We (offer) the supreme heart. From the Vidyadhara Sangye Thöpa (Rikdzin Sangye Thöpa, Awareness Holder, Awakened Skull) parents to the assembly of Vidyadhara Dakinis at the edge of existence, all the deities and retinues. (We offer the supreme heart) Hūṃ! Supreme Dakini Vajravarahi and so on, all the mother lineage Dakinis of appearance and existence, all that exists and their retinues, may your heart vows be fulfilled in this kalpa! Hūṃ! Furthermore, all the heroes and heroines who deserve offering, all that appears and exists, may your heart vows be fulfilled, and grant unobstructed accomplishments! Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ! The Yidam deities of the ten directions and four times, showing the dance of peace and wrath, the father and mother lineages, all the worldly deities belonging to the nine vehicles, all wisdom (deities) and their retinues. (We offer the supreme heart) Bhagavan, the parents who subdue all arrogance, and the deities who deserve worldly praise and offerings to the edge of existence, the father and mother lineages of all existence. (We offer the supreme heart) Bhagavan, the powerful Black One parents, and the deities of curses and fierce mantras to the edge of existence, the father and mother lineages of all existence. (We offer the supreme heart) Hūṃ! Furthermore, the deities who deserve the fulfillment of heart vows, all the wisdom and actions that appear and exist, the father and mother lineages, retinues, servants, all who deserve offering, may your heart vows be fulfilled! Hūṃ! No offering, offering in the realm of the unborn; no worship, worship with the play of non-duality; no union, union with the bliss-emptiness of union; no fulfillment, in the state of non-dual equality; no confession, liberation from the beginning in the absence of grasping. Thus, through the power of offering, worship, and confession, may the faults and karmic obscurations of myself and other beings abide in the state of unreal illusion! May the container world be clear as a palace of the mandala, and may the sentient beings within be clear as deities! May all sounds be the nature of mantra, and may all arising awareness be liberated into the Dharmakaya! May the name 'impure' not even be heard, and may we reach the primordially pure, ever-abiding place! The ground, path, and fruit of the nine vehicles, may they be completely contained without error in the Dharmakaya! May the Sambhogakaya be perfect with the five certainties, and may the Nirmanakaya of compassion benefit others, may all be naturally perfected in the Svabhavikakaya, quickly accomplished, not falling into the extremes of permanence or annihilation, not falling into the realm of characteristics! May the mandala of the stainless omniscient wisdom expand, and may the primordially pure Samantabhadra be accomplished! Thus, offer. Samaya! Ati! Tata! Ya! Ya! Ya! And, reciting the Vajrasattva mantra and confessing.
