Set it aside. It is not possible to set aside the blazing of the Dharmadhatu (dbyings, the expanse of space), the light of the sun and moon, the rainbow, the bindu (thig le, drop/essence), and the appearance of the body as separate entities. In order to stabilize rigpa (rig pa, awareness), settle the essence into its natural state. This means being skilled in the five divisions of rigpa, and that the Vajra Chain (rdo rje lu gu rgyud) is now connected to the Dharmadhatu, flowing from within the channels, and the first appearance arises in the tears of the eyes. Then, appearing in the outer sky, it appears in various shapes and colors, but it itself does not change from beginning to end, and although everything passes, it is not tainted by everything. This is what must be understood. In order to stabilize the view, constantly focus on the Vajra Chain. This means that in the inseparability of appearance and emptiness, all the senses such as the eyes, the objects and subjects, and all knowledge are abandoned, which is precisely not falling into any extreme. The other views and the view of the Vajra Chain are kept separate, not mixed together. It is not to merge the two into one. In order to stabilize knowledge, imprison rigpa in the Dharmadhatu. This refers to the key points of the previous meditation. In order to stabilize the body, train oneself in various postures. In order to stabilize speech, always remain like a mute. In order to stabilize the mind, always look at the Vajra Chain. This means that one should completely abandon the worldly activities of body, speech, and mind and focus on practice. But it does not mean cutting off virtuous deeds and letting the three unwholesome doors of body, speech, and mind run wild. In order to cut off the delusion of appearances, one should become accustomed to emptiness. This means that from the appearance of emptiness and form, Dharmadhatu rigpa, to all that appears in the mind as dharma and dharmata (chos nyid, the nature of dharma), one must train in freedom from elaboration, emptiness, and non-obstruction. But if one thinks that this emptiness and form are real, that this Buddha is oneself, and that this appearance is also wisdom, then clinging to it will not be beneficial. In short, all this is said in order to realize emptiness, which is endowed with all kinds of supreme qualities. Therefore, it is very important to grasp the signs and measures of the warmth of the path. That is, it is important to see whether the three signs of the appearance of Dharmadhatu rigpa are complete, from the outside, the yogi is seen by others, and from the inside, the measure of one's own attainment or non-attainment is seen.
