然后,是 Tenzin Drakpa(丹增扎巴),然后是 Pema Trinley(贝玛程列),然后是根本上师。

Then, it is Tenzin Drakpa, then Pema Trinley, then the root guru. The root guru is even more glorious and blessed than before, from Kunzang (Samantabhadra) onwards, all the compassion, wisdom, and power of the lineage gurus are completely concentrated into one, transformed into the sole essence of compassion. From the white Om (藏文:ཨོཾ,梵文天城体:ओम्,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:Om) at the crown of the head, white light radiates, merging into my forehead, purifying the sins of the body, and obtaining the vase empowerment. From the red Ah (藏文:ཨཱཿ,梵文天城体:आः,梵文罗马拟音:āḥ,汉语字面意思:Ah) at the throat, red light radiates, merging into my throat, purifying the sins of speech, and obtaining the secret empowerment. From the blue Hung (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुँ,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hung) at the heart, blue light radiates, merging into my heart, purifying the sins of mind, and obtaining the wisdom empowerment. Finally, the guru comes to my crown and merges with me without duality, the impurities of the three doors (body, speech, and mind) are cleared, and the four empowerments are completely obtained. Mixing one's own body, speech, and mind with the guru's body, speech, and mind, finally resting in the state beyond thought and expression, and reciting Phat (藏文:ཕཊ,梵文天城体:फट्,梵文罗马拟音:phaṭ,汉语字面意思:Phat). Tenth, is the guidance for purifying the seeds of the six realms. Having experienced countless births and sufferings in the six realms in the past, in order to cut off the cycle of rebirth in the six realms from now on, it is important to purify the seeds of birth there. In one's own crown, visualize the seed of the god realm - the white A (藏文:ཨ,梵文天城体:अ,梵文罗马拟音:a,汉语字面意思:A) syllable; in the throat, visualize the seed of the asura realm - the yellow Su (藏文:སུ,梵文天城体:सु,梵文罗马拟音:su,汉语字面意思:Su) syllable; in the heart, visualize the seed of the human realm - the green Nri (藏文:ནྲྀ,梵文天城体:नृ,梵文罗马拟音:nṛ,汉语字面意思:Nri) syllable; in the navel, visualize the seed of the animal realm - the blue Tri (藏文:ཏྲི,梵文天城体:त्र,梵文罗马拟音:tra,汉语字面意思:Tri) syllable; in the secret place, visualize the seed of the preta realm - the red Pre (藏文:པྲེ,梵文天城体:प्रे,梵文罗马拟音:pre,汉语字面意思:Pre) syllable; in the left sole, visualize the seed of the hell realm - the black Du (藏文:དུ,梵文天城体:दु,梵文罗马拟音:du,汉语字面意思:Du) syllable. Then, in order to purify these seeds, visualize the white Om (藏文:ཨོཾ,梵文天城体:ओम्,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:Om) syllable in the crown, the red Ah (藏文:ཨཱཿ,梵文天城体:आः,梵文罗马拟音:āḥ,汉语字面意思:Ah) syllable in the throat, and the blue Hung (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुँ,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hung) syllable in the heart. Reciting 'Om Ah Hung' with the mouth, from the Om (藏文:ཨོཾ,梵文天城体:ओम्,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:Om) syllable, white wisdom fire blazes, from the Ah (藏文:ཨཱཿ,梵文天城体:आः,梵文罗马拟音:āḥ,汉语字面意思:Ah) syllable, red fire blazes, and from the Hung (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुँ,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hung) syllable, blue fire blazes, burning all the seeds of the six realms, just like the roots are burned by fire, and finally burning all the ripened fruits, illusory bodies, habitual tendencies, and sins without exception. Again, visualize these seed syllables as before and burn them countless times, reciting 'Om Ah Hung' as much as possible. The above is the common preliminary practice. Next, the uncommon preliminary practice is to distinguish body, speech, and mind from samsara and nirvana. First, eleventh, is to distinguish the body from samsara and nirvana. First, experiencing various hellish bodily actions, feeling tired and exhausted, then reciting the syllable Phat (藏文:ཕཊ,梵文天城体:फट्,梵文罗马拟音:phaṭ,汉语字面意思:Phat), splitting the body into pieces. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Rest a little. Then imitate the body postures of pretas (hungry ghosts), and utter 'PHAT' (藏文). Then, imitate the behaviors of animals, humans, asuras, and gods, interspersing the utterance of 'PHAT' and resting. Then, the body makes gestures of nirvana: make the mudras of Buddhas, Bodhisattvas, and wrathful deities, and make their sitting postures, and again say 'PHAT'. To consolidate these, take the vajra posture: stand up straight, join your palms at the crown of your head, join the soles of your feet, plant your toes on the ground, spread your knees outward, straighten your waist, and endure even if your body feels pain. Sit as long as you can. Meditate on your own body as a five-pronged vajra ablaze with fire. The purpose of these is to temporarily relinquish attachment to the body, prevent harm from the four elements, and ultimately liberate the body into a vajra body. Twelfth, distinguishing speech like a sharp blade: again, starting from hell, utter the various sounds of pretas, animals, humans, asuras, and gods. In between, say 'PHAT' and rest. This eliminates the karmic habits of speech. The behavior of nirvana is to recite the dharanis, mantras, and heart mantras of Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, as much as you can remember. Then say 'PHAT' and leave it. After that, consolidate speech, including both inner and outer aspects. Practice both inner and outer aspects. Soften (speech) or guide (speech). First, consolidate the outer appearance: utter 'HUM HUM' (藏文) in your mouth, with the sound strong or weak, slow or fast, appropriately. Visualize one or two blue 'HUM' syllables emanating from your mouth and nose, first filling the entire room, and then gradually filling the entire realm of appearance. Visualize everything being filled with 'HUM', continue for one session. Then, consolidate the inner aggregates: utter 'HUM' as before, visualize all the outer 'HUM' syllables gathering back, entering from your mouth and nose, filling your entire abdomen, visualize that not a single 'HUM' syllable is left outside. Inhale the lower breath and press down on the upper breath in segments. Next is practice, divided into inner and outer aspects. First, practice on the outer appearance: utter 'HUM' (藏文) in your mouth with vigor and speed, the way 'HUM' syllables emanate from your mouth and nose is the same as before. That 'HUM' syllable has four characteristics: sharp like a razor, fierce like a great arrow, fast like the wind, hot like fire. It completely penetrates the outer appearance, like a spark falling on paper, or like a red-hot iron falling on butter, burning all appearances to ashes, becoming empty and transparent. Then, practice on the inner aggregates, the 'HUM' syllable returns inward, striking your own body. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
