If one feels very drowsy, visualizing a white or yellow bindu (thig le) is a practice to stop the mind. In the initial stages of meditative equipoise (mnyam bzhag), this method is easy to arise, hence it is summarized. The detailed six ways of visualization are: 'Emptiness, letter, sound, form, mudra, sign, these six.' As it is said, when practicing the deity path, one should strive to visualize and recite the Three Family Lords (Rigs gsum mgon po). Third, enhancing the effect through the help of companions. In terms of food, consume the three white foods and the three sweet foods, and avoid meat, alcohol, garlic, and onions. In terms of clothing, wear new silk garments that are not worn out. In terms of cleansing, there are four ways: the gross habitual tendencies of manifest afflictions are purified through view and realization; the latent habitual tendencies are purified through habituating to samadhi; the defilement of behavioral lapses is purified by inviting the mandala of the deity and sending away the wisdom being; ordinary defilement is purified by water. As it is said: 'Ordinary defilement is purified by water, and water is purified by mantra.' Regarding the practice of the support for accomplishment: the support for accomplishment is the sacred image of the deity, which should be made in a clean manner. Regarding the time of entry: one should choose auspicious constellations and times. Regarding the practice of reciting mantras, there are three identities: the identity of oneself, the identity of the deity, and the identity of radiating and withdrawing. Generally, there are four identities: self, deity, recitation, and meditation, these four identities. It is said in He Ru Ka Gal Po: 'Constellations, seasons, food, clothing should be clean, vows and asceticism should also be practiced.' Fourth, regarding the way the self-fruit manifests. It is said in He Ru Ka Gal Po: 'Enlightenment within seven lifetimes, the Three Family Lords tame beings.' As it is said, purity free from the four extremes (mtha' bzhi) is the Dharmakaya (chos sku), the Three Family Lords are the Sambhogakaya (longs sku), and the wrathful deities and messengers, etc., are the Nirmanakaya (sprul sku). The Three Families are the status of Vajradhara (rdo rje 'dzin pa), the nature of the five wisdoms. Fifth, regarding the Upa Yoga Tantra of dual practice. First, regarding the view. It is said in the Rang Shar: 'Upa Yoga is like this, the view is the view of Yoga, the conduct is the conduct of Kriya, therefore it is called the tantra that combines both.' Second, practicing by cultivating the path. Visualizing oneself appearing as the Samayasattva (dam tshig sems dpa'), this is the identity of oneself. Visualizing the Jñanasattva (ye shes sems dpa') appearing in front, this is the identity of the deity. Visualizing that the foreheads of these two have a white Om (藏文:ཨོཾ,梵文天城体:ओम्,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡), the throats have a red Ah (藏文:ཨཱཿ,梵文天城体:आः,梵文罗马拟音:āḥ,汉语字面意思:阿), the hearts have a blue Hum (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽), and the navels have a yellow Tram (藏文:ཏྲཱཾ,梵文天城体:त्राम्,梵文罗马拟音:trāṃ,汉语字面意思:幢), these four letters, this is the identity of mantra. In this way, purify the aggregates of the four names, making them into vajra.

The fourfold manifestation is the fourfold suchness of Dharma, which is a characteristic of skillful means. Like the upper Yoga, contemplate the deity and recite the mantra. Third, enhancing through practice is like the lower Kriya. Regarding these, Kunchen Longchenpa said, 'Practice should be viewed as oneself and the deity being equal, oneself as the samaya, and the wisdom deity in front, receiving accomplishment in the manner of a friend.' Fourth, the way the self-fruit manifests is: from five lifetimes onwards, attaining the position of Vajradhara of the four lineages. Sixth, the Vehicle of Yoga Tantra Sixth, in the Vehicle of Yoga Tantra, firstly, the view is: as stated in Heruka Galpo, 'Those who wish to abide in the Yoga Vehicle should view it as the Vajra realm of Akanishta.' Thus, the ultimate truth is the luminous nature of emptiness, free from all elaborations and characteristics, and the conventional truth is establishing all appearances within the mandala of Yoga Vajradhatu. Secondly, the path of meditation is: in the crown or heart of the yogi, contemplate five bindus, expand and contract, contemplate the deity's body with five Abhisambodhis, seal with four mudras, and spontaneously accomplish five wisdoms with the view of great emptiness. Samaya! In one's own heart, contemplate the essence with five colors, the nature of the five families and five wisdoms. The center is white, the east is blue, the south is yellow, the west is red, and the north is green, with five clusters of bindus, and five clusters of bindus in the crown. Meditate in this way, expanding and contracting the rays of light Maintain equanimity, this is the expanded method. In the condensed method of meditation, contemplate one bindu in the heart emitting five lights, and clarify a small white bindu in the crown, and dissolve the white bindu into the bindu in the heart, and maintain equanimity in its very nature. Furthermore, through the five Abhisambodhis and four miracles, meditate on the yoga of the deity and consort with four mudras. As stated in Heruka Galpo, 'Non-conceptual moon, speech vajra, expanding and contracting, manifest as the body of meditation.' 'Meditation, blessings, empowerment, offerings, five Abhisambodhis and four miracles, meditating and making offerings, are done for the sake of merit.' The four mudras are: body, speech, mind, and action, respectively: contemplate the body Mahamudra, apply the Dharma mudra of speech, seal with the mind Samaya mudra, and accomplish the benefit of sentient beings with the action Karma mudra. Deity mantra path, benefiting others, pervading space, etc., according to the ritual. Third, enhancing through practice --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
