Repeat this supplication: 'All Buddhas arise from the three secrets of Vajra, all three realms bow to them, please grant the great empowerment.' Repeat three times. The third step is to bestow the empowerment of accomplishment, please focus in this way: 'You all have become the glorious Heruka, the great wrathful king Achala, dark blue, holding a curved knife and a skull cup, in union with the consort. By giving the Dharma wheel, may you mature into the yoga of desire and union on the path of accumulation.' Give the empowerment items together with the vows, and recite: 'Ah! Possessing twelve limbs, and four miraculous feet, etc., for the person of desire and union, bestow the supreme symbolic empowerment. Om, Dharma Chakra, Abhisincha, Hum!' By giving the sun and moon of skillful means and wisdom, may you mature into the yoga of opening the great lineage on the path of preparation. Visualize: 'Arising from A and Ma, inseparable emptiness and compassion, the nature of skillful means and wisdom, in order to open the great lineage of union, in order to perfect the five powers and five senses, bestow upon the one who has obtained empowerment. Om, Bodhichitta, Abhisincha, Hum!' By giving the seven precious royal possessions, may you mature into the yoga of generating great breath on the path of seeing. Visualize: 'Is the prince of all Buddhas, in order to crown the Chakravartin, generating great breath through correct view, the implements of the seven limbs, bestow upon the one who has obtained empowerment. Om, Ratna, Abhisincha, Hum!'
