向莲足顶礼。 向世间自在（观世音菩萨）索南嘉措（功德海）等， 根本上师、本尊、长寿之神， 勇士、空行母、护法、守护神等， 以欲妙、甘露、会供轮来供养。 若圆满誓言并忏悔违犯， 祈赐予长寿与智慧，殊胜共同之成就。 嗡 咕噜 阿巴热米达 阿玉嘉纳 萨巴热瓦ra 嘎纳 扎扎 普扎 霍。（藏文：ཨོཾ་གུ་རུ་ཨ་པ་རི་མི་ཏ་ཨཱ་ཡུརྫྙཱ་ན་ས་པ་རི་བཱ་ར་ག་ཎ་ཙཀྲ་པཱུ་ཛ་ཧོ།，梵文天城体：ॐ गुरु अपरिमित आयुर्ज्ञान सपरिवार गणचक्र पूजा हो，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ guru aparimita āyurjñāna saparivāra gaṇacakra pūjā ho，汉语字面意思：嗡，上师，无量，寿命，智慧，眷属，轮，会供，供养，梭哈。）念诵后，向前方生起的对境供养。自身之蕴、界、处观想为本尊之坛城，享用会供之聚。残食，以嗡 阿 吽 加持。 呸（藏文：ཕེཾ་），迎请宾客。 舍（藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ），无死三根本长寿天众之，坛城守护余供之使者众。 祈请享用誓言物之甘露， 平息一切违缘，增上顺缘善妙之聚。 嗡 乌吉扎 巴林达 巴卡 斯梭哈。（藏文：ཨོཾ་ཨུཙྪིཥྚ་བ་ལིནྟ་བྷཀྵ་སི་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ ucciṣṭa balinta bhakṣa si svāhā，汉语字面意思：嗡，食余，食子供品，吃，梭哈。）献供。若会供宾客有所依，则祈请坚住，若无则融入自身。世间众返回各自处。回向、发愿、吉祥祈愿。 蒋扬 噶哇 协年（文殊喜友）以， 阐明经义之善行， 愿大慈大悲之诸圣众， 及一切众生证得无死。 此乃嘉瓦 塔钦钦波（一切知者）阿旺洛桑嘉措（语自在慧海）尊前，以口耳传承之窍诀汇集之根本文字。一切知者 格敦嘉措所著之长寿成就 珠甲玛（成就女王）之灌顶仪轨，以及上师之仪轨等，皆依上师之传统加入其中。由诵读即可成就之无为瑜伽士 曼殊廓喀 所书，愿成善妙之最。愿一切时中吉祥圆满。

To Lokeshvara (Avalokiteśvara) Sonam Gyatso (Ocean of Merit) and others, Root Guru, Yidam, and deities of longevity, Heroes, Dakinis, Dharma Protectors, and Guardians, I offer with the wheel of desirable objects, nectar, and Tsok. If vows are fulfilled and transgressions confessed, Grant longevity and wisdom, supreme and common Siddhis. Oṃ Guru Aparimita Āyurjñāna Saparivāra Gaṇacakra Pūjā Ho. After reciting this, offer to the visualized objects in front. Visualize one's own aggregates, elements, and sense bases as the mandala of deities, and enjoy the gathering of the Tsok. Bless the leftovers with Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ. With Pheṃ, invite the guests. Hrīḥ, to the assembly of messengers who gather the remaining offerings, protecting the mandala of the immortal Three Roots and longevity deities. Please partake of this nectar of the Samaya substance, Pacify all unfavorable conditions, and increase the collection of favorable circumstances and goodness. Oṃ Ucciṣṭa Balinta Bhakṣa Si Svāhā. This was compiled from the root text of the oral transmission of the omniscient Ngawang Lobsang Gyatso (Speech Empowerment, Wise Ocean). According to the practice of the gurus, such as the empowerment ritual of Tsedrup Drupgyalma (Longevity Practice, Queen of Attainments) composed by the omniscient Gedun Gyatso, it was included in the usual way.
