱིངས་ནས་མྱོང་བྱེད་ཀྱི་རྟོག་པ་འཇོམས་པའི་སྐུ་བརྙེས་པ། ཉམས་པ་བསྐང་བའི་ཐབས་ལ་མཁས་པས་སྲིན་པོའི་གདན་ལ་བཞུགས་པ། ས་ནུ་ཧེ་རུ་ཀཿལ་ཕྱག་འཚལ་ལོ། །གསང་བའི་དབྱིངས་ནས་སྐྱེ་གནས་ཀྱི་རྟོག་པ་འཇོམས་པའི་སྐུ་བརྙེས་པ། མཚན་མའི་ཐབས་ལ་མཁས་པས་རླུང་ལྷའི་གདན་ལ་བཞུགས་པ། གུ་ཧྱ་ཧེ་རུ་ཀཿལ་ཕྱག་འཚལ་ལོ། །སྒྲོལ་བའི་དབྱིངས་ནས་རེག་བྱའི་རྟོག་པ་འཇོམས་པའི་སྐུ་བརྙེས་པ། ཏ་ནའི་ཐབས་ལ་མཁས་པས་བགེགས་ཀྱི་གདན་ལ་བཞུགས་པ། ཡཀྴ་ཧེ་རུ་ཀཿལ་ཕྱག་འཚལ་ལོ། །འཇིགས་རྟེན་འདས་པའི་དུས་ན་སྔོན་བྱུང་བ། །གདུག་པ་འདུལ་ཕྱིར་དུས་ལས་མི་འདའ་བའི། །ཧེ་རུ་ཀཿདཔལ་རྣམས་ལ་ཕྱག་འཚལ་ལོ། །རང་བཞིན་དག་པའི་དབྱིངས་ནས་ཡུམ་ཆེན་ཁྲོ་མ

请息怒。然后瑜伽士们祈请本初佛（Kuntu Zangpo，普贤王如来）：请为我们展示大乐忿怒尊坛城的名号。阿拉拉霍！他们这样祈请。 然后，薄伽梵（Bhagavan，世尊）吉祥普贤王如来念诵名号并开示道：哦，请谛听！自性觉知是方便之王，是所有忿怒尊之主，是伟大而尊贵的，是所有佛陀共同的荣耀，是薄伽梵无上的大吉祥。向至尊嘿噜嘎（Heruka，饮血尊）顶礼！ 拥有金刚般的身体，在三时中永不改变，精通以大嗔恨为方便，安住于傲慢男女的座垫之上，是所有忿怒尊之心的自性。向金刚嘿噜嘎（Vajra Heruka）顶礼！ 从法性空性的界域中，证得无生之身，精通以大愚痴为方便，安住于大自在天（Mahadeva，湿婆神）的座垫之上，是所有忿怒尊之身的自性。向佛陀嘿噜嘎（Buddha Heruka）顶礼！ 从法性菩提心中，证得圆满受用之身，精通以大我慢为方便，安住于阎魔的座垫之上，是所有忿怒尊之功德的自性。向宝生嘿噜嘎（Ratna Heruka）顶礼！ 从法性无执的界域中，证得菩萨之身，精通以大贪欲为方便，安住于龙的座垫之上，是所有忿怒尊之语的自性。向莲花嘿噜嘎（Padma Heruka）顶礼！ 从事业成就的界域中，证得殊胜化身之身，精通以大嫉妒为方便，安住于夜叉的座垫之上，是所有忿怒尊之事业的自性。向羯磨嘿噜嘎（Karma Heruka）顶礼！ 从结合的界域中，证得摧毁颠倒见之身，精通嘎纳（gana）的方便，安住于仙人的座垫之上。向罗刹嘿噜嘎（Raksha Heruka）顶礼！ 从誓言的界域中，证得摧毁体验之分别念之身，精通弥补违誓的方便，安住于罗刹的座垫之上。向萨努嘿噜嘎（Sanu Heruka）顶礼！ 从秘密的界域中，证得摧毁生处之分别念之身，精通表相的方便，安住于风神的座垫之上。向古雅嘿噜嘎（Guhya Heruka）顶礼！ 从度脱的界域中，证得摧毁触觉之分别念之身，精通塔那（tana）的方便，安住于障碍的座垫之上。向药叉嘿噜嘎（Yaksa Heruka）顶礼！ 在超越世间的时代，最初显现，为了调伏恶毒，永不超越时限。向嘿噜嘎（Heruka）的吉祥尊们顶礼！ 从自性清净的界域中，伟大的佛母忿怒...

Please be patient. Then the yogis prayed to Kuntu Zangpo (Samantabhadra): Please show us the names of the great blissful wrathful mandala. Alala Ho! They prayed thus. Then, the Bhagavan (Blessed One) glorious Kuntu Zangpo, reciting the names, spoke: Ho, listen! Self-awareness is the king of methods, the lord of all wrathful deities, the great and noble one, the common glory of all Buddhas, the Bhagavan unsurpassed great auspiciousness. I prostrate to the supreme Heruka! Possessing a vajra-like body, never changing in the three times, skilled in the method of great hatred, dwelling on the seat of proud men and women, is the nature of the heart of all wrathful deities. I prostrate to Vajra Heruka! From the realm of Dharma-nature emptiness, attaining the unborn body, skilled in the method of great ignorance, dwelling on the seat of Mahadeva (Shiva), is the nature of the body of all wrathful deities. I prostrate to Buddha Heruka! From the Dharma-nature Bodhicitta, attaining the perfect enjoyment body, skilled in the method of great pride, dwelling on the seat of Yama, is the nature of the qualities of all wrathful deities. I prostrate to Ratna Heruka! From the realm of Dharma-nature non-attachment, attaining the body of a Bodhisattva, skilled in the method of great desire, dwelling on the seat of the Naga, is the nature of the speech of all wrathful deities. I prostrate to Padma Heruka! From the realm of accomplished activity, attaining the supreme emanation body, skilled in the method of great jealousy, dwelling on the seat of the Yaksha, is the nature of the activity of all wrathful deities. I prostrate to Karma Heruka! From the realm of union, attaining the body that destroys inverted views, skilled in the method of gana, dwelling on the seat of the Rishi. I prostrate to Raksha Heruka! From the realm of samaya, attaining the body that destroys the thought of experiencing, skilled in the method of restoring vows, dwelling on the seat of the Rakshasa. I prostrate to Sanu Heruka! From the realm of secrecy, attaining the body that destroys the thought of the place of birth, skilled in the method of signs, dwelling on the seat of the wind god. I prostrate to Guhya Heruka! From the realm of liberation, attaining the body that destroys the thought of touch, skilled in the method of tana, dwelling on the seat of obstacles. I prostrate to Yaksha Heruka! In the time beyond the world, appearing first, in order to subdue the wicked, never exceeding the time limit. I prostrate to the glorious Herukas!
