When (the offering) touches the three syllables, from the hearts of all the Tathagatas (Buddhas), the nectar of wisdom is invited, appearing in the form of white, red, and blue, and dissolves into these three syllables. These three syllables also gradually dissolve, starting from Oṃ (seed syllable, symbol of body, speech, and mind, refuge), into the object of the vow, becoming one taste. Visualize the great ocean of uncontaminated nectar, manifesting as the play of the four activities, presenting various forms, sounds, smells, tastes, and tactile sensations, etc. An immeasurable cloud of desirable qualities emanates. Holding the string connecting the offering and the support, recite the hundred-syllable mantra and other blessing mantras for the offering. Then, in the center of the support offering, which has been transformed into uncontaminated nectar, visualize a lotus tree made of seven precious jewels, its branches and leaves flourishing, filling the three thousand worlds. In the stamen, reside the main deity of this offering, and on the petals, the retinue reside according to their respective rituals. Above are the Guru (spiritual teacher) and Yidam (personal guardian deity). Surrounding are the Dakas (male sky dancers) and Dakinis (female sky dancers). Below, an immeasurable assembly of messengers and workers surrounds. Visualize all of these gazing at the offering, their minds unwavering, dwelling in a state of joy and attachment, and bless the three places (body, speech, and mind). Invite the wisdom beings, make offerings and praises, and enact the play of accomplishments. Connect with the offering and the string, visualize the seed syllables, etc., in the hearts of the protectors and their retinue, and recite their respective mantras as much as possible and make offerings. Then, all the heart essence deities enter into Oṃ ha ha si si ku ru badzra dhṛk (seed syllable and mantra, Tibetan: ཨོཾ་ཧ་ཧ་སི་སི་ཀུ་རུ་བཛྲ་དྷྲྀཀ྄, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओṃ ह ह सि सि कुरु वज्र धृक्, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: oṃ ha ha si si kuru vajra dhṛk, Om Haha Hissi Kuru Vajra Dhrik), equally, rejoicing in the subsequent play of attachment, and the sound and light of their joy invite all the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas of the ten directions, dissolving into their mouths. Dissolving into the mind of enlightenment in their hearts. From the secret realm of the sky dancers, it emerges in the form of white and red nectar, dissolving into the nectar of the offering, visualize the wonderful nectar offering that pleases and satisfies the deities. Equally place all phenomena of cause and effect, samsara and nirvana, in the emptiness of the Dharmakaya, becoming one taste. Then, visualize the light rays of the seed syllable in the heart of the deity that has arisen, dissolving into the seed syllable in the heart of the deity on the support offering. From this, light rays radiate, dissolving into oneself, connect this visualization with each deity, and recite their respective mantras. Then, visualize the assembly of deities on the offering, emanating immeasurable Dakas and Dakinis from their respective hearts, merging into one taste in great bliss through the play of equal entry. Then, visualize the light of one's own seed syllable shining in front --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Visualize invoking the seed syllables (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanization, Chinese literal meaning) of the deity along with their self-sounding mantras, dissolving them beneath your own seed syllable, and recite each of their mantras. These are the key points of the four supports. Then, dissolve the guest deities on the support torma into yourself. Visualize the root deity and the lotus stem dissolving into light and merging into the torma substance, and imagine it covered by a mandala of mixed offerings. This is solely the visualization for blessing when setting up the support torma. In daily rituals, offerings and praises are made to the written or sculpted image of the deity and the torma. Second, blessing the permanent torma: Purify the burnt offering with Raṃ (རྃ,raṃ,raṃ,fire), Yaṃ (ཡྃ,yaṃ,yaṃ,wind), and Khaṃ (ཁྃ,khaṃ,khaṃ,space). From emptiness, visualize the three-legged stand of wind, fire, and skull, as described in the activity ritual, up to the blessing with mantras. In particular, recite Oṃ (ཨོཾ,oṃ,oṃ,perfection), Āḥ (ཨཱཿ,āḥ,āḥ,arising), and Hūṃ (ཧཱུྃ,hūṃ,hūṃ,subduing) three times again, and visualize four vajra pegs hanging downwards from the four directions of the upper support torma, from which a stream of nectar drips, mixing with the nectar of the permanent torma, becoming one taste, filling it. Again, visualize these pegs being blocked by a lunar mandala. This particular visualization is for the time of setting up the permanent torma. For daily practice, the general visualization is sufficient. Third, blessing the daily torma or communal torma: It is sufficient to follow what is described in the activity ritual. In particular, when offering the torma at the end of the communal practice, visualize countless messengers emanating from your heart, inviting the objects of focus onto the torma, and perform a fierce invitation. Then, visualize a red, sharp, and hot Ja (ཛ,ja,ja,birth) syllable emanating from your heart, entering the anus of the object of focus. Upon reaching the heart, it transforms into a sharp iron wheel with cutting power, fiercely rotating left and right, chopping flesh and blood into pieces, turning it into a red liquid that dissolves into the torma, becoming nectar, which the oath-bound ones devour without leaving any remnants. Bestow the root mantra with the torma mantra attached, and recite the words of the torma offering. Fifth, the manner of holding the three tormas is threefold: First, the support torma: As long as the monastery exists, it should remain unmoved and undisturbed, and for the sake of blessing and nourishing, offer a small hook offering every evening. Daily, contemplate it as inseparable from the deity's form, offer permanent tormas, etc., and at the end of the communal practice, request the wisdom beings to remain, visualizing the deity's form and the support torma as two... --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
