In the vast and boundless center, at the heart of the six-spoked wheel above and below, upon the lotus and sun cushion, in the instant of the complete transformation of the Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal meaning: Seed syllable), arises the Secret Lord Vajradhara, roaring like a lion in fierce wrath, the mighty Raksha Thötreng Tsal, dark blue-black, with one face and two arms, a massive body with stout limbs, holding a vajra and a blood-filled skull cup in his two hands, hair standing on end, adorned with dry skulls, wearing a tiger skin skirt, adorned with bone ornaments, adorned with a garland of skulls, deep blue light blazing like the sky, embracing his consort with a curved knife and skull cup, with legs stretched and bent in a dancing posture, frolicking in the midst of a blazing fire of wisdom, flames everywhere above, below, and in all directions, the ten great wrathful ones who subdue demons, their bodies blazing like the fire at the end of time, the right hand raising a nine-pronged vajra, protecting and averting evil spirits, the left hand twirling a sky-iron phurba, tormenting and slaying evil enemies, the sharp point of the phurba piercing the hearts of enemies in the ten directions, from his mouth issuing the sound of the great Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal meaning: Seed syllable) mantra, causing beings of the three realms to tremble and submit, completing all the attire of the great wrathful one, in the space between the two wheels, and on the spokes above and below, thirteen mantras, flames blazing and emitting their own sounds, rays of light flashing like vajras, imagining it like the roar of a thousand dragons. Outside of this, in all directions, the Dharma protectors, male, female, and neuter, to listen to commands and carry out tasks, crowded like stars and falling like hail, from the three places (body, speech, and mind) of the main deity and retinue, light radiating from the three syllables (Om, Ah, Hum), from the boundless pure realms, the assembly of deities, Three Roots, and Dharma protectors, descending like rain and merging into non-duality, the splendor of wisdom blazing greatly, thus generating the Samaya Being, inviting the Wisdom Being, and performing the activities from invitation to praise according to the manual. Visualize the heart of Vidyadhara Raksha Thötreng, then recite the root mantra. After that, offer the torma to the Dharma protectors, and perform from the blessing of the Tsok to the confession. Second, gathering the forces for activities is divided into two parts: erecting the target for subjugation; arranging the battlefield for repulsion. The first part, the subjugation activity, has nine aspects, the first of which is to urge the deity, urging with the sound of the great drum and thighbone trumpet: Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal meaning: Seed syllable)! From the palace of the Dharmadhatu of Akanishta and, from the charnel grounds of the mundane and supramundane worlds, the deities, Three Roots, and Dharma protectors, the armies of the eight classes of arrogant ones arise from the Dharmadhatu, now at the very end of this degenerate age, when the teachings are declining. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

When enemies harbor malice, do not be lazy, indifferent, or distracted, please consider the Dharma, the Dharma holders, and my own friends. From the realm of Dharma, manifest the clouds of the illusory network, manifesting the assembly of Vidyadhara Blood-Drinkers. Yogis with unbearable devotion and longing, please fulfill your vows, inspire the lineage, and accomplish the entrusted tasks. Second, offering golden libation, fill the vessel with essence, purify with རྃ་ཡྃ་ཁྃ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Chinese meaning). From emptiness, from བྷྲཱུྃ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Chinese meaning) transform into a precious vessel, in which from ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Chinese meaning) transform into golden libation with perfect color, smell, taste, and power. ཧཱུྃ༔ (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Chinese meaning) I beseech the Three Jewels and Three Roots, especially the Vidyadhara Blood-Drinker assembly, please accept this offering of golden libation nectar, increase the power and assistance of the yogi. Male, female, and hermaphrodite arrogant beings, Dakinis, Khas, Dharma protectors, and wanderers, please enjoy the golden libation, increase the power of the yogi. Masters of years, months, days, times, constellations, directions, and dates, as well as powerful local deities and land owners, please enjoy the golden libation, increase the power of the yogi. Third, establishing witnesses: ཧཱུྃ༔ (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Chinese meaning) Sugatas of the ten directions and four times, the deities of the Vidyadhara Blood-Drinker illusory network, and the armies of the three classes of arrogance, do not be negligent, please be witnesses! I have entered the path to enlightenment, vowing to spread the precious Buddha Dharma and benefit beings, if interrupted by broken vows, enemies, and obstacles, will you not look upon me with eyes of wisdom and compassion? Please remember the great vows of the past, in order to destroy the enemies and obstacles that fill the ten directions, now is the time to manifest fierce activities. Fourth, generate the homa and object of focus: In front of oneself, there is a nine-tiered fire pit, with a narrow mouth and deep bottom, the base connected to a golden foundation, outside rains of various weapons, Dharma protectors and arrogant armies stand ready, below that, from नृ (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Chinese meaning) transform into a harmer, black and greedy, hands and feet bound by iron chains, blood flowing from all pores, mouth crying, eyes bulging, emitting piercing wails. Fifth, state the power of truth and invoke: Homage! The words of the glorious lineage masters of the Vidyadhara lineage are true, the words of the Buddha are true, the words of the Dharma are true, the words of the Sangha are true, the power of truth of mantras, vidya mantras, dharanis, heart mantras, mudras, and samadhi, and the power of truth that the nature of phenomena is empty from the beginning, but the cause and effect are not deceiving, especially the Vidyadhara... --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
