Prepare clear water, white and black pigments, black Gugul incense, various poisons, as well as various bloods, herbs, black sesame, Ketse, Shangtse, white and black mustard seeds. Wrap them in a wheel (Tibetan: ཙཀྲ, Sanskrit Devanagari: चक्र, Sanskrit Romanization: cakra, Chinese literal meaning: wheel) and place them. On a dark blue or black cloth, draw a pattern similar to the image of a dead person and roll it up. When the star falls on the position of Lasor (Tibetan: ལག་སོར, Chinese literal meaning: hand and finger), have it blessed by someone with the Samadhi of the Guru, Yidam, and Dakini. Offer Torma (Tibetan: གཏོར་མ, Sanskrit Devanagari: बलि, Sanskrit Romanization: bali, Chinese literal meaning: offering cake) and the Tsog wheel, and then hide it on the south side of the retreat room, ensuring no one sees it. In this way, whether holding, reciting, or casting the three types of evil spells—upper, middle, and lower—it will not only not harm oneself but will greatly enhance the power and signs of destroying the opponent. Reciting each wheel's mantra one hundred and eight times during the blessing is key. Ati (Tibetan: ཨྠྀི་)! To create a wheel that can overcome all evil spells, draw two complete wheels on any available cloth or paper. For one of the wheels, use an eight-finger-long sandalwood stake, carved into a shape with power and reproductive organs. With a mixture of Chinese ink and perfume, write in Uchen script: 'Om Tsagne Punya Sharani Vara Biye Tsa Munni Hum Phet! (Tibetan: ཨཱོྃ་ཙག་ནེ་པུ་ནེ་ཤ་ར་ནི༔ བ་ར་བི་ཡེ༔ ཙྪ་མུན་ནི་ཧཱུྃ་ཕཊ༔)' Tie the wheel with the mantra written on it to the neck of the wooden stake, and then firmly bury it under the foundation of your own retreat room. Collect white yak horn tips, golden Terminalia chebula, multifaceted crystals, pearls or fish maw (whichever is available), Bodhi tree fruits, Longtong, conch shells, Ram, Ska, Yerma, coal, peacock feathers, female yak hair, white Gugul incense, undamaged square Pawang Longbu, and eight-finger-long sandalwood stakes. When the star falls on the position of Gya (Tibetan: རྒྱལ, Chinese literal meaning: victory) and the astrology is strong, bless it with the Samadhi of the Three Roots. The blessing method is similar to others, but especially, each wheel's mantra should be recited one hundred and eight times. Prepare as many Tormas and Tsog offerings as possible. Then, wrap the wheel with five colors of cloth or silk thread and place it in a Sache (Tibetan: སཱཙྪ, Sanskrit Devanagari: सच्छ, Sanskrit Romanization: saccha, Chinese literal meaning: box). Paint the Sache with colors that coordinate with the elements. Place all the items in a turtle shell. If you cannot find one, draw a turtle shape on cloth and wrap it up. Bury the blessed turtle and wheel Sache in the northwest corner of the retreat room and seal it firmly. When burying, it is important to bury it in a dry place and to ensure that it is not discovered or seen by anyone. Among all methods, this is the most outstanding, capable of overcoming all evil spells.
