Without a mother, roll up the 'Tsedo' (Tshe mdo, Sutra of Longevity) amulet, paint it with colors that match the elements, bury it in a secure place in the west of the retreat room, perform auspicious consecration and installation, write the three syllables (Om Ah Hum) on top, and bind it with cloth that others cannot see. By doing this, whatever evil substances one carries will not harm oneself and will have power. Whatever activities one undertakes will be quickly accomplished. This is supreme and unlike anything else, may it meet with someone who has vows. (ཨྠྀི་，अथ，atha，atha，Thus) Furthermore, for a yogi who possesses items such as the wheel of substances, on clean silk or paper, draw a chakra (cakra, wheel) like a small mandala. Mix human flesh, blood, and various kinds of meat and blood, as well as fruits such as Abar (a type of fruit), three sour tastes, and various kinds of grains such as barley and rice, and precious items such as gold and silver, and whatever blessed objects one can find, together with the chakra, and wrap them in a silk bag. At the time when the constellation is in the mouth of the star, open the mandala of the three channels, perform an auspicious consecration, and arrange whatever medicine, alcohol, and torma (gtor ma, offering cake) gatherings are available. Then, place the chakra and its substances in a jeweled container. If there is no jeweled container, place it in an earthen amulet, wrap it in leather so that it is airtight, and bury it in a secure place in the north of one's retreat room where others cannot see it. By doing this, any destructive wheel, whether carried by oneself or cast by others, or the application of mantras, will not cause harm but will be turned back. These qualities are beyond words. (ཨྠྀི་，अथ，atha，atha，Thus) (ཨེ་མ，एमा，ema，ema，Alas!) When the age of degeneration comes, when the teachings of the Buddha decline and sinful teachings flourish, a mantra holder with bodhicitta (sems bskyed, mind of enlightenment), in order to accomplish various activities, needs to rely on mantras, samadhi (ting 'dzin, meditative concentration), and substances, as well as wheels, etc. If one is not prepared beforehand, it is like a sword that has not been sharpened and cannot be used. Therefore, it is very important to prepare substances, wheels, and skull cups, etc., beforehand. Because there is no antidote, it will bring much misfortune and harm to oneself. Therefore, the three antidotes that can overcome everything are very important. Without these, the teachings of evil mantras are like handing a sword to a madman, which will harm oneself and others. Therefore, understand these distinctions. A mantra holder with power and skill, and those with the heat of samadhi, if the power of the mantra reaches its peak, in short, one who has a subjugating wisdom deity, a mountain-like view, and the power of an antidote, if one possesses these, one does not need to rely on these, like a phalam (pha lam, a type of precious stone). If one does not possess these, then use the three kila (phur ba, ritual dagger) that can overcome everything as support. If one possesses these, it is like meteoric iron and has great significance. This is also the key instruction of the treasury. May it meet with those who are fortunate.
