Ut Thob (Tibetan: ub thob, a kind of herb) great pills, mixed with the urine of an eight-year-old child, made into pills the size of small animal droppings, which are finely kneaded many times. Then, recite the heart mantras of the Ten Wrathful Deities and the Three Lords of the Family (Avalokiteśvara, Mañjuśrī, Vajrapāṇi) many times, as well as the mantra 'Om Manu Gaya Thim Thar, Sarva Bita Sarva Jwala Ram Apana Ye Svaha' (Tibetan: ཨཱོྃ་མ་ནུ་ཀ་ཡ་ཐིམ་ཐར༔ སརྦ་བྱི་ཏ་སརྦ་ཛྭ་ལ་རཾ་ཨ་པ་ན་ཡེ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ༔) thousands of times, and recite the Essence of Dependent Arising (Tibetan: རྟེན་འབྲེལ་སྙིང་པོ།) one hundred and eight times, empowering the pills with mantra power. If a large area breaks out with a serious plague, a large number of tormas (Tibetan: གཏོར་མ, Sanskrit: bali, Romanized Sanskrit: bali, literal meaning: offering cake) should be made together, and the pills and amulets should be distributed to everyone. By striving in this way, one will eventually achieve results. Samaya! Seal! Seal! Seal! Secret! Hidden! Auspicious! From the 'Collection of the Guru's Intentions' (Tibetan: བླ་མ་དགོངས་པ་འདུས་པ་ལས།), take out 'Subduing All Evil Mantras' (Tibetan: ངན་སྔགས་ཡིག་སྣ་ཀུན་ཐུབ།). Homage to the Guru, Deva, Dakini, Hum! In order to protect the Dharma, the mantra practitioner needs to subdue the evil enemies. Therefore, it is very important to preserve these secret documents. These include methods of elimination, spells, and expelling life, as well as invisible chakras, and images and arrangements, as well as incomprehensible, and mantras and curses that cannot be heard or recited. These documents of subduing all evil mantras should be taken in hand and cherished. Yogis who possess these, all evil mantras will be invalidated, whether they are cut off or burned, they will not harm themselves, but will destroy the enemy, becoming a mantra practitioner who protects the Dharma.
