I agree! Having accomplished that, prepare the substances for protection and repulsion using white mustard seeds. Carry a 'khrong' (ཁྲོཾ་) and a fierce substance amulet on your person. Then, apply these methods: First, gather the substances: the main ingredient being a large amount of musk, magnolia, black pearl, wolf dung, dead person's hair, guggul, pine resin, black juniper, white mustard seed, black mustard seed, goat hair ashes, Chinese horn shavings, large ashes, garlic, turmeric, za'og, tiger's claws, crow meat, red stone moss, ketshe, scorpion's horn, black rue, babala, fish head, large piece of meat, rakshasa meat, poison, feces, goat and ox horns, horse hoof shavings, snake meat, sandalwood, pig's nose and teeth. Grind these finely, mix with chang (Tibetan beer) and blood, make into small pills the size of a small finger's head, and place inside a red ox horn. Meditate on yourself as Garuda as before, and also meditate on the pills as Garuda. Blow on the pills and recite the mantra, reciting as much or as little as you like, for seven days. If you want to protect against poison, recite this mantra a thousand times and wear it: 'bhi ṣa ha la sod, le ta hri ta svā hā' (བྷི་ཥ་ཧ་ལ་སོད༔ ལེ་ཏ་ཧྲི་ཏ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ༔). If you want to protect against and pacify leprosy, you should recite this mantra many times: 'phe lam hūṃ nā ga hur hur raṃ raṃ thuṃ thuṃ mā ra ya rbad' (ཕེ་ལཾ་ཧཱུྃ་ནཱ་ག་ཧུར་ཧུར་རཾ་རཾ་ཐུཾ་ཐུཾ་མཱ་ར་ཡ་རྦད༔). Then, for vitiligo, black leprosy, smallpox, cataracts, tumors, in short, for diseases of the nāgas and edema, etc., if you want to protect, or heal the sick, recite this mantra a thousand times and have them eat, wear, or apply it: 'khrong bhyo nā ga rā tsa u tsa ṭa ya phaṭ, su ma rā tsa su ni rā tsa ma tsa ma tsa, za za trig trig triṃ triṃ duṃ duṃ ma ma rag mo bhig nan ucchā ṭa ya phaṭ' (ཁྲོཾ་བྷྱོ་ནཱ་ག་རཱ་ཙ་ཨུ་ཙ་ཊ་ཡ་ཕཊ༔ སུ་མ་རཱ་ཙ་སུ་ནི་རཱ་ཙ་མ་ཙ་མ་ཙ༔ ཟ་ཟ་ཏྲིག་ཏྲིག་ཏྲིང་ཏྲིང་དུང་དུང་མ་མ་རག་མོ་བྷིག་ནན་ཨུཙྪཱ་ཏ་ཡ་ཕཊ༔). For infectious diseases, plagues, Chinese diseases, whooping cough, shingles, headaches, dysentery, in short, if you want to protect against all infectious diseases, recite this mantra a thousand times and have them eat, smell, and wear it: 'kha la du tri mā ra ya rbad' (ཁ་ལ་དུ་ཏྲི་མཱ་ར་ཡ་རྦད༔). The essence of black wandering disease 'citta thuṃ' (ཙིཏྟ་ཐུཾ༔). 'kā la du tri lo hi kā la zlog' (ཀཱ་ལ་དུ་ཏྲི་ལོ་ཧི་ཀཱ་ལ་ཟློག༔). Then, for epilepsy, fainting, hysteria, planetary influences, recite this mantra a hundred times, and have them eat and fumigate themselves: 'hab le hub le gnod byed kyi srog gtubs gtubs mā ra ya rbad' (ཧབ་ལེ་ཧུབ་ལེ་གནོད་བྱེད་ཀྱི་སྲོག་གཏུབས་གཏུབས་མཱ་ར་ཡ་རྦད༔). If you want to avert hail, recite this mantra and fumigate: 'e ka hi ko ni ko na śi laṃ ucchā ṭa ya phaṭ' (ཨེ་ཀ་ཧི་ཀོ་ནི་ཀོ་ན་ཤི་ལཾ་ཨུཙྪཱ་ཏ་ཡ་ཕཊ༔). If you want to protect against lung disease, recite this mantra and have them wear it, or recite it into water and have them drink it: 'hur hur bhyo' (ཧུར་ཧུར་བྷྱོ༔). The master of red blood diseases 'la śaṃ śaṃ thun rbad' (ལ་ཤཾ་ཤཾ་ཐུན་རྦད༔).
