I request the empowerment.' After the request, they hold a vase filled with nectar and recite: 'Om Sarva Tathagata Abhisheka Te Samaya Shri Ye Hum (藏文:ཨོཾ་སརྦ་ཏ་ཐཱ་ག་ཏ་ཨ་བྷི་ཥེ་ཀ་ཏེ་ས་མ་ཡ་ཤྲཱི་ཡེ་ཧཱུྃ།,梵文天城体:,梵文罗马拟音:om sarva tathāgata abhiṣeka te samaya śrī ye hūṃ,Literal meaning: Om, all Tathagatas, empowerment, commitment, auspicious, ye, hum)', and bestow the empowerment. The water of empowerment fills the entire body, and all impurities are cleansed. The remaining water gathers on the crown of the head and completely transforms into Amitabha (Buddha of Infinite Light), adorning the head with the form of the Buddha, and the deities of empowerment dissolve into oneself. The offering and praise can be done in detail or briefly as follows: 'To the Lord Protector of Immortality, I offer this cloud of immortal divine substances, to protect from the fear of the Lord of Death. Please accept it and grant the accomplishment of immortal life.' Starting with 'Om Hrih Raga Vajra Sa Parivara Argham (藏文:ཨོཾ་ཧྲཱིཿརཱ་ག་བཛྲ་ས་པ་རི་ཝཱ་ར་ཨརྒྷཾ།,梵文天城体:,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ hrīḥ rāga vajra sa parivāra arghaṃ,Literal meaning: Om, Hrih, Raga Vajra and retinue, offering)' and ending with 'Shabda Pratichchha Svaha (藏文:ཤབྡ་པྲ་ཏཱིཙྪ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།,梵文天城体:,梵文罗马拟音:śabda pratīccha svāhā,Literal meaning: Sound, receive, svaha)', perform the offering of the near ones. Offer the objects of desire with 'Om Rupa Shabda Gandhe Rasa Sparshe Kama Guna Pratichchha Ah Hum (藏文:ཨོཾ་རཱུ་པ། ཤབྡ། གནྡྷེ། ར་ས། སྤཪྴེ་ཀཱ་མ་གུ་ཎ་པྲ་ཏཱིཙྪ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ།,梵文天城体:,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ rūpa śabda gandhe rasa sparśe kāma guṇa pratīccha āḥ hūṃ,Literal meaning: Om, form, sound, smell, taste, touch, qualities of desire, receive, ah, hum)'. Offer the inner offering with 'Om Hrih Raga Vajra Sa Parivara Om Ah Hum (藏文:ཨོཾ་ཧྲཱིཿརཱ་ག་བཛྲ་ས་པ་རི་བཱ་ར་ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ།,梵文天城体:,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ hrīḥ rāga vajra sa parivāra oṃ āḥ hūṃ,Literal meaning: Om, Hrih, Raga Vajra and retinue, Om, Ah, Hum)'. Praise with 'The chief who guides the world,' etc. In one's own heart, on top of a moon disc, there is a red 'Hrih (藏文:ཧྲཱིཿ,梵文天城体:,梵文罗马拟音:hrīḥ,Literal meaning: Seed syllable)' syllable, surrounded by a string of mantras. Light radiates from the mantra, and all the life and merit that has been taken, stolen, or seized by the Lord of Death, Yama, and spirits, etc., are summoned back in the form of vases, skull cups, and begging bowls filled with nectar, and dissolve into the string of mantras in the heart. Again, light radiates, and all the essence of the great elements of the outer world—earth, water, fire, wind, and space—are summoned back in the form of blue, green, red, white, and yellow light and nectar, and dissolve into the string of mantras. Again, light radiates, and all the life and merit of all sentient beings in the inner world, the glory and splendor of the three realms, and all the wealth and perfection of the world, are summoned back in the form of auspicious objects, auspicious symbols, and the seven precious things, and dissolve into the string of mantras. Again, light radiates, and all the blessings of the body, speech, and mind of the Buddhas of the ten directions, together with their sons and disciples, are invited in the form of deities, mantras, and hand implements, and dissolve into the string of mantras. Finally, an immeasurable stream of nectar descends from the string of mantras, filling the entire body. Life and merit are recalled, what was taken is restored, what was deteriorated is revived, what exists increases and becomes stable. All diseases, evil spirits, sins, obscurations, broken vows, faults, transgressions, and the fear of untimely death, together with their habitual tendencies, are purified. All the accomplishments of immortal life and wisdom are obtained. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
