It is crucial to focus. Secondly: Through the transformation of key points and adjustment of perspective, in the cloudless clear sky, the blue expanse of the Dharmadhatu's home, unadorned awareness is like a string of precious jewels, clearly shining, taking this as the foundation, focus on the union of wind and awareness.’ As it is said, there are four points: First, the key point of the manifesting door is: the Dharmakaya's way of seeing is to look upwards, like the form of the crown of the head, that is, turning both eyes upwards and staring motionlessly at the space between the eyebrows. The Sambhogakaya's way of seeing is to squint left and right, like a straight bamboo pole, that is, staring fixedly at the space directly in front at an oblique angle. The Nirmanakaya's way of seeing is like a meditating ascetic, that is, half-closing the eyes, looking slightly downwards, and watching with a faint gaze. These should all be combined with the above three postures. Second, the key point of the manifesting realm is: in the clear sky away from the disturbance of clouds and breezes, look west in the morning and east in the evening. Or, in order to make it easier for the light to manifest, conversely, look east in the morning and west in the evening, first learn to combine with the light of sunrise and sunset. The specific method is to cast your gaze on the empty space about a cubit lower than the sun. Third, the key point of Dharmadhatu and awareness is: through the conditions of the door, realm, and posture, etc., and the encounter of the inner and outer Dharmadhatu, gradually expanding from the huge blue light that pervades between the eyebrows, surrounded by colorful halos and subtle light spots, the lamp of emptiness manifests, flickering like ripples produced by throwing a stone into a pond. Eventually, the bindu manifests as a clear and bright red sphere. Among them, awareness is like a vajra string of beads, following the footsteps of the autonomous mind, either contracting or releasing, as subtle as a knot on a horse's tail, or like a cluster of flowers and gold threads, or a string of pearls, flickering and difficult to identify. Placing this within the scope of Dharmadhatu, it gradually becomes clear and shining, stable and motionless, taking this as the foundation. Fourth, the key point of wind and awareness is: relying on the above method, combining and focusing the inner wind and awareness, the four manifestations will be able to develop and be perfected. The specific method is to not exhale from the nostrils, with the upper and lower lips slightly closed, allowing the breath to flow slowly from the mouth, balancing the inner and outer. When exhaling, the mind should be slightly extended outwards. Awareness only needs to maintain awareness of its own nature, without being disturbed by concepts such as clarity or not, right or wrong. The outer manifestation is not blocked, and the inner is not confused by attachment, maintaining the original pure state of awareness emptiness, learning to integrate the realm and the one who has the realm. The scene of luminosity will be able to manifest. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

If (the eyes) wander upwards or downwards and become unclear, do not deliberately chase after them with the eyes and mind, but gently guide them from the corner of the eye, allowing them to appear as before. Without distraction, unite awareness and wakefulness as one. Third, Daily Practice: As it is said, 'Combine with the Buddha in all four seasons.' The Dzogchen yogi should diligently engage in the river-like practice of the four Dharmata wheels, which possess the key instructions for combining with the Buddha in all four seasons. Increasing Luminosity During the Day: In all activities, whether walking, standing, sitting, or lying down, maintain awareness and self-awareness without losing their inherent nature. Whatever appears or arises, integrate all dualistic phenomena into the vast, liberating expanse of emptiness. If this is not possible, do not let awareness become unrestrained. Instead, train in perceiving all phenomena as illusory and dissolve them into the realm of primordial purity. Gathering the Senses in the Evening: Assume the posture of the Nirmanakaya (emanation body). Visualize the central channel within the body, red and white, clear and transparent, standing upright. At the navel center, visualize a four-petaled red lotus, and at its center, a red 'Ah' (藏文:ཨ,梵文天城体:अ,梵文罗马拟音:a,汉语字面意思:无), the nature of which is fire. At the crown of the head, visualize a white 'Hum' (藏文:ཧཾ,梵文天城体:हं,梵文罗马拟音:haṃ,汉语字面意思:吽), the nature of which is bliss. Control the breath, performing Kumbhaka (breath retention), or if unable, hold the breath and focus on the wisdom of bliss and warmth arising from burning and dripping. At midnight, dissolve awareness into the vase: Maintain the previous posture and clear central channel. At the heart center, visualize a four-petaled red lotus, and at its center, a white 'Ah' (藏文:ཨ,梵文天城体:अ,梵文罗马拟音:a,汉语字面意思:无), blazing with light. Then, at the crown of the head, also visualize a white 'Ah' (藏文:ཨ,梵文天城体:अ,梵文罗马拟音:a,汉语字面意思:无). Between these two, visualize twenty-one extremely subtle white 'Ah' (藏文:ཨ,梵文天城体:अ,梵文罗马拟音:a,汉语字面意思:无)s, arranged like a rosary, and perform Kumbhaka or gentle breathing. Before falling asleep, visualize all the 'Ah' (藏文:ཨ,梵文天城体:अ,梵文罗马拟音:a,汉语字面意思:无)s gradually dissolving into the 'Ah' (藏文:ཨ,梵文天城体:अ,梵文罗马拟音:a,汉语字面意思:无) at the heart center, visualizing it burning like a flame within a closed lotus, and fall asleep with the intention of controlling dreams. At dawn, awaken self-luminous awareness: Immediately upon waking, assume the posture of the Dharmakaya (truth body), fix the eyes on space, and utter three 'Ha' (藏文:ཧ,梵文天城体:ह,梵文罗马拟音:ha,汉语字面意思:哈) sounds, opening the lotus of the heart center. A white 'Ah' (藏文:ཨ,梵文天城体:अ,梵文罗马拟音:a,汉语字面意思:无) shoots out from the Brahma aperture, remaining in the sky about an arrow's length away. Focus on this and slightly hold the breath. If awareness is scattered, draw it back and focus on it remaining in the heart, lowering the gaze. If drowsy, proceed as above, adjusting according to the body's condition. Fourth, the Manifestation of Dharmata's Intrinsic Sound: Through familiarizing oneself with the sphere of activity of the senses, rainbows, lights, and bindus (spheres of light) manifest, and the body and pure lands increase. When the experience reaches perfection, one attains the great, unwavering state. Ultimately, one reaches the state of the exhaustion of Dharmata. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
