Utter their names, prostrate your body on the ground, and perform full prostrations; this is the method of purification. Therefore, for the sake of those who fear falling into the three lower realms due to misusing my secret mantras, I will briefly explain the confession of transgressions. You should strip naked, dress properly, prostrate with your five limbs on the ground, and perform full prostrations. Then, the male and female yogis who have come from the ten directions, having dressed properly, listen like the Teacher Samantabhadra. Then, the Teacher Samantabhadra spoke: Ho! This vast three-thousandfold great thousand world, in ultimate truth, is the Dharmadhatu, the space of the Mother, the vast expanse of the Bhaga, the naturally pure mandala. I prostrate to the Sugata and their retinue of noble ones who reside here! Alala Ho! From the pure realm that is the basis of all, arises self-born wisdom, the king of self-knowing awareness, the one who makes intentions, the father of all Buddhas of the three times. Without attachment, free from faults, seated on a lotus seat. Knowing Buddhas and sentient beings as equal, possessing the mudra of equality. The lord of all mandalas, I prostrate to the Bhagavan glorious Samantabhadra! Alala Ho! All phenomena that appear in this way, in ultimate truth, are gathered into the Dharmadhatu, as the nature of phenomena, unstained by the faults of characteristics, seated on a lotus seat. Pervading all places, possessing the mudra of equality. As the mother of Dharma, the basis for generating all mandalas, I prostrate to the Primordial Mother Samantabhadri! Alala Ho! All dharmas are completely pure, spontaneously accomplished from the beginning. Actions, agents, and mind are completely pure. In the ultimate truth, the aggregate of consciousness of sentient beings is pure in its own place. It is the essence of the minds of all Tathagatas, possessing the fearless lion throne. With the wisdom of emptiness, it has no thoughts of birth, death, change, or transformation, therefore possessing the Vajra Mudra. Homage to the Bhagavan, the glorious Akshobhya Vajra! In the ultimate truth, the aggregate of form of sentient beings is pure in its own place. It is the essence of the bodies of all Tathagatas, possessing the throne of the great elephant. With mirror-like wisdom, it controls all, therefore possessing the Wheel Mudra. Homage to the Bhagavan, the glorious Vairocana! In the ultimate truth, the aggregate of feeling of sentient beings is pure in its own place. It is the essence of the qualities of all Tathagatas, possessing the throne of the swift horse. With the wisdom of equality, unmoving, all great qualities arise, therefore possessing the Jewel-born Mudra. Homage to the Bhagavan, the glorious Ratnasambhava! In the ultimate truth, the aggregate of perception of sentient beings is pure in its own place. It is the essence of the speech of all Tathagatas, possessing the beautiful peacock throne. With discriminating wisdom, it clearly understands the general and specific characteristics of all dharmas without attachment, therefore possessing the Lotus Mudra. Homage to the Bhagavan, the glorious Amitabha! In the ultimate truth, the aggregate of volition of sentient beings is pure in its own place. It is the essence of the activities of all Tathagatas, possessing the throne of the Garuḍa bird. With accomplishing wisdom, all activities are perfected, therefore possessing the crossed Vajra Mudra. Homage to the Bhagavan, the glorious Amoghasiddhi! The Dharmakaya is indivisible like the sky, The Rupakaya is distinctly clear like a rainbow, Possessing mastery over supreme means and wisdom, Homage to the Five Sugatas! In the ultimate truth, the essence of the element of space is pure in its own place. The great mother, Kuntuzangmo (All-Good Mother), is the source from which all Buddhas of the three times arise. Homage to the great mother, the rich expanse of space! In the ultimate truth, the essence of the element of earth is pure in its own place. The great mother, Buddhalochana (Buddha Eye Mother), is the foundation for the growth of all Buddhas of the three times. Homage to the great mother, the rich Vajra realm! In the ultimate truth, the essence of the element of water is pure in its own place. The great mother, Māmakī, is the treasure holder of all the qualities of all Buddhas of the three times. Homage to the great mother, the rich Jewel realm! In the ultimate truth, the essence of the element of fire is pure in its own place.
