Starting from the three places (ro gsum): Meditate that in the central central channel (dbu ma) is Hūṃ (ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit: hūṃ, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, seed syllable), in the right flesh channel (ro ma) is Oṃ (ཨཱོྃ, Sanskrit: oṃ, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ, seed syllable), and in the left kyangma channel (rkyang ma) is Āḥ (ཨཱཿ, Sanskrit: āḥ, Romanized Sanskrit: āḥ, seed syllable). Then, from the three seed syllables, ignite the fire of wisdom, and from the crown of the head to the soles of the feet, the six seed syllables in the body burn like a fire burning inside a hollow tree trunk, accompanied by a buzzing sound. In general, visualize that the obscurations and faults of body, speech, and mind, and in particular, the seeds of rebirth in the six realms, are burned into black ash. Recite Oṃ (ཨོཾ, Sanskrit: oṃ, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ, seed syllable), Āḥ (ཨཱཿ, Sanskrit: āḥ, Romanized Sanskrit: āḥ, seed syllable), and Hūṃ (ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit: hūṃ, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, seed syllable) seven hundred thousand, five hundred thousand, or three hundred thousand times, or as much as you can. During the breaks between sessions, recite 'Phaṭ Phaṭ' six times. Visualize the black ash from the burned seeds gradually moving upwards from the crown of the head with each 'Phaṭ': with the first 'Phaṭ', the ash moves loudly to the throat; with the second, the seed of the throat is burned and the ash moves to the heart; similarly, with each recitation of 'Phaṭ', the ash moves sequentially to the navel, the secret place, and the soles of the feet, and with the last 'Phaṭ', the ash is loudly expelled outwards. Afterwards, completely stop focusing and scattering, relax into a state of non-fabrication, and naturally abide in a state of rootlessness. In this way, the cause or seed of rebirth in the six realms no longer exists. For example, it is like when the fire in a stove is extinguished, the smoke disappears from the chimney. This is different from the common instructions of Dzogchen, as it can distinguish good from bad on its own. It is very profound, so you should strive to practice it. Depending on the situation, it can be continued for three days or more. This is the razor that cuts the door to rebirth in the six realms, and it is very profound. Samaya (vow). Then, it is very important to relax the body, speech, and mind. Why? Because the previous common and uncommon preliminary practices involve effort in body, speech, and mind, which can disturb the elements and energies of the body, preventing the realization of the true nature of the main practice from arising in the mindstream. In order to restore the original state, the body, speech, and mind must be relaxed. How to relax? In a secluded place, sit on a comfortable seat, and relax the body, speech, and mind in all aspects. Do not artificially adjust them, but let them be as comfortable as possible. Do not let the body, speech, and mind be influenced by thoughts, ideas, or external circumstances. The body should not move, the mouth should not speak, and the mind should not wander. Abide in a state of comfort. This can be continued for one, two, or three days, or any amount of time. The benefit of relaxing in this way is that the mind will naturally abide, and a spontaneous and blissful meditation will arise. Therefore, this relaxation is very profound. Samaya (vow). Fourth, restoring the original state: On a comfortable seat, sit upright with the body, possessing the seven-point posture, and visualize a golden vajra cross (dorje gyagram) in the heart. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Meditate clearly on a dark blue Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ་,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hūṃ) at its center. Below the center of the vajra, meditate on your own awareness as a white A (藏文:ཨ་,梵文天城体:अ,梵文罗马拟音:a,汉语字面意思:A), the size of a bumblebee or a pea. Then, let that A resound loudly. Think that it revolves around the Hūṃ above, revolving twenty, thirty, fifty, a hundred times, and so on. When it becomes clear, say Phaṭ (藏文:ཕཊ་,梵文天城体:फट,梵文罗马拟音:phaṭ,汉语字面意思:Phaṭ). Think that the A disappears in an instant, and then relax, letting the mind rest naturally in a state free from fabrication. Practice this for about a day, or whatever time you can. By doing this, you will be able to turn the aim and the mind in any direction, and all the ways of entering the path of suppleness will be accomplished. Therefore, this is extremely profound. Samaya! Fourth, taking the blessing of Guru Yoga as a way of transference, there are four key points to meeting one's own self-arisen face through self-awareness Guru Yoga: First, supplicating in the manner of heartfelt yearning; receiving the blessing in the manner of empowerment descending; blending into non-duality; and the way to meet the Guru of the meaning of self-awareness. First, supplicating: Since the root of all blessings and siddhis is the Guru, visualize yourself as the yidam, and in the sky above your crown, on a precious throne supported by eight lions, in the center of a lotus with a thousand petals, on a wide and vast sun and moon cushion, is the root Guru, the essence of all Buddhas of the three times, the master of all lineages, whose body pervades all realms, and all realms appear in his body, radiant with splendor, his form perfect, his rays brighter than a hundred thousand suns, merely remembering him dispels the suffering of samsara, and supplicate that he effortlessly grants supreme and common siddhis. Visualize that light radiates from the heart of the root Guru, shining in all ten directions, and all the root and lineage Gurus, as well as all the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas of the ten directions, dissolve into the Guru's heart, or visualize them sitting vividly around him. On his crown, visualize Orgyen Padmasambhava, a sixteen-year-old youth, with the appearance of a nirmanakaya, radiant with red and white light. On his crown, visualize the great scholar Shri Singha Pandit, red and radiant, the color of carnelian, with bright red eyes. On his crown, visualize the great vidyadhara Garab Dorje, his body white, with a topknot, his right hand touching the earth, like the white form of Shakyamuni in meditative equipoise. On his crown, visualize Vajrasattva, his body white. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
