佐！吽！为了我和一切众生，在三门（身、语、意）要处的孔穴中，竖立起不散乱的忆念之柱，以寂止修习的酥油来滋养，点燃智慧胜观的明灯，这本然清明的寻常觉性，恭敬供养、圆满誓言、忏悔罪过，愿能彻底清空三界轮回。这些也应如是了知。 吽！为了我和一切众生，在外在的皮囊朵玛盘中，陈设血肉脏器作为荟供，这是自生无上的荟供品，恭敬供养，圆满誓言，忏悔罪过，祈请赐予清净，从业、烦恼、所知障中解脱，愿能从根清空轮回。 吽！为了我和一切众生，在阿瓦都帝（梵文：Avadhūti，无所依者，指中脉）的朵玛盘中，陈设愚痴无明的荟供，这是令法身欢喜的殊胜供品，恭敬供养，忏悔罪过，从业、烦恼中解脱，愿能清空轮回。 吽！为了我和一切众生，在若玛（藏文：རོ་མ་，梵文：Roma，罗马）方便的朵玛盘中，陈设嗔恨显现的荟供，这是令报身、化身欢喜的供品，恭敬供养，忏悔罪过，从业、烦恼中解脱，愿能清空轮回。 吽！为了我和一切众生，在江玛（藏文：རྐྱང་མ་，梵文：Kyangma，独母）智慧的朵玛盘中，陈设贪欲安乐的荟供，这是令化身、报身欢喜的供品，恭敬供养，忏悔罪过，从业、烦恼、所知障中解脱，愿能清空轮回。 吽！为了我和一切众生，在血肉皮囊的朵玛盘中，陈设完整的骨骼作为荟供，这是自生无上的供品，恭敬供养，忏悔罪过，从业、烦恼、所知障中解脱，愿能清空轮回。 吽！为了我和一切众生，在宽广的身体朵玛盘中，陈设脉、明点、气、心作为荟供，这是自生无上的供品，恭敬供养，圆满誓言，忏悔罪过，祈请赐予清净，从业、烦恼、所知障中解脱，愿能从根清空轮回。这些也应如是了知非常重要。 此供养是秘密且特别殊胜的，是毫不吝惜地供养自己的身体和生命等，是圆满亏损的无上方法。诸佛享用后，将我和眷属等一切本尊，如水入水般无二无别地融入，这是最甚深的要诀。如此之法过去未曾有，现在没有，未来也不会有。 之后，如果想 विस्तृत（梵文：vistṛta，广），就做自己传承的圆满仪轨；如果想 संक्षिप्त（梵文：saṃkṣipta，简略），就这样做：嗡啊吽，如是以外内密的供云，圆满诸佛意传上师的誓言，圆满持明表示传上师的誓言，圆满空行嘱咐传上师的誓言，圆满补特伽罗耳传上师的誓言，圆满三身噶举上师的誓言。

These should also be understood as such. Hung! For myself and all sentient beings, in the outer skin torma plate, arrange flesh, blood, and organs as a gathering, this is the self-arisen, unsurpassed gathering substance, I respectfully offer, fulfill vows, confess transgressions, I pray for purity, from karma, afflictions, and obscurations of knowledge, may it empty samsara from its roots. Hung! For myself and all sentient beings, in the Avadhuti (Sanskrit: Avadhūti, the unattached one, referring to the central channel) torma plate, arrange the gathering of ignorance and non-thought, this is the supreme substance that pleases the Dharmakaya, I respectfully offer, confess transgressions, from karma, afflictions, may it empty samsara. Hung! For myself and all sentient beings, in the Roma (Tibetan: རོ་མ་, Sanskrit: Roma) skillful means torma plate, arrange the gathering of anger's clarity, this is the substance that pleases the Sambhogakaya and Nirmanakaya, I respectfully offer, confess transgressions, from karma, afflictions, may it empty samsara. Hung! For myself and all sentient beings, in the Kyangma (Tibetan: རྐྱང་མ་, Sanskrit: Kyangma, solitary mother) wisdom torma plate, arrange the gathering of desire and bliss, this is the substance that pleases the Nirmanakaya and Sambhogakaya, I respectfully offer, confess transgressions, from karma, afflictions, and obscurations of knowledge, may it empty samsara. Hung! For myself and all sentient beings, in the torma plate of flesh and skin, arrange the complete skeleton as a gathering, this is the self-arisen, unsurpassed substance, I respectfully offer, confess transgressions, from karma, afflictions, and obscurations of knowledge, may it empty samsara. Hung! For myself and all sentient beings, in the vast body torma plate, arrange channels, drops, winds, and mind as a gathering, this is the self-arisen, unsurpassed substance, I respectfully offer, fulfill vows, confess transgressions, I pray for purity, from karma, afflictions, and obscurations of knowledge, may it empty samsara from its roots. It is very important to understand these as such. This offering is secret and particularly sublime, it is offering one's own body and life etc. without any attachment, it is the unsurpassed method for fulfilling deficiencies. After the deities have partaken, blending myself and retinue etc. with all the deities, inseparably like water poured into water, this is the most profound key point. Such a thing has not occurred in the past, does not occur now, and will not occur in the future. After that, if you want vistṛta (Sanskrit: vistṛta, extensive), do the fulfillment ritual of your own lineage; if you want saṃkṣipta (Sanskrit: saṃkṣipta, concise), do it like this: Om Ah Hung, thus with outer, inner, and secret offering clouds, fulfill the vows of the Buddhas' mind transmission lamas, fulfill the vows of the Vidyadharas' symbol transmission lamas, fulfill the vows of the Dakinis' entrusted transmission lamas, fulfill the vows of the individuals' ear-whispered transmission lamas, fulfill the vows of the Trikaya Kagyu lamas. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
